Ep 87: How to Step Out of Control Mode and Trust the Process Without Anxiety

If you've ever caught yourself checking your inbox over and over, or overthinking a past conversation just to feel in control, this episode is for you.  This week's intuitive reading pulled the Ocean archetype, and before you write it off as just another lesson on going with the flow, stay with us. Because what this archetype is actually revealing is that the moment you get clear on a big goal, your urge to micro-manage every single detail is what's quietly driving your burnout.  In this episode we cover:  Why getting crystal clear on your goals often triggers the need to control how they happen How micro-managing every outcome is keeping your nervous system in a state of high stress The difference between setting a clear intention and gripping the outcome until you're exhausted How to use the Ocean archetype to handle depth, change, and the unknown without drowning in anxiety Why entrepreneurs and leaders burn out when they try to solve problems that haven't even happened yet A simple daily practice to release control, stop overthinking, and keep your energy open  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 86: The Energetics of Consistency and Following Through with Jennifer White

The world feels noisy right now. The pressure to produce, the hustle culture, and the burnout leave you trying to build a business that actually feels authentic inside all of it. This episode breaks down why forcing momentum through sheer willpower fails and how tapping into the true energetics of consistency changes everything. Host Emily sits down with Jennifer White, clarity coach and founder of Clearing for Launch Coaching. After living for years by other people's rules, the loss of her mother became the catalyst for Jennifer to rebuild her life from the inside out. Today, she helps spiritual entrepreneurs and leaders step out of paralysis and into aligned action. This conversation covers why forced discipline shuts down your intuition, how to take messy steps forward during major transitions, and why real consistency is about returning to your core purpose rather than following rigid routines. If you have been trying to force your way to the next level instead of leading from clarity, this is the episode for you. Ep 85: How to Collapse Time Between What You Want and What You Have

Are you setting the same business goals quarter after quarter, only to find yourself in the exact same position months later?  When you want to scale your offer, lead a team, or pivot your life, sitting in perpetual planning mode drains your momentum. True progress requires a fundamental shift in how you direct your focus, uphold your boundaries, and make high-stakes choices.  In this episode of Rise to Her, Emily breaks down why so many high-achieving entrepreneurs get stuck in cycles of indecision, and how to break free. Drawing on the precision of the hunter archetype and the grounded energy of Artemis, she shares a practical framework to help you stop seeking permission, clean up your focus, and start executing with total clarity.  Key Takeaways  Eliminate energetic leaks: Keeping backup plans and exit strategies open quietly dilutes your focus. True momentum happens when you close the back doors and commit to one clear direction. Master the hunter archetype: Learn how to move with single-pointed clarity, drop the need for outside approval, and take decisive action in your business and personal life. Embrace strategic solitude: Constant input from social media and outside opinions creates mental clutter. Regular periods of quiet space allow you to refine your vision and trust your inner guidance. Enforce firm boundaries: Indecision and burnout often stem from loose personal boundaries. Taking full ownership of your time and space creates the foundation required for sustainable growth. Audit your strategic tools: Ensure the business systems, structures, and launch plans you use match the actual scale of your current goals.   Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. It is time to stop white-knuckling your life and start trusting the in-between.  In this episode:  The Root Cause of Your Restlessness: Why feeling out of control is actually a sign of growth, not a personal failure. 3 Emotional Triggers to Manage During Transitions: Resurfacing Past Grief: Why old conversations and incomplete relationships pop back up when life shifts. False Alarm Anxiety: How to separate internal fear from real-life emergencies so you can relax your nervous system. Unusual Intuitive Signals: How to catch intuitive breakthroughs and vivid dreams when traditional channels feel blocked. Your Actionable Grounding Toolkit: The 5-minute phone-free habit that resets your brain chemistry. Why dusk and dawn offer the easiest moments for mental clarity. Using simple water rituals to soften rigidity and drop control. The Trap to Avoid: Why forcing big life or career decisions right now backfires, and how to wait for the right moment to harvest your goals.  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 81: Burn Your To-Do List: The Power of Getting "Illogical" to Overcome Decision Fatigue

Are you tired of constantly overthinking your next move, trying to calculate the "perfect" strategy to avoid failure?  For high achievers, entrepreneurs, and leaders, it is incredibly common to get trapped in your head, relying solely on logic, rigid checklists, and deadlines to force your business and life forward.  But operating strictly out of survival mode and decision paralysis only guarantees one thing: burning out. If you are exhausted from trudging through heavy choices and constantly judging your past decisions, it is time to shift your perspective. The true medicine for relentless doing is the courage to simply be, breaking out of your daily routine, tapping into your intuitive downloads, and opening yourself up to the path of least resistance.  In this episode:  The Starborn Archetype & Cosmic Play: How to step outside of the limited 3D paradigm, move beyond rigid logic, and play with cosmic possibility without needing to "earn" your place. Your Childlike Diagnostic Tool: A practical look at your soul's birth story and innate childhood desires to pinpoint exactly where you are abandoning your true self just to perform for others. Alignment vs. Giving Up: The critical difference between the path of least resistance and quitting, and how alignment allows heavy lifting to feel deeply meaningful and easeful. Plugging Your Energy Leaks: How to eliminate the burnout caused by decision paralysis and moral judgment so you can confidently respond to spirit's synchronicities in real-time.  Stop trying to solve your problems using the exact same system that created them; get out of your head, reconnect with your unique soul code, and allow your life and business to become truly magical.  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher   About Emily: Emily is an energetic leadership coach, energy worker, and host of the Rise to Her podcast. Ep 80: Why Your "Peace-Protecting" Boundaries Are Actually Keeping You Isolated and Stuck

Everyone wants a village, but no one wants to be a villager. We have gone from one extreme to the other, using boundaries to protect our energy in a way that is completely cutting off our access to community.  The hyper-individualistic society we live in has conditioned us to believe that carrying all the stress, holding up the business, and doing everything alone is a badge of honor. But when you are constantly in protection mode, you block out the very gifts, resources, and support available to you through other people. What you might be calling "protecting your peace" is actually keeping you isolated, exhausted, and stuck.  In this episode, we talk about why trying to build your vision in a silo is a trap, and how shifting into the village archetype is the ultimate antidote to burnout.  We pulled the Village archetype this week. A reminder that we are communal creatures by nature. Reclaiming the village is how we actively dismantle patriarchal, capitalistic structures within our own lives. But receiving that level of support requires vulnerability. It requires you to step out of control mode, allow things to look a little lived in, and be willing to be inconvenienced for the sake of connection.  This conversation gets into why asking for help makes us feel weak, how to navigate the lingering resentment from the "villages" we grew up in, and the practical ways to start expanding your capacity by letting people in.  If you have been running your life and business entirely on empty, this is the episode.  In this episode:  What the Village archetype reveals about mutual aid, community, and dismantling individualistic conditioning Why hyper-independence and rigid boundaries might be the exact blocks keeping your growth stuck How patriarchal capitalism conditioned us to do it all alone and how to actively unlearn it Where you may be using control and perfectionism to push away helpful opportunities and support The real reason asking for help makes you feel weak and how to safely shift into receiving How to heal and alchemize resentment from your past or hometown "village" into profound resilience Why being a villager requires a willingness to be inconvenienced and how that expands your capacity True collaboration vs. competition: Overcoming the fear of seeing other business owners as threats How to use your voice and autonomy to advocate for your needs, even in the smallest ways  Resources + Links:  Soul Code Extraction → https://www.risetoher.com/soul ROOTED Membership → https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Burnout to Balance Free Mini-Course → https://www.risetoher.com/b2b-course Follow on Instagram → @risetoher     Links mentioned:  Join Rooted (7 days free, then $27/month): https://www.risetoher.com/rooted Follow Emily on Instagram: @risetoher
