But content that actually gets clients works differently. In this video, I break down four core lessons: 1. Trust is the real currency of business 2. Your content should pre-sell your offer 3. I invested $400,000 Learning These 10 CEO Lessons

Get the Brand In-Demand Playbook here: https://merakairos.com/brand-in-demand-playbook Want to work with me? Go here: https://merakairos.com/apply Get free access to the all-in-one business growth tool I use: https://sowtoharvest.io I invested more than $400,000 learning these 10 CEO lessons. Not in a classroom. Through building businesses, hiring employees, signing contracts, investing money, losing money, navigating a pandemic, closing a business, building new companies, and learning what it actually takes to lead. Some decisions created incredible returns. Others became expensive tuition. But the greatest return was better judgment. In this video, I break down 10 business lessons every entrepreneur, founder, and CEO should understand about leadership, systems, delegation, marketing, personal branding, content, offers, leverage, and stewardship. You’ll learn why revenue can hide a broken business, why founders become bottlenecks, how better systems create freedom, why marketing must be built into the business, how content compounds trust, why a better offer can outperform more promotion, and why stewardship may be a better target than success. These are lessons I learned while building multiple businesses—from investing more than $225,000 into opening SMACK’N Guamanian Grill at 23, to building The MK LAB, Merakairos Media, and helping founders develop personal brands and client-acquisition systems. If you’re building or scaling a business, my goal is to help you avoid paying unnecessary tuition for lessons you can learn from someone else’s experience. Your Meta Ads Playbook Is Broken | Here's What Works Now

Business owners: Do you want systems & strategy to scale with clarity and confidence? We provide advisory and done-for-you execution for companies doing at least $250K per year 👉🏽: https://merakairosmedia.com/ Many businesses find their paid ads aren't working because they're stuck using outdated tactics. This video explains why your meta ads might be failing and how to implement a more effective paid ads strategy for your online business. Learn the business strategies you need to grow your business and stop relying on an outdated playbook. If you’re new to my channel, I’m Christian Graham, co-founder of Merakairos Media, a full funnel agency & The MK LAB, the #1 creative content studio and event hub in San Diego. In short, we scale brand authority with systems so that high performing leaders can steward more and stress less. I’ve personally built 3 businesses with 50-100% equity to multiple 6 figures and as a company have served and scaled close to 100 brands and businesses from start ups to 8-figures in revenue. You can google or ChatGPT more about me and my businesses if you desire to confirm what I’m saying. But long story short, here’s what it took… At 16, launched my first 5-figure company, Graham’s World Famous E-Juice, failed. At 17, full-time C student at SDSU and aerospace process-improvement employee. At 18, swing traded stocks while DJing and barbering as side hustles. At 23, became a father before graduating, entered Fortune 500 project management as an intern for “security” and was promoted to full time permanent by fixing a $400,000 system, then quit after four months. At 23, liquidated everything to bootstrap a $225K+ restaurant, SMACK’N Guamanian Grill. At 25, got married, had our second daughter. At 27, systemized the restaurant to work four hours a month and earn $40-50k/month launched The MK LAB, my creative content studio & event hub. At 28, launched MK Media, had our third daughter and lost $150K+ to a gambling addiction. At 29, exited from my restaurant. Today, I scaled my agency and creative studio helping brands scale impact, income, and influence through their unique authority, offer, and expertise so they can steward more and stress less. Truly I say, your adversary prowls around like a roaring lion, desiring to kill, steal, and destroy the mission, assignment, and purpose you have in and through your life.  But you have a responsibility to SOW and SCALE Your SEEDS. Your story matters. Write it down. And share it.  Lastly, if you want true freedom: Seek God, Set Godly Goals, Serve Others With Your Gifts and Expertise, Surrender The Outcome, and Steward Your Mission, Assignment, and Purpose.  I’m here to shepherd, lead, and teach to the best of my ability every step of the way! Steward More, Stress Less! Let’s GROW!
