    Send us a text hiiii long time no see guys ;)! I am so so happy to be back recording, editing, and yes, FINALLY uploading an episode for the first time in a year and a half. LOL. Honestly, my break was intentional in the way that I was very focused on other important facets of my life, but I never intentionally wanted to take such a long hiatus. But that's life! we don't always get to choose when we have time or mental capacity for things. it just so happens that now, in this new year of ✨ 2026 ✨ , I've found myself finishing up my bachelor's degree and with a lighter school load, allowing me to come back here to create hehe💖🫶🏼 this first episode is just a glimpse at what my overthinking brain sounds like on the day to day, but I cover why I think being singe is AWESOME, women empowerment, signs of a healthy relationship, and yeah, Tell Me Lies is brought up like once.... maybe twice.... anyways, thank you so so much for hanging out with me, I am so happy to be back, and subscribe if you enjoy 🙃🌈💖😏🌞!  can't wait to get off topic with you guys in my next epi !  Support the show

This week I wanted it to just be us, one on one, as I discuss the dynamics of romantic relationships in this day and age and how to navigate them, and yenno... also HOW TO BE SINGLE. Learning how to love yourself and prioritize yourself can be a super hard lesson to learn, and sometimes it's easier to distract ourselves with lust and situationships versus actually learning how to be content as a single person. We often get way too obsessed with an idea of someone we like, or having a significant other in general, when really we need to normalize doing whatever is benefiting YOU the most. Which often times, as a young person, being single is the way to go. It's hard to know who YOU are and what your values are if you are intertwined in another person's identity. Whether your experience with hook-up culture is a list of two or a list of two hundred, (well first, I don't care, good for you either way), but I'm not arguing for or against the social schema, but rather sharing my (maybe popular?) opinion on HU culture and all it entails. I have several interesting takes on how or why we may outgrow people in our lives and even what signs of outgrowth can be. The bottom line is you should only go where your energy is reciprocated or at least valued and respected. We are all so different so no two humans should have the same growth timeline or be expected to see eye to eye at all times.
