    Transitions: Embracing the new, getting curious, and seeking joy through change with Dānia Clarke

As we wrap up the year, we're reflecting on the good, the bad, the interesting - all of it, and with that comes contemplating desires and potential shifts for the new year.     Dating & Relationships: Finding the right love by starting with yourself with Dating Coach Lauren Fondriest

    Welcome to November and the theme of dating & relationships! For our first ep of the month we have the lovely Lauren Fondriest, a dating coach who found love through her own journey of self reflection and self love. Lauren and I talk about dating intentionally, being the energy you want to attract, and so much more. Lauren Fondriest is a Women’s Dating Coach who helps single millennial women date with intention to find their dream partner. She’s a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation who’s been executive coaching in the corporate world and last year launched her business focused on dating. I'm so stoked to have my former life and Internal Family Systems coach and dear friend Margo Fosbery to discuss support systems. We go deep fast, as we do lol, into the process of accepting, receiving, and finding support that resonates with us on our own life journeys. Margo opens up about her path to finding secure support and being gentle with herself along the way. She emphasizes the importance of finding safe spaces as we can heal when we are surrounded by people who can support us securely.  A little more about Margo...
