Don’t get me wrong, we are going to explore all things woo-woo…like tapping into our intuition, meditation, manifesting, how to connect with your spirit team, human design, reiki, past lives and so much more. For you and I, it also means figuring out how to love and care for our aging bodies. Plus, it’s time for us to break free from the bubble we've been living in and open our hearts and minds to the world around us. We can change things for the better as a collective. Basically, it’s time for us to become better f*****g people. When we know better, we can do better. Every person’s journey is unique. You may have no idea what your spiritual journey is going to look like. That’s OK, we’re going to figure this out together. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, and we’ll use too much profanity.  That’s just how we roll. Are you ready?  Awesome. How Women Over 50 Build Purpose Driven Income with Patricia Noel Drain

You can be successful on paper and still feel stuck, restless, or quietly miserable. That tension is exactly where Patricia Noel Drain and I meet: the moment you realize midlife isn’t the beginning of the end, it’s the opening of your most honest chapter. Patricia is the author of 14 books and a longtime business mentor who helps women entrepreneurs over 50 step fully into their value and create the income they deserve. We get into the real story behind “golden handcuffs,” including what happens when you own the company and still hate the job. From there we move into a clear, practical framework for a midlife career change: building a true Plan B, defining the ingredients of the work you actually need now, and using a simple method to uncover your niche. Patricia shares her “your gift is your niche” approach, including how to make a living list of what you do well, mark what you love, and identify what can be monetized, even if you feel like you don’t know who you are anymore. We also talk multiple streams of income, passive income realities, and the part nobody wants to admit: money guilt. If you’re navigating a spiritual awakening while also trying to build a purpose-driven business, you’ll love this honest conversation about charging for your expertise, asking for what you’re worth, and remembering that your experience is not common. You can’t make a difference until you know your difference. If you’re ready to work less, earn more, and build your next chapter with confidence, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more midlifers can find us. Bonus Episode with Pamela Downes: A Message From The Great Light Council

A raw channeled transmission can feel weird, moving, and strangely calming all at once and that’s exactly why we decided to share this unedited bonus with Pamela Downes. Before the message even begins, we walk you through what to expect: no edits during the channeling, possible voice changes, and light language that may not sound like any spoken language you know. If you’ve been curious about channeling, the Light Council, or spiritual awakening practices that focus on the body, you’re in the right place. Pamela channels guidance that lands on a grounded theme: discernment. The world delivers information through narratives, especially in news and media, and the invitation is to witness what’s presented without letting it soak into your system. We talk about choosing what you allow into your personal space, staying aligned when things feel chaotic, and remembering you still have a say in the reality you build through attention and intention. After the transmission, we break down what you just heard, why replaying it can feel like an “activation,” and how the energy moves through the chakras from heart to throat to root and crown. Pamela shares how she experiences downloads, what light language means as a frequency, and why community and support matter even if your path looks nothing like hers. If you’re exploring energy healing, chakra clearing, consciousness work, or just trying to stay centered in a fast-moving world, this one gives you both the mystery and the practical integration. If it resonates, subscribe or follow, share it with a friend who’s curious, and leave a five-star rating and review so more people can find the show. Let's Connect! Channeling The Council Of Light with Pamela Downes

Your life can look fine on paper and still feel like it’s quietly falling apart on the inside. That tension is where Pamela Downes' story begins, and it’s why her path hits so hard for anyone navigating a midlife spiritual awakening, grief, or a major identity shift. Pamela is a mother, entrepreneur, and former corporate leader who never expected to become a channeler, yet she now works as a soul-body healer and spiritual guide connected to what she calls the Great Council of Light.  We talk through the moments that cracked her worldview open: religious deconstruction, learning to trust her own discernment, and the painful overlap of recession stress, losing everything she thought defined her, and watching her father die. A psychic medium reading becomes the turning point that sends her into past-life exploration, spiritual study, and the search for “her people” when real-life support is thin.  From yoga and embodiment to the law of attraction and conscious language, Pamela shares the practical mindset shifts that helped her rebuild. We also go deep on Reiki openings, empath sensitivity, and her ayahuasca retreat, including the parts people skip: fear, surrender, and the long integration process after plant medicine. Then we explore the wild territory of developing intuition, navigating lower-frequency experiences, and how her channeling unfolded during 2020 through consistent practice, automatic writing, and guidance.  By the end, Pamela explains why she built SpiritCalling.com as a safe place to land and a toolset for growth, including her spiritual assessment, membership, and coaching containers. If you want more conversations like this, subscribe, share the episode with a friend who’s in the thick of it, and leave a review so more people can find the show. Let's Connect! Unlocking Your Potential with Bach Flower Essences And Human Design

CLICK TO FIND OUT YOUR HUMAN DESIGN TYPE If you’ve hit midlife and realized you’re done managing everyone’s feelings while ignoring your own nervous system, this conversation is for you. Jen sits down with Tracy Poizner the creator of Space Time Alchemy, to explore a surprisingly grounded blend of consciousness work and energy medicine using Bach Flower Essences. We start with the basics: what Bach Flower Remedies are, how Edward Bach developed them, and why water, sunlight, and “information” matter more than you’d think when you’re talking about emotional healing. Then we connect Bach flower blends to Human Design, using your birth data to map patterns like frustration, bitterness, guilt, people pleasing, and control. Tracy breaks down the five Human Design types (Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, Reflector) and the common “not-self” struggles that can keep each type stuck. We also dig into her beta testing process and why many people report the biggest shifts when they stay consistent long enough for their body to cooperate with the change, not just their mind. Finally, we get practical: how to take flower essences (in water, under the tongue, even topically), how to set intentions, and how “release statements” can help you drop the beliefs you’ve carried for decades. If you’re curious about human design, Bach flower essences, consciousness coaching, and building real coherence instead of chasing a frantic “high vibe,” hit play, then subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review so more midlife women can find it. Comedy As A Midlife Superpower with Lynn Harris

Comedy is not just for the stage, it’s a tool for power, healing, and being heard. Jen sits down with comic, culture-shifting producer, and journalist Lynn Harris, founder and CEO of Gold Comedy, to talk about why humor matters so much in midlife and why getting funnier can change how you feel about yourself and how the world responds to you. When you can make people laugh, you can make people listen, and that can shift everything from a tense work meeting to the way you show up in your own life.  We get into the real mechanics of becoming funnier without turning into a different person. Lynn shares how comedy skills translate into life skills: reading a room, building trust, thinking faster, writing sharper, and feeling more confident in your voice. We also talk about the myth that you need a “comedian personality,” why authenticity is the secret sauce whether you’re dry, quiet, or bold, and why midlife experience gives you deeper material and a thicker skin when a joke doesn’t land.  We also name what’s still broken in the comedy industry and why access and inclusivity matter, not just morally but creatively. Lynn explains how Gold Comedy builds a supportive training ground with online classes, open mics, feedback, and resources, plus options like the Build And Pitch Any Idea program and the free 30 By 30 challenge that helps you create something daily.  If you’re ready to add more joy, confidence, and creativity to your midlife reinvention, press play. Subscribe or follow, share this with a friend who needs a laugh, and leave a rating and review so more women can find the show. Lynn Harris is a culture-shifting producer, award-winning journalist, and author/co-author of six books. Her comedy and campaigns for social justice and gender equity have changed laws and conversations from Capitol Hill to NASCAR. She is founder and CEO of GOLD Comedy—the comedy school, professional network, and content studio where women and non-binary creators grow their comedy careers, build powerful communities, and make funny stuff. Harris co-created Breakup Girl (acquired by Oxygen), one of the first multiplatform internet success stories, and co-hosted, with Ginna Green, The Forward’s A Bintel Brief: The Podcast. Intuitive Dating in Midlife With Truly Eleanor

Confusion can feel like chemistry when you’re lonely, healing, or newly back in the dating pool, but it’s often the loudest signal that someone is emotionally unavailable. Jen sits down with intuitive dating coach Truly Eleanor to talk about midlife dating with honesty and zero tolerance for games, especially when you’re also navigating a spiritual awakening, rebuilding self-worth, and refusing to “fix” another grown adult. Eleanor shares her own path from codependency and chasing chaotic love to a hard reset that changed everything. She breaks down the patterns that show up for so many women dating over 40: overanalyzing texts, second guessing your value, and even misusing intuition by focusing all your energy on reading the other person instead of listening to your own body. We dig into what emotional availability actually feels like, why “mixed signals” create an addictive loop, and how to spot red flags early without spiraling. You’ll also get practical tools for midlife online dating: a grounded 90-day dating plan, how to set boundaries with dating apps, how to think about paid versus free sites, and why the “best dating app” matters less than how you show up. We talk sex and timing without shame, including how to communicate your comfort level and what to watch for in their response. Eleanor closes with simple mantras that bring you back to hope and standards. If you’re ready to date with clarity, self-trust, and calm confidence, press play, then subscribe, share with a friend, and leave a rating and review so more midlife women can find this conversation. Truly Eleanor is an intuitive dating coach with 17+ years experience, helping  women over 40 who are done chasing emotionally unavailable guys and wondering why love keeps slipping through their fingers. How To Develop Psychic And Medium Skills With Melissa Pharr

Something weird happens in midlife: you stop tolerating the noise, and you start noticing the signal. That’s the energy Jen brings to this conversation with Melissa Pharr, a professional evidential spiritual medium who didn’t grow up “born gifted,” didn’t chase the label, and still calls herself a skeptic. Melissa shares the real story behind her spiritual awakening, the identity shifts that cracked things open, and the first experiences that made her question whether spirit communication was actually happening. From there, we get practical. Mel breaks down mediumship development through her Five C’s framework: becoming a clear channel, learning communication through the clairs (clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and more), building confidence under pressure, finding community, and developing command of craft through consistent practice. We talk about why impressions often arrive as symbols instead of full sentences, how to unfold an image like “an apple,” and how ethics and consent protect both the sitter and the new medium. We also tackle the myths that quietly block connection, plus grounded ways to “thin the veil” without spiraling into fear: sitting in the power, meditation, nervous system regulation, hydration and inflammation awareness, breathwork, and EFT tapping. If you’re already practicing, Melissa shares advanced tools like cycling the clairs when you get stuck and scanning the room when multiple spirits show up at once. There’s also a bonus guided exercise to warm up your clairs and feel what a true impression drop-in is like. If you’re curious about psychic abilities, evidential mediumship, and a down-to-earth approach to spiritual communication, hit play, then subscribe, share with a friend, and leave a review so more midlife seekers can find us.
