Are You Living Consciously or Just Following a Routine? | DIVO-Ted Talks

There is a difference between knowing your life and actually being present for it. You can know the road. Know the routine. Know exactly what you're supposed to do. And still miss what's happening along the way. Perhaps being well and being free isn't about knowing everything that's coming. Perhaps it's about knowing yourself well enough to meet whatever arrives. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Quote from the Episode: "And yet the only power is in the here and now." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESCRIPTION: We spend so much of our lives trying to make things predictable. We build routines, make plans, and learn the familiar pathways that help us move through our days. And while there's comfort in knowing what comes next, there can also be a quiet cost when predictability becomes something we cannot live without. In this episode, Nicholas reflects on the subtle relationship between consciousness, choice, and our willingness to be honest with ourselves. Sometimes we don't know what we want. Sometimes we're so certain of what we want that we cannot imagine doing anything differently. And sometimes both experiences are ways of avoiding the uncertainty of being fully present. Through everyday examples of work, relationships, personal energy, and changing plans, Nicholas explores what it means to become more aware of our actual circumstances rather than simply responding from habit. The present moment doesn't ask us to forget the past or ignore the future. It invites us to use what we've learned, recognize what we have available, and make choices that honor the conditions we're living in now. There is a kind of humility in admitting that we cannot do everything. And there is a kind of freedom in knowing that we don't have to predict everything in order to meet life well. Perhaps consciousness is less about controlling what happens... and more about becoming available to participate in what is happening. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ The quiet difference between certainty and conscious awareness ✦ When familiar routines begin to replace meaningful choices ✦ Why being present can sometimes feel more difficult than staying distracted ✦ Using the wisdom of yesterday without becoming trapped in it ✦ Preparing for tomorrow while remaining rooted in today ✦ The humility of recognizing our actual capacity ✦ How honest communication can protect our shared energy ✦ Finding steadiness through flexibility rather than control ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:00) – Introduction to the Importance of Consciousness and Decision-Making (02:30) – The Relationship Between Routine, Predictability, and Consciousness (04:45) – The Power of the Here and Now in Decision-Making (06:56) – Humility and Self-Awareness in Assessing Personal Energy Levels (07:41) – The Dynamic Nature of Living in the Present Moment ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: What part of your life have you been trying so hard to make predictable... that you've forgotten to ask whether the way you're living it still makes sense for who you are today? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A RESTORATIVE STEP: Allow your breathing to happen naturally. Notice the quality of your energy today. Not how much energy you wish you had. Not how much you believe you should have. Just what is available. Now think about one plan, responsibility, or expectation you've been carrying. Ask yourself: Does this still make sense for the person I am in this moment? Is there something I know now that I didn't know when I made this plan? What would it look like to respond with honesty rather than habit? You don't need an immediate answer. You don't need to make a dramatic change. Perhaps allow what you notice to shape what comes next. Because the present moment isn't something we have to get right. It's something we get to participate in. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC — 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

Are You Following Your Joy or Your Fear? | DIVO-Ted Talks

Not every moment of inspiration arrives like lightning. Sometimes it's barely a whisper. A little relief. A quiet sense of possibility. A small part of you remembering what it feels like to be alive. And perhaps that is enough. Perhaps the next step doesn't need to be magnificent. It only needs to be yours. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Quote from the Episode: "I'm not doing yoga so that I can do a yoga pose in the the world, I'm literally using the yoga as a metaphor to help me act differently in the world, and transform." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESCRIPTION: What if following your greatest joy doesn't always mean chasing the biggest, brightest, most exciting possibility? Sometimes life is so full, so heavy, or so uncertain that joy arrives in much smaller ways. A moment of relief. The thought of returning home after a long trip. The satisfaction of doing something familiar and meaningful. In this episode, Nicholas reflects on manifestation, timing, and the delicate relationship between knowing when to move and knowing when to wait. Drawing from his experience building DIVO Wellness, beginning another Yoga Teacher Training, and exploring the teachings of Abraham Hicks, Nicholas considers how easily we become caught between our desires and our fears. We want to create meaningful lives, but sometimes we become so focused on making the future happen that we forget to notice what's available in the present. Yoga offers another way of relating to that experience—not as a performance of poses, but as a practice of becoming ready for life. Perhaps we don't need to know exactly where every choice will lead. Perhaps we can begin by becoming quiet enough to recognize what brings us alive, even a little, and discerning when it's time to act. Because the future isn't something we experience all at once. It's something that emerges through the moments we're living now. And maybe the life we're hoping to create begins with the smallest yes we can honestly feel today. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ The relationship between timing, inspiration, and meaningful action ✦ Why following your joy doesn't always feel extraordinary ✦ Recognizing the smallest glimmers of satisfaction when life feels heavy ✦ The delicate harmony between waiting and moving forward ✦ How fear can quietly shape the choices we believe are keeping us safe ✦ Yoga is preparation for life rather than a performance of postures ✦ The importance of being ready when the moment arrives ✦ How the present becomes the foundation of everything we're creating ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:00) – Introduction to Timing and Manifestation (02:21) – The Importance of Joy and Satisfaction (04:13) – Balancing Action and Patience (05:56) – Yoga as a Prayer and Readiness (08:17) – Personalizing the Joy-Following Process (08:47) – Final Thoughts and Well Wishes ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: If you stopped asking what you should be doing to create the life you want... and instead asked that brings you the greatest sense of aliveness right now... what might you discover? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A RESTORATIVE STEP: Listen for the Quiet Yes Find a comfortable place to sit. Take three slow, easy breaths. Allow yourself to arrive in this moment. Not yesterday. Not tomorrow. Just here. Now think of two or three simple things you could do with the time available to you today. Nothing extraordinary. Nothing that requires you to change your entire life. Just ordinary possibilities. Notice how you feel as you consider each one. Does something soften? Does your breath become a little easier? Does one possibility offer even a small sense of satisfaction? You don't have to explain why. You don't have to make it mean anything. Just notice what feels like a genuine yes. And perhaps, when the moment is right, follow it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC — 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

Stress & Self-Awareness: Stop Doing Everything and Start Choosing What Matters | DIVO-Ted Talks

There are so many things we could do with our lives. So many ways to improve. So many responsibilities to carry. So many possibilities asking for our attention. But possibility isn't the same thing as necessity. And sometimes the most meaningful choice we can make... is recognizing what actually deserves our energy. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Quote from the Episode: "All you need to know is is that everything is a negotiation." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESCRIPTION: What if the question isn't how much more you can do, but how much of what you're already doing is actually serving you? In this episode, Nicholas reflects on the demands of running a business and the realization that just because something could improve an experience doesn't mean it's the most important thing to pursue right now. From there, he explores the negotiations we make every day between our desires, responsibilities, expectations, and the energy we have available to meet them. Through personal stories and experiences with clients, Nicholas considers the subtle ways we adapt to stress without necessarily realizing we're doing it. Sometimes we keep moving because stopping feels uncomfortable. Sometimes we reach for familiar activities to create a little relief. And sometimes we become so accustomed to carrying stress that we no longer recognize its presence. Yoga and Ayurveda invite us into a different relationship with these patterns—one rooted in awareness, honest observation, and the willingness to respond to what's actually happening. Perhaps being well and being free isn't about finding a way to accomplish everything. Perhaps it's about becoming conscious enough to recognize what matters, what can wait, and what we're asking of ourselves in the process. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ Why more isn't always better, even when more seems helpful ✦ Understanding the exchange between our energy and our experiences ✦ The difference between desire, obligation, and necessity ✦ Learning to remain flexible when life changes the conditions ✦ Recognizing stress that has become familiar enough to go unnoticed ✦ How unconscious adaptations influence the choices we make ✦ The importance of listening to both mind and body ✦ Becoming honest with ourselves about what is happening right now ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:10) – Introduction: The Importance of Focusing on What Matters (02:27) – Assessing Life Choices Based on ROI and Impact (04:21) – Recognizing Stress Signals and Managing Stress Consciously (06:15) – Self-Awareness and Understanding Stress Contributions (08:09) – The Role of Unconscious Habits and the Journey to Awareness (09:06) – The Importance of Truthful Self-Assessment for Well-Being ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: Where in your life have you become so accustomed to carrying something... that you've stopped asking whether you still need to carry it? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A RESTORATIVE STEP: Notice the Exchange Find a quiet moment today. Take three comfortable breaths. Notice your body. Your pace. The thoughts moving through your mind. Then consider one thing that's been asking a lot of you lately. Without judging it, ask: What am I giving to this? What am I receiving from it? Does this exchange still feel appropriate for where I am right now? You don't have to make a decision. You don't have to change anything today. Just give yourself permission to see the relationship a little more clearly. Because sometimes freedom begins with recognizing that we have a choice. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC — 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

Why You React the Way You Do: Ayurveda, Stress & Conscious Awareness | DIVO-Ted Talks

Sometimes we do things without knowing why. We reach for what feels grounding. We move to release what feels overwhelming. We find ways to adapt to the life we're living. And sometimes those adaptations become so familiar... that we forget we're making them at all. Perhaps the practice isn't immediately changing what we do. Perhaps it's becoming curious about what we're responding to. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Quote from the Episode: "Conscious awareness allows you to choose what you're doing." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESCRIPTION: What if the habits you've been trying to change are actually attempts to take care of yourself? In this episode, Nicholas reflects on a recent training session that opened a conversation about adaptation, stress, and the unconscious ways we respond to our experiences. Sometimes we reach for heaviness when life feels scattered. Sometimes we move quickly because there's so much energy moving through us. These responses aren't necessarily random. They may be ways we've learned to compensate for the conditions we're living within. But adaptation and harmony aren't always the same thing. Something can help us get through a difficult experience while also leaving us depleted. Through Ayurveda, Yoga, and self-inquiry, Nicholas explores how becoming conscious of our patterns allows us to look beneath the behavior and begin understanding the beliefs, thoughts, and experiences contributing to it. Rather than simply trying to change the outcome, we can become curious about the conditions creating it. We can explore the relationship between what we're thinking, what we're believing, what we're feeling, and how we're responding. And through that awareness, we may discover that we have more choices than we previously recognized. Because perhaps self-mastery isn't about never reacting. It's about knowing yourself well enough to recognize when you're reacting... and finding the freedom to choose what comes next. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ How unconscious adaptations help us navigate life's demands ✦ Why the things that comfort us can sometimes leave us depleted ✦ The importance of recognizing our patterns before trying to change them ✦ How thoughts and beliefs shape our emotional experiences ✦ Looking beneath the behavior to understand what creates it ✦ Ayurveda's approach to harmony through opposing qualities ✦ The role of meditation and self-awareness in conscious choice ✦ Understanding awareness, suffering, and choice as interconnected practices ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:00) – Introduction to Unconscious Adaptive Behaviors (02:22) – Recognizing and Managing Maladaptive Reactions (04:19) – Re-evaluating Beliefs to Understand Reactions (05:17) – The Connection Between Thoughts, Feelings, and Physical Reactions (06:18) – Using Ayurveda and Yoga to Balance Emotions (07:11) – The Cycle of Consciousness, Suffering, and Choice ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: What if one of the patterns you've been judging in yourself... is simply a way you've learned to respond to something you haven't fully understood yet? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A RESTORATIVE STEP: Think of one behavior you find yourself repeating. Something you do when you're stressed, overwhelmed, restless, or uncomfortable. Rather than deciding whether it's good or bad, ask: What does this behavior offer me? What might I be trying to balance through it? What would I need to feel differently for this response to become less necessary? Sit with whatever arises. No need to fix it. No need to force a different response. Just begin to understand the relationship between what you're experiencing and what you're doing. Because when you become conscious of the pattern... you begin to create room for something other than the pattern. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC — 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

The Science of Self-Mastery: How to Create Boundaries That Work | DIVO-Ted Talks

Maybe life isn't something we're supposed to figure out before we begin. Maybe we're meant to live it. To try things. To discover what works. To recognize what doesn't. And somewhere along the way... to become a little more familiar with the person who's been living it all. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Quote from the Episode: "But somebody else doesn't get to set your boundaries for you. You get to set your boundaries for you." ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DESCRIPTION: What if the rules you've been living by were never really yours? In this episode, Nicholas reflects on the strange experience of being human—how we're born into a world full of expectations, systems, and structures without necessarily being taught how to understand ourselves within them. We inherit ways of thinking, behaving, and making decisions, often without questioning whether they create the lives we actually want. Drawing from the scientific method, Yoga philosophy, and the practice of self-study, Nicholas explores how our lives can become ongoing experiments in understanding who we are. We make choices. We observe what happens. We reflect on the results. And slowly, through lived experience, we begin to recognize the boundaries, practices, and ways of being that support us. Along the way, he considers the wisdom lost between generations, the temptation to purchase answers rather than discover them, and the possibilities that emerge when knowledge becomes more accessible. But perhaps the most important knowledge isn't something another person can give us. Perhaps it's the understanding we cultivate through our own participation in life. Because nobody else can live your life for you. And nobody else can fully determine what it means to live it well. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ Why living is an essential part of learning who we are ✦ The scientific method as a mirror for self-discovery ✦ How our boundaries become the rules by which we participate in life ✦ The importance of understanding yourself before deciding what serves you ✦ Why patience can reveal what excitement sometimes obscures ✦ The wisdom we've inherited—and the wisdom we've lost ✦ How information can support us without replacing our discernment ✦ Becoming the conscious participant in your own experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:00) – Introduction: Embracing Uncertainty and Living Fully (02:16) – The Scientific Method as a Model for Personal Growth (03:21) – Life as a Game with Rules and Boundaries (06:06) – Setting Boundaries: Knowing Yourself to Create Your Rules (07:25) – The Power of Patience and Reflection in Decision-Making (08:48) – The Loss of Ancestral Knowledge and Its Impact (10:14) – AI as a Tool for Standardizing Knowledge and Self-Mastery (11:39) – Applying the Scientific Method to Personal Life (12:30) – Final Thoughts: Embrace Your Inner Master ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: Where in your life are you still looking for someone else to tell you what works... when your own experience might already be offering you an answer? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A RESTORATIVE STEP: Practice a Little Svadhyaya Take a quiet moment today. Sit comfortably. Breathe. And think about one decision you've made recently. It doesn't have to be important. Maybe you said yes when you wanted to say no. Maybe you bought something you didn't need. Maybe you chose rest instead of pushing yourself. Ask gently: What did that experience teach me about myself? What might I choose differently next time? No judgment. No need to make the decision right or wrong. Just an opportunity to become a little more familiar with yourself. And perhaps, through that familiarity, a little more free. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC — 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

LGBTQ+ Pride & Yoga: The Spiritual Freedom to Be Yourself | DIVO-Ted Talks

There is something beautiful about being surrounded by people... who don't need you to explain why you're different. People who understand what it means to have lived outside the expectations of the world. And perhaps that's because our differences were never something we needed to overcome. Perhaps they were always part of the light. ——————— Quote from the Episode: "There isn't a heteronormative, there isn't a specific way to be. There is a unique expression of consciousness in the world. And however that consciousness is showing up is beautiful." ——————— DESCRIPTION: What if the very thing that makes you different is part of what makes your expression of life so beautiful? Coming off a powerful weekend celebrating Greensboro Pride, Nicholas reflects on the experience of being surrounded by queer family, the joy of belonging, and the importance of spaces where people can simply exist as themselves. From there, the conversation moves into a deeply personal exploration of identity, spirituality, and the years he spent navigating the tension between his authentic nature and the religious expectations surrounding him. Through Yoga philosophy and the concept of Atman, Nicholas considers each person as a unique expression of consciousness. Like sunlight moving through the facets of a prism, the same light can create countless colors and shapes depending on how it passes through. No single expression needs to invalidate another. This conversation is an invitation to honor the uniqueness of your own existence while making room for the uniqueness of others. To recognize that belonging doesn't require sameness. And that perhaps one of the most meaningful things we can offer the world is the freedom to be ourselves—and the willingness to let others do the same. ——————— A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ Finding family in shared difference ✦ The beauty of Pride, visibility, and belonging ✦ Why existing as yourself doesn't require justification ✦ The divine expressed through countless unique lives ✦ Understanding Atman as the light within ✦ Releasing the expectations that ask us to deny ourselves ✦ Creating spaces where everyone has room to participate ✦ Honoring another person's nature without needing to change it ——————— MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:00) – Introduction and Personal Reflections on Pride and Community(01:55) – The Diversity of Experiences Within the LGBTQIA+ Community(03:48) – Light and Prisms: The Soul's Unique Expression(06:13) – Understanding Societal Constructs of Gender and Sexuality(08:00) – Spirituality, Ayurveda, and Embracing Your Authentic Self(09:52) – Challenging Misconceptions About Being LGBTQIA+ ——————— SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: If you believed that your existence was already a meaningful expression of the divine... what part of yourself would you no longer feel the need to defend? ——————— A RESTORATIVE STEP: Take a moment today to notice something about yourself that you've spent time trying to explain to others. Maybe it's a preference. An identity. A way of feeling. A way of loving. Or simply a way of moving through the world. For the next sixty seconds, allow that part of yourself to exist without explanation. No argument. No justification. No need to convince anyone. Just notice what it feels like to give yourself that space. And perhaps consider how you might offer the same freedom to someone else. ——————— Stay Connected: 🌐 DIVOWellness.com 📬 Subscribe to Newsletter 📍 DIVO Wellness — Greensboro, NC 🧡 DIVO Wellness — Movement is the Way

Perception vs. Reality: Stop Living Through Other People's Beliefs | DIVO-Ted Talks

Something can be disappointing... and still create an opportunity. Someone can sound wise... without necessarily understanding themselves. And something can look exactly as we expect it to... without being what we think it is. Maybe the practice isn't learning to see the world the way everyone else does. Maybe it's learning to recognize what we're actually seeing. ——————— Quote from the Episode: "Don't jump into other people's realities. Understand yours and foster and care for and maintain yours." ——————— DESCRIPTION: What happens when we stop confusing our interpretations of life with life itself? In this episode, Nicholas reflects on the unexpected changes that life brings and the strange freedom of recognizing that disappointment and opportunity can exist together. From there, he explores our tendency to assign meaning to appearances, language, and behavior—often deciding who is wise, evolved, healthy, or capable before we've really understood what we're observing. Through stories about relationships, spiritual conversations, physical conditioning, and the narratives we inherit from society, Nicholas considers how easily we can mistake someone's presentation for their reality. Yoga and Ayurveda offer another direction: turn toward yourself. Become familiar with your constitution, your conditioning, your needs, and the stories shaping your perception. We can appreciate another person's experience without making it our own. We can recognize that someone sees the world differently without needing to live inside their interpretation of it. And perhaps the more intimately we come to know ourselves, the less we need to borrow someone else's understanding of what life is supposed to be. ——————— A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ Finding room for disappointment and gratitude to coexist ✦ Why our emotional responses don't need to prove how evolved we are ✦ The difference between speaking wisdom and embodying it ✦ How the appearance of something can obscure its reality ✦ Questioning what we assume about bodies, health, and capability ✦ Recognizing the stories that shape our experience of the world ✦ Returning to self-study through Yoga and Ayurveda ✦ Learning to care for your own reality without rejecting someone else's ——————— MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:10) – Introduction to Life's Unpredictability (01:36) – The Duality of Disappointment and Opportunity (02:34) – Understanding Emotions and Self-Awareness (03:32) – Perceptions of Evolution and Personal Growth (04:44) – The Relativity of Being "More Evolved" (05:20) – Knowledge as a Dawning in the Present (06:15) – Distinguishing Appearance from Conditioning (07:28) – Physical Appearance Versus Functional Capability (08:34) – The Influence of Societal Narratives and Beliefs (09:56) – Living in Your Own Reality and Self-Awareness ——————— SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: What beliefs about yourself or the world have you accepted... simply because someone else presented them as truth? And what might become possible if you allowed yourself to see differently? ——————— A RESTORATIVE STEP: Find a quiet moment today. Sit comfortably and take three slow breaths. Notice what you're feeling without immediately explaining it. Then gently ask: "What am I experiencing?" "And what story am I telling about that experience?" Let both answers exist. You don't need to change your experience. You don't need to make the story wrong. Just begin to recognize the difference between the two. Stop Trying to Know Everything—Learn to Trust Yourself | DIVO-Ted Talks

Maybe wisdom isn't knowing. Maybe it's trusting yourself enough to keep looking. To zoom out when you've become too focused. To ground when life has become too scattered. And to know that not having the answer doesn't mean you're lost. ——————— Quote from the Episode: "I don't expect myself to know all the answers and I don't expect myself to get it right all the time. But I do know that I can work through it." ——————— DESCRIPTION: What if the goal was never to have all the answers? In this episode, Nicholas reflects on graduate school, scientific research, business ownership, Ayurveda, and the ways our perspective changes what we're capable of seeing. Sometimes we become so focused on one piece of the picture that we lose access to the larger landscape. And sometimes the wisdom isn't in looking harder—it's in stepping back. Through an Ayurvedic lens, Nicholas also explores the importance of grounding in a life that can easily become scattered and Vata-heavy. Having something steady to return to creates the conditions for observation, consistency, and deeper self-knowledge. We don't have to know everything. We can learn to trust that we're capable of meeting what we don't yet know. ——————— A Map of Wisdom: Here are some of the places we go together in this talk: ✦ Discovering yourself instead of searching for permanent answers ✦ What happens when we become too zoomed in ✦ Expectations, communication, and misunderstood relationships ✦ The limitations of our own perception ✦ Why lived experience creates a different kind of knowing ✦ Grounding yourself when life becomes Vata-heavy ✦ Creating enough stability to understand what you actually need ✦ Trusting your ability to work through what you don't yet understand ——————— MARKERS ON THE PATH: (00:10) – Introduction to Personal Growth and Discovery (02:33) – Personal Story: Focus in Grad School (04:22) – Communication and Expectations in Research (06:35) – The Role of Imagination and Observation (08:38) – The Importance of Grounding for Well-Being (09:04) – Trusting Yourself and Finding Answers ——————— SOMETHING TO SIT WITH: Can you trust yourself... even when you don't yet know the answer? ——————— A RESTORATIVE STEP: When uncertainty appears today, resist the urge to immediately solve it.
