After moving from Michigan to Las Vegas in 2001, he stepped into special events before launching Masterpiece Cuisine in 2007 as a home-based catering company that has since grown into a thriving operation.  Get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to build and grow a catering business in a competitive market like Las Vegas.
