Bible Prophecy, AI, and America’s Future | Mike Vilardi on Technology, Taxes, and Politics

In this special simulcast of The Neil Haley Show and The Mike Vilardi Show, Neil “The Media Giant” Haley speaks with Mike Vilardi, author and host of The Mike Vilardi Show, about his book Unexpected Assignment: Guarding the Antichrist, Bible prophecy, artificial intelligence, taxes, and his views on political and economic issues affecting America’s future. Mike discusses Unexpected Assignment: Guarding the Antichrist, a fictional story involving Bible prophecy, the Rapture, the Antichrist, the Mark of the Beast, and events described in Revelation and Daniel. He explains how his main character, Bob Clement, a Secret Service agent, becomes involved in events connected to Mike’s interpretation of biblical prophecy. The conversation explores Mike’s interpretation of the 1,260 days described in Revelation 12 and how he connects that period with the Rapture and Daniel’s 70th week. He also discusses Russia, China, Israel, and other nations in relation to the prophetic scenario presented in his book. Mike explains how fiction allows him to explore what he believes future prophetic events could look like. Neil and Mike also discuss current events through the lens of Mike’s interpretation of Bible prophecy. Their conversation touches on Israel, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Syria, and former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Mike explains how he believes developments involving these countries relate to the larger prophetic timeline he studies. Another major topic is Mike’s interpretation of the timing of the Rapture. He discusses Psalm 90:10 and its reference to a human lifespan of 70 or 80 years and connects this passage with the establishment of Israel in 1948. Mike explains why he considers 2028 significant and identifies Rosh Hashanah in 2027 as the timeframe he currently associates with the Rapture, while acknowledging that he does not consider it a specific date. The discussion then turns to artificial intelligence and its growing role in government and business. Mike shares concerns about the use of AI in tax enforcement and describes situations he says he has encountered involving taxpayers and automated assessments. He discusses the possibility of AI being used to review historical tax returns and generate additional assessments, penalties, interest, or collection actions, while emphasizing the importance of responding to tax notices. Neil and Mike also discuss whether AI should be regulated. Mike argues that some guardrails are necessary to prevent misuse, while Neil raises concerns that excessive regulation could slow technological development. They also discuss Neil’s experience with changing AI software costs and his view that AI should help human workers become more effective rather than simply replace them. The conversation also moves into politics, elections, government spending, and the national debt. Mike shares his opinions about the Democratic and Republican parties, redistricting, upcoming elections, and the political direction of the United States. He discusses his concerns about government spending, programs such as Medicare for All, inflation, gasoline prices, and the growing cost of interest on the national debt. These views are presented as part of Mike’s broader perspective on America’s economic and political future. Throughout the episode, Mike presents his perspectives on Bible prophecy, technology, taxation, artificial intelligence, politics, economics, and the future of America. Neil challenges him on several subjects, creating a wide-ranging discussion that connects biblical interpretation with current events and emerging technology. Owen Wilson on a Near-Death Flight, Answered Prayer, Loss, and God’s Perfect Timing

In this powerful episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi and Neil “The Media Giant” Haley welcome Owen Wilson, whose remarkable testimony is featured in Daniel Fazzina’s collection of modern-day miracle stories. Owen shares two deeply personal experiences that shaped his faith: surviving a terrifying airplane emergency and later enduring the heartbreaking loss of his firstborn son. At the center of both stories is one message—sometimes an answer to prayer appears immediately, while other times it may take years to understand what God is doing. Owen recounts flying a small aircraft with his friend Grant when the engine suddenly began losing power. They were near mountainous terrain and cold ocean water, leaving very few safe options. As the engine repeatedly started and stopped, Owen focused on getting the aircraft across a ridge so they could potentially ditch near homes if necessary. With only about 30 feet of clearance, they barely crossed the ridge. Then something completely unexpected appeared beneath them: An airfield Owen had never noticed before. Despite flying in the area for four years and marking potential emergency landing locations on his maps, he had never seen this strip. Owen remembers realizing, “We’re not going to die today.” As Owen maneuvered the aircraft toward the runway, Grant continued praying through the headset. The approach was difficult. The runway was surrounded by challenging terrain, the aircraft was coming in too fast, and a flock of geese stood near the landing path. Owen prayed they would remain on the ground. They did. The aircraft touched down safely and stopped with room to spare. After climbing out and thanking God for their survival, Owen and Grant noticed something extraordinary only meters from where they had landed: a windmill with the words: “Jesus Is Lord.” The strange coincidences continued. Animals began wandering out from the surrounding property—sheep, goats, cattle, horses, and even an ostrich. Then a young couple approached them. Their names? Truth and Grace. For Owen, the combination of the hidden airfield, the sign declaring “Jesus Is Lord,” the animals, and two strangers named Truth and Grace felt like confirmation that their prayers had been heard. The couple even had fuel available despite living on a remote, off-grid property accessible largely by boat. After testing the aircraft carefully, Owen and Grant were able to take off again and safely return home. Neil asks the obvious question: how could an experienced pilot run out of gas? Owen later investigated and discovered that the aircraft’s fuel tank markings apparently had never been properly calibrated. He had relied on the indicated measurements for years. Normally, Owen carried extra reserve fuel beyond the legal minimum. On this particular flight, he had reduced the reserve—and the aircraft ran out approximately 15 minutes earlier than expected. The experience left him realizing just how close he may have come on previous flights without ever knowing it. Owen then shares a far more painful testimony involving his wife, Angela. During their first pregnancy, at only 26 weeks, Angela experienced serious complications while visiting family in Canada. Their baby had to be delivered prematurely by C-section. Owen describes praying desperately during the drive to Calgary, asking God for a sign through the Northern Lights—something connected in his mind to the rainbows his wife had often viewed as reassurance from God. No Northern Lights appeared. Hosted by Mike Vilardi and Neil “The Media Giant” Haley, featuring conversations about faith, testimony, current events, personal transformation, and extraordinary stories of perseverance. ✈️ Running Out of Fuel in the Air🙏 Prayer During the Emergency Landing🌄 Meeting “Truth and Grace”⛽ How Did They Run Out of Fuel?💔 A Prayer That Took Three Years🌌 God Had Not ForgottenHis takeaway:📖 Divine Intervention💬 Key Takeaway🎧 The Mike Vilardi Show

Penny Kassay-Asencio on Surviving Darkness, Finding Faith, and Building a New Purpose

In this deeply personal episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi and Neil “The Media Giant” Haley welcome Penny Kassay-Asencio, who shares her dramatic testimony of faith, survival, hardship, and rebuilding her life with a renewed sense of purpose. Penny describes a frightening supernatural experience that she says ultimately led her to call out to Jesus, change the direction of her life, and begin a spiritual journey that continues decades later. Penny explains that she grew up on Long Island in Smithtown, New York, as the oldest of five children. After a difficult childhood and a period of questioning whether God was real, she became involved in New Age spirituality and occult practices. Years later, Penny says she experienced what felt like a descent into a dark, bottomless pit while she believed she was dying. Surrounded by darkness and unable to stop the sensation of falling, she cried out: “Jesus, please, I’ll serve you.” She says she immediately awakened and began searching for answers. On January 1, 1991, Penny walked into Jesus Is Lord Church in Holtsville, New York, where she says she experienced an overwhelming sense of God’s presence. She remembers the influence of Pastor Tom McGinnis, Pastor Liz McGinnis, Pastor Anthony Trezza, Bob Quinones, and other church leaders who helped guide her as she began rebuilding her spiritual life. Penny describes this period as the beginning of a complete transformation away from occult practices and toward Christianity. Penny also speaks candidly about later hardships. She married and had children, but eventually became a single mother after her marriage ended. She remembers struggling financially, losing jobs because of family responsibilities, dealing with unreliable transportation, raising four children, and trying to survive difficult seasons without losing her faith. For Penny, the central lesson was that Christianity did not remove every hardship—but her relationship with God helped her continue through them. One of the most emotional portions of the interview centers on Penny’s nephew. In 2006, at six years old, he was diagnosed with stage-four neuroblastoma and, according to Penny, given extremely difficult odds. Penny and her sister Kelly chose to hope while preparing for every possibility. Her nephew lived until age 11 and had a profound effect on the family and community. His story also inspired Mason’s Toy Box, an initiative Penny says has gone on to help more than 1,000 families. Today, Penny is pursuing a completely different chapter. After working in government and studying business, she is building several ventures in Virginia, including A Little Bit of Everything, a planned event and entertainment destination near Wintergreen Resort. Her vision includes: Podcast and music studio spaceTour buses and tourism experiencesRestaurant and boutique conceptsCommunity eventsLocal job creationPartnerships with area tourism businessesPenny hopes the project can eventually become a franchise model that expands beyond Virginia. Daniel Fazzina on Miracles, Healing, Faith, and Divine Intervention

Daniel Fazzina on Miracles, Healing, Faith, and Divine Intervention In this powerful episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi and Neil “The Media Giant” Haley welcome award-winning author, radio host, and media professional Daniel Fazzina, creator of Divine Intervention Radio and author of Divine Intervention: 50 True Stories of God’s Miracles Today. Daniel shares the personal experiences that shaped his Christian faith, including his conversion as a teenager, a long battle with chronic back pain, and his experience surviving a life-threatening cancer diagnosis. Daniel explains that he grew up attending a Lutheran church on Long Island but did not fully understand the gospel until age 14, when his brother returned from California with a dramatically changed life and introduced him to the idea of being “born again.” That conversation led Daniel to make his own personal commitment to Christianity and begin viewing faith as a relationship with God rather than simply a religious tradition. Daniel recounts two experiences that became turning points in his life. In 2001, after suffering chronic back pain for roughly ten years, Daniel attended a men’s retreat in Montauk. While waiting in line to receive prayer, he says the pain suddenly disappeared before anyone physically prayed over him. A year later, Daniel was diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma and says doctors discovered a massive tumor in his chest that was pressing against his pulmonary artery. He describes being told that the cancer was inoperable and that chemotherapy would determine whether he survived. During a hospital stay, Daniel says he surrendered his future to God, praying that whether he lived or died, he wanted his life to serve a greater purpose. At a later scan, Daniel says doctors found no remaining tumor or cancer. He includes before-and-after medical scans in his book as part of his testimony. That experience inspired him to begin collecting the stories of other people who believe they experienced miraculous intervention. Daniel explains that his book includes stories involving: Physical healingProvisionReligious conversionAnswered prayerSurvivalLife-changing spiritual experiencesHis mission is to show readers that, in his view, God remains personally involved in people’s lives today. Mike also recounts several moments he considers miraculous. He describes recovering from a severe back injury after a friend prayed for him and remembering an intense sensation of heat during the prayer. Mike also tells the story of meeting a young woman late at night who, according to him, revealed that she had been contemplating suicide and had just prayed for someone to tell her that God loved her. Mike and his friend had stopped specifically because they felt compelled to speak with her. The discussion becomes a broader conversation about listening to spiritual prompting, answered prayer, and trusting God during moments of uncertainty. Daniel shares stories from his book about Kamal Saleem and Zachariah Anani, two men he says were formerly involved with militant Islamic groups before later converting to Christianity. Daniel describes their journeys from violence and extremism to Christian evangelism, including persecution they said they faced after leaving Islam. Kamal Saleem is also scheduled to appear at Daniel’s upcoming Power of Testimony event. Daniel announces an upcoming live event featuring several people whose stories appear in his book. God is still real, and He is still intervening in people’s lives. William McNamara on “The Trouble with Billy,” Hollywood Survival, and Independent TelevisionEpisode Summary

William McNamara on “The Trouble with Billy,” Hollywood Survival, and Independent TelevisionEpisode Summary In this episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi and Neil “The Media Giant” Haley welcome actor, writer, director, and producer William “Billy” McNamara. Known for Copycat, Chasers, Stealing Home, Dream a Little Dream, and Surviving the Game, McNamara shares the journey behind his independent series, The Trouble with Billy. Billy wrote, directed, produced, and starred in ten episodes—roughly 300 minutes of television—while navigating limited resources, legal complications, union disputes, and a changing streaming industry. Season One is now available on Red Coral Universe. The series is loosely inspired by McNamara’s life but greatly exaggerated. His character is a former 1980s actor who believes aliens abducted him and returned him to Hollywood after ten years. Nobody remembers him. He sleeps on his niece’s couch. After hosting Alien Abductees Anonymous, he is thrown out and forced to live in a 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with his sick pit bull. Billy must raise $15,000 for the dog’s heart transplant. Every time life improves, another bad decision sends him crashing down. The show combines Hollywood satire, alien-abduction comedy, homelessness, friendship, and determination. The first season includes ten episodes, about 150 actors, and more than 75 locations. Featured performers include Billy Baldwin, Angus Macfadyen, Costas Mandylor, Tom Sizemore, Sally Kirkland, and Robert Wagner. Billy says many people doubted he could complete such an ambitious independent production, but he refused to quit. The series was delayed by a Screen Actors Guild dispute involving pension and health contributions. The issue prevented Billy from selling the show and resulted in a two-year legal fight. By the time the legal issues were resolved, streaming had shifted toward advertising-revenue deals, vertical content, and lower-cost programming. Billy eventually connected with producer Larry Meistrich and Red Coral Universe, which released the show on a non-exclusive basis. The platform is available through Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, and smart televisions. Billy is developing Season Two and working with investors, brands, and production partners. A New Jersey bank may finance part of the production through a New York State rebate, while Red Coral explores sponsorships and minimum guarantees. Billy discusses the unexpected revival of Copycat, the thriller starring Sigourney Weaver and Holly Hunter. When it began trending internationally on Netflix, his IMDb ranking jumped to 161, and he gained thousands of social-media followers overnight. Other career highlights include Stealing Home, Dream a Little Dream, Doing Time on Maple Drive, Surviving the Game, Chasers, and Beggars and Choosers. Billy says Doing Time on Maple Drive remains especially meaningful because viewers still tell him how the film helped them discuss sexuality and family struggles. After more than three decades as a working actor, Billy now prefers writing, directing, and producing. He stepped away from auditions to focus on The Trouble with Billy. The conversation also creates possible collaborations involving the Radiate TV Film Festival, Red Coral Universe, and distribution partnerships. Neil invites Billy to join an upcoming Hollywood panel. Remembering Paul Friedman: Friendship, College Memories, and a Life Well Lived

On this heartfelt episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi welcomes longtime friend Joe Tringali to honor the memory of their dear friend Paul Friedman, a larger-than-life personality whose humor, loyalty, and warmth left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. What begins as a tribute becomes a joyful celebration of friendship, college adventures, unforgettable pranks, and the bonds that last a lifetime. The episode opens with Mike and Joe reflecting on Paul's life and his untimely passing. Joe recounts Paul's courageous battle with Hodgkin's lymphoma, the bone marrow transplant he received from his son, and how he fought through multiple rounds of treatment while remaining hopeful, before complications unexpectedly took his life at just 58 years old. It is a sobering reminder of how much can be packed into a life, and how deeply one person can be missed. From there, the tone lifts as the two friends trace their bond back to their college years, where Paul quickly became a central figure in their lives. What made the friendship special was simple but rare: unwavering loyalty, shared adventures, endless laughter, and the sense that they always looked out for one another across decades of memories. As they put it, true friendships are uncommon, and Paul was the kind of friend who made every experience better. The stories come fast and funny. One of the first involves Mike's introduction to Paul during a late-night college outing, when Paul charmed complete strangers into inviting the group to party after party, a perfect snapshot of his confidence and his gift for turning an ordinary night into an adventure. Then there's the legend of Jenny and Al, the elderly couple Mike rented a room from, whose complaints about his daily running and shower routine eventually led him to move out, setting up the infamous replacement tenant Joe and Paul arranged. That tenant's legendary foot odor spread through the house so badly that Jenny and Al became convinced an animal had died and even considered calling exterminators, a tale that still draws laughs decades later. The pranks only escalate from there. The group pulled off an unforgettable stunt on fellow student Mike Henry before graduation, disabling his alarms, moving his car onto a lawn, and decorating it with women's clothing, only for his parents to arrive unexpectedly the next morning. Another classic Paul Friedman caper involved relocating a car directly in front of the Newman Center entrance, hiding the keys, and waiting for the chaos to unfold. Through it all, Paul's signature talent shines: his uncanny ability to imitate voices so convincingly that people genuinely believed they were speaking with someone else, fueling countless telephone pranks and invented characters that left everyone in stitches. Beneath the laughter, though, the episode keeps returning to what truly mattered. The foundation of their friendship was trust, loyalty, support, and lasting respect. No matter what happened, Mike and Joe say, they always had each other's backs, and that bond never wavered. They remember Paul as larger than life, exceptionally funny, generous, loyal, and someone who simply made every room brighter and every moment better. In their closing thoughts, Mike and Joe agree that this episode is about far more than saying goodbye. It is a reminder of the importance of friendship, shared experience, and the people who leave a permanent mark on our lives. Paul's absence is felt deeply, yet the memories continue to bring laughter and gratitude years later. As the two friends reflect on decades together, one theme rings clear: the best friendships never truly end, because the stories live on forever.

The SAVE Act, Election Integrity, Iran, the Midterms, and America's Future

On the latest episode of The Mike Vilardi Show, Mike Vilardi and Neil Haley dig into some of the most contested political topics in America today, from election security to foreign policy to what voters will actually be weighing when they head to the polls. The conversation moves from the proposed SAVE Act to the conflict with Iran and on to predictions for the 2026 midterms and the broader direction of the country. The primary focus is the SAVE Act, legislation designed to strengthen voter identification requirements and election verification procedures. The discussion covers voter ID rules, mail-in voting, concerns about non-citizen voting, the accuracy of voter rolls, and federal election safeguards. Mike makes the case that requiring identification to vote is simply common sense, pointing out that Americans already need ID for countless everyday activities, from driving a vehicle and purchasing alcohol to opening bank accounts, getting a job, and accessing many government services. As he puts it, "If you need an ID for everything else, why wouldn't you need one to vote?" From there, the hosts turn to election integrity more broadly, emphasizing that protecting public confidence in elections matters regardless of political affiliation. They raise concerns about verifying voter eligibility, maintaining accurate rolls, preventing fraud, and ensuring legal participation, returning again and again to the idea that public trust in election outcomes is essential to the health of American democracy. Their vision for the future of elections leans on transparency, bipartisan reform, sound administration, and broad voter participation. The conversation then shifts to foreign policy and the escalating tensions involving Iran. Mike predicts the conflict could be resolved relatively quickly, citing what he views as overwhelming military pressure on Iran's infrastructure and leadership. That naturally leads into the economic ripple effects on everyday Americans, particularly gas prices. The hosts discuss energy supply disruptions, inflation, and transportation costs, with Mike forecasting that once the situation stabilizes, gas prices could eventually fall again thanks to increased energy production and market stability. A significant portion of the episode focuses on the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz, a chokepoint critical to global oil transportation, international trade, and energy markets. The hosts weigh possible long-term infrastructure solutions that could reduce American and global dependence on the region. Looking ahead to the 2026 midterm elections, Neil asks Mike for his outlook. Mike believes Republican success will depend far more on results than rhetoric, shaped by economic conditions, foreign policy outcomes, election reform legislation, redistricting, and public perception of both parties. The redistricting discussion zeroes in on Texas, California, and Florida, with Mike arguing that district changes could significantly affect congressional representation heading into the next cycle. The hosts also find common ground on congressional term limits, discussing caps for both House members and Senators as a way to reduce the number of career politicians and increase accountability. Mike suggests this is an area of genuine bipartisan appeal, with many Americans supporting term limits regardless of party. Ultimately, the conversation keeps returning to what voters truly care about: cost of living, inflation, energy costs, national security, and government accountability. Both hosts agree that elections are decided by the issues that hit people's daily lives most directly. Mike closes by emphasizing that voters tend to respond to results over messaging, and that the midterms will hinge on factors like whether the SAVE Act passes, how the economy performs, foreign policy developments, public trust in institutions, and candidate quality.
