    The Wellbeing Club with Kirsten

    Welcome to another episode of "The Wellbeing Club". Today, we're thrilled to share the story of Kirsten, a personal trainer whose story is a journey of perseverance, self-discovery, and the power of helping others. Kirsten's story begins in the world of bodybuilding, a sport where the quest for physical perfection often leads to a dependency on external validation. Where Kirsten grappled with this need for approval, constantly measuring her self-worth by others' opinions of her physique. However, she realised that true satisfaction couldn't come from the outside. Just as she was finding her stride, the global economic crisis hit, and Kirsten faced a new challenge: losing her business. This setback was devastating, but Kirsten didn't let it define her. Instead, she saw it as an opportunity to pivot and grow. Embracing a new pathway, she immersed herself into Personal training and learning new skills which not only enhanced her physical fitness but also deepened her understanding of holistic wellness. Kirsten's passion for helping others has always been at the core of her work. Whether through bodybuilding, pilates, or personal training, she dedicates herself to empowering her clients, helping them find their own strength and confidence. Her journey from seeking validation to becoming a beacon of support and motivation for others is truly inspiring.
