Kevin O'Ryan has spent virtually his entire life immersed in Irish racing, as a jockey, jockeys' agent and one of the most familiar faces on Irish racecourses. In this edition of Inside Track: Ireland – In Conversation, Kevin sits down with Jane Mangan to tell the story behind the familiar television personality. He reflects on the racing family and characters who shaped him, his own riding career and the unexpected opportunities that led him into broadcasting. Kevin also speaks movingly about his great friend Pat Smullen, the shock of Pat's cancer diagnosis and the phone call after his operation that Kevin will never forget.
