    I have a love/hate relationship with the month of December. It has always felt so fake and forced. It is supposed to be a time for joy but for the longest time it has been a time of grief and reminders of those who are no longer here.     Things I Wish People Would've Said To Me During My Grief Journey

    I have come to understand that people say the STRANGEST things when it comes to grief. It's actually pretty odd. They either do not know how to show up or just make the conversation extremely awkward. Here are a few things I compiled of what I wished friends/family would've said to me at the beginning of my grief journey. I hope this helps someone who is grieving or helps someone who is actively supporting someone who is going through grief. Remember to be kind and graceful during this process. Your friend, spouse, loved one is learning how to navigate life without a person that is no longer coming back. Grief is simply LOVE that has nowhere to go! :(

    When Love Wasn't Love - A Review!

    I don't know about ya'll but I have dated some CHARACTERS in my lifetime. LOL. But each character has taught me something....it taught me to love myself more! This is a review of (3) significant characters (exes) in my life but they all provided insight on what I needed and I helped transform me into the woman I am today. Thank you to my EX! :)
