    Isabel King and her approach to motherhood and professional sport

    Isabel King (aka "Iz") is a professional gravel and mountain bike racer, and most recently, a new mom to baby Hazel! For the triathlon fans tuning in, Iz also spent a very short time as professional triathlete. :) Skye and Iz have never met, but they started following each other and exchanging messages when they both became mothers, so it was time they sat down and had a chat! In this episode, Iz shares insight into her mental approach to sport and life after becoming a mother, along with some of the unexpected mental challenges along the way.
