What does AI mean for Coaching?

Sas leads our conversation about Artificial Intelligence and the future of Coaching. We reflect on what this technological shift might mean for human connection, professional identity, and how we make sense of ourselves and each other through the lens of coaching. Both sas and Bridget have built custom GPTs, and Bridget is leading the way in terms of how AI can enhance and complement coaching. Rather than presenting AI as something to fear or blindly adopt, our aim is to open up the conversation for curiosity, nuance, and possibility. Coaches are invited to consider how AI might reshape not just the industry, but their own practices — whether that’s in creating content, supporting clients, or redefining what it means to hold a human conversation in a tech-saturated world. For You to Reflect On * How are you feeling about AI right now - excited, cautious, overwhelmed, curious? * Where do you see opportunities for AI to support your coaching practice, and where do you want to draw clear boundaries? * What values or principles do you want to hold onto as this technology continues to evolve? 20. Is coaching the next wave of feminism?

Lianne hosts us to chat about coaching as an aspect of the feminine principle – Sophiac wisdom – part of what has been devalued and lost in our wider culture. We explore both where we are – with women over-represented as coaches, but under-represented in leadership and visibility in our industry. And the limits of working with individuals in a time of systemic change. We also explore the alternatives as the old structures begin to collapse – ideas of reciprocity, communal care, and the rhythms of nature. Enjoy!    📺 Watch on YouTube and share your thoughts in the comments!    Got a question for the OG’s?  If you have a question about your coaching practice, we’d love to help. You are warmly invited to submit a question to us for an upcoming Q&A episode. You might want us to weigh in on a topic about the industry generally or something specific to do with your client work or running your coaching business. 16. Politics & Coaching: how to talk about these times

Sas hosts a conversation about the place of politics in our coaching work. Does it have a place? How do we navigate marketing our work in these times? Should we be? How do political, social, and economic contexts show up in our client work? If you've ever felt a bit 'crunchy' about sharing your work in an increasingly uncertain world or discussing these topics with clients, listen in! 15. Discernment, Gurus, and Self-help F*****y

A return to our spicy roots! One of our founding ideals is to equip coaches and travellers in the self-help and coaching worlds, to be discerning. There IS snake oil and problematic practices that seek to exploit the vulnerabilities of this work. Bridgette hosts this discussion prompted by the recent death of James Arthur Ray, who rose to prominence in The Secret and was then convicted of negligent homicide after three people died at a sweatlodge ritual he ran. We start with Ray, and dive into other 'gurus' in the self-help world, what to look out for, and what you will never see ethical practitioners do or say.  📺 Watch on YouTube and share your thoughts in the comments!   Got a question for the OG’s?
