Dark Hearts with Stacy Lee

Found it incredibly distasteful. Victims of sexual abuse have enough to worry about as it is when they come forward. Presenting the victim’s claims the way that Stacy did is why victims don’t report. Won’t be listening to anything else from her.

I’m here for the Clayton episode but man it’s hard to listen to this AI voice.

I’ve been a fan of Stacy Lee for over 5 years going back to her “Dining with Death” series. Her podcast and YouTube are both fantastic. Anytime a case comes through that we haven’t heard of yet, our friend group always says “let’s see what Stacy Lee has to say about it” because we know we’ll get a thoughtful breakdown that is fully researched. She clearly puts a ton of time and effort into the pre-work. Also, not many folks do separate episodes for YouTube and podcasts so you can have an experience that works well for both platforms. Huge fan of her work and her authenticity. Thanks for your continued work, Stacy!!! Rooting for you and your continued success!

Stacy made a video about a case with Clayton Echard and Laura Owens. She had multiple facts wrong and did not even have the most basic of context and on top of that insulted the online community that brought all of this to light without even showing evidence to her claims. When I told her what she did wrong she got defensive and blocked me and deleted my comments. It’s also evident but all of the flowery language that is being constantly used and again not even the most basic of knowledge and the use of AI in the video makes me believe she uses it to make her script as well. Extremely inappropriate.
