    57. QUICKIE: daily morning EFT tapping

    In this (very quick) episode, I wanted to share on of my fav tools for releasing any emotions that might be lingering or feeling a little sticky. Cue EFT tapping 🧠✨ It's what I like to call acupuncture for the brain! And here's the truth: tapping isn't about avoiding your feelings (I wouldn't be down for that btw), it does help you navigate your emotions with a little more ease and don't we all want that? This EFT tapping is meant to be utilized in the morning to help you clear out anything that might be hanging around so that you can start your day fresh. This tapping only uses four points (eyebrow, side of the eye, cheekbone, and collarbone). I would recommend experimenting with daily use for at least a week and see the impact they have for you! Now a quick tip in order to gauge how many rounds of tapping you might need (because sometimes those emotions can be extra sticky) is to rate the intensity of whatever feelings are coming up prior to your first round and then check in with where you are at the end of each round .. the goal of which is to get to 0. Something else I like to do is ask myself these two questions which can help me: ✨If these feelings were a shape, what would it be? ✨And what color?
