Prophets past and present have encouraged us to seek to understand how to part the veil between heaven and earth.  This podcast discusses the doctrines, principles and patterns of how the the thinning of the veil occurs when we are engaged in the gathering of Israel.  Testimonies of these greater manifestations will also be shared in the hopes that we all may have the heavens opened to us in greater degrees.

    REVELATORY MANIFESTATIONS WHILE THE PROPHETIC MANTLE FELL ON BRIGHAM YOUNG

    After the prophet, Joseph Smith was murdered, the church faced uncertainty as to it's future. The members were left shaken and confused on what the path looked like moving forward. Who was to take the prophetic mantle. During this time of great upheaval a few men stepped forward to profess their right to step into the prophetic line of succession. On August 8, 1844 the saints met to resolve this matter near the temple in Nauvoo. To aide the saints at the time in helping them know who the right man to sustain as the next prophet, the Lord opened the eyes and ears of many as the prophetic mantle fell on Brigham Young. Most congregants either saw, felt, or heard Brigham Young appear as Joseph Smith, confirming the Lord's will that Brigham Young was to be the successor of Joseph Smith, allowing the church to move forward in it's rightful place within the restoration of all things in the latter days. The Lord has proved time and time again through out history that He is guiding and directing all things through revelatory, thinning of the veil experiences to all who have eyes to see and ears to hear.     Many prophecies about the latter days are being fulfilled in our days. The signals that the return of the ten tribes had begun were the coming forth of the Book of Mormon and Moses restoring the priesthood keys necessary so that Israel could again be gathered and the Ten Tribes restored again into the covenant fold of God. What does the restoring of the Ten Tribes actually entail? Does this mighty gathering happen through missionary work or through a massive group migration? In this episode we discuss these possibilities with doctrinal sources and citations. More importantly, we study our role as latter day, covenant keeping, members of the House of Israel in bringing them home.     In the house of the Lord, those who enter, choose to make sacred covenants, yoking themselves to the Savior, Jesus Christ. Taking part in these sacred ordinances endows you with power from on high. But what does that power look and feel like in our regular, everyday lives? What are some of those inherent spiritual gifts that can aid each of us to help prepare the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ? In this episode Barbara Morgan Gardner helps to answer some of these very common questions. This talk was originally given at a BYU Devotional on July 11, 2023. She teaches that each of us were foreordained to gather Israel and that inherent within this sacred calling we are given spiritual gifts and revelations to help us bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of men and women through all generations of time. We have the capacity to lead out in preparing the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ because of the endowment of power that we receive in temples, receiving the power of the Savior into our lives.     THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH WORKING BEHIND PRISON WALLS

    Our Heavenly Father is in relentless pursuit of all of His sons and daughters on both sides of the veil. There is no place that is found on earth that He does not go in order to pursue the one, including in prison. In this episode, a story is related by J. Richard Clarke, in a BYUI Speech given on February of 1993, about the loving, mercy of the Savior Jesus Christ. A prisoner in the Utah State Prison, experienced healing as he helped in his own way, to free souls through family history work. Truly a remarkable story of a prisoner helping to free prisoners on the other side of the veil and the miraculous thinning of the veil experience that helped to facilitate that. The Spirit of Elijah is remarkable in it's reach to span all places on Earth, even the unexpected ones, to gather the Lord's family home.     TEAMS OF LIGHT: Conversation with Jessica Hardiman

    Jessica Hardiman, grew up in difficult circumstances. One huge part of finding peace during those tumultuous years was having the influence of her grandmother who constantly reminded Jessica that she was a daughter of God. Later in life, Jessica believes it was the influence of her grandmother as well as other family members on the other side of the veil, that lead her back to the gospel of Jesus Christ. She calls them her "Team of Light". Now a year into her coming back to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,  she is experiencing the gospel in amazing, revelatory ways as she becomes a savior for her family on both sides of the veil. Her focus on the Gathering of Israel and attending the temple regularly have deepened her understanding of the Savior and the pivotal role she plays in her own generations in bringing them unto the Savior.
