From Rage to Wisdom: Healing Through Healthy Anger with Somatic Coach & Breathwork Alchemist Brialle Ringer

Episode 14: In this episode I sat down with Brialle, Somatic Coach and Breathwork Alchemist, to explore how healthy anger can transform your life and relationships. You'll discover how your nervous system responses shape your relationship with anger and learn practical ways to communicate your boundaries effectively. If you've ever struggled with destructive anger or suppressed emotions, this episode will help you understand why. We unpack how your attachment style influences whether you express or suppress anger, and you'll learn valuable tools for co-regulating in relationships. Through real client stories, you'll see how practicing the 'sacred no' can prevent burnout and resentment. You'll understand that setting boundaries isn't just about saying no - it's about honoring your capacity. Brialle and I explore how embracing your anger, rather than fearing it, can lead to profound personal transformation and more authentic relationships. Brialle Ringer is a breathwork alchemist, somatic coach, and wellness educator committed to helping change makers lead with greater ease and joy. As a former burnt-out social worker turned healer, Brialle intimately knows what it's like to feel overwhelmed by compassion fatigue, struggling to slow down and rest out of fear that the causes you care about will suffer. After a decade of decolonizing from grind culture, learning to listen to the language of her body, and guiding hundreds of others to do the same– she's a big believer that personal transformation is integral to collective liberation and teaches about the importance of radical self-care for sustainable advocacy. Being guided by Brialle, you can expect to shed the shackles of internalized oppression so you can feel FREE to embody your most loving, liberatory leadership (while having some fun along the way!). How Your Surival Responses are Connected to Your Attachment

Episode 12: In this episode, I explore the fascinating connection between your attachment patterns and your nervous system responses. I'll be discussing how your early experiences shape your relationship patterns – but importantly, these patterns aren't fixed. They're adaptations that helped you survive and connect in your early environments. When you understand how our survival responses work – fight, flight, freeze, or fawn – you can better grasp why you react the way you do in relationships. For instance, those of us with anxious attachment tendencies might be exquisitely attuned to relationship dynamics, while those with avoidant patterns might instinctively create distance during stress. These aren't character flaws – they're intelligent adaptations your nervous system created to keep you safe. I share how secure attachment allows for a natural flow of emotions and connection, while other patterns might emerge as protective mechanisms. The beauty is that when you understand these patterns, you can begin to work with them consciously. ✨Let's stay connected: Instagram: @healwithrachelAttachment & Nervous System Quiz: Unlock HereDive deeper into the self-paced private podcast course, Reconnect: Learn MoreI offer four long-term one-on-one slots per year: Apply Here References: *Poole Heller, D.
