Episode 5: More Than a Month – Love, Mental Health, and Doing the Little Things That Count

We’re back! After a short break, *Tottenham Talking* returns with our first episode of 2025! In this mini-episode, we’re diving into the heart of what truly matters: love, care, and the little things that count. Recorded the day before Valentine’s Day, we explore how this holiday can impact our mental health—the joy, the pressure, and everything in between. From self-love to community care, we unpack why love isn’t just for one day or one month but something we nurture through the small, meaningful actions we show ourselves and others every day. Plus, we share a special teaser of what’s on the horizon: our upcoming Black History Month podcast, where we’ll continue celebrating love, culture, and connection within our community. Join us for an uplifting conversation about how little acts of care can have the biggest impact—because love is *more than a month*.
