Into The Unknown - The Field of Possibility.

In this week's episode of the Amazing Mindset podcast series, we delve into the "Unknown", courtesy of a quote by our dear friend, Marina Galan, who was the inspiration behind a number my podcasts, namely "The Big But", "The Power of the Pause", & "Listening for the Feeling", as well as being a special guest in the Chatroom! Marina calls the unknown "The Field Of Possibility". We don't know what lies in store for us...it is the "Unknown". Why are we sometimes uncomfortable with the uncertainty with the future?   Ged Roberts is the author of 4 books: “Amazing-A voyage of self-discovery” “The Amazing Sequel-A sojourn into self-awareness” “Think Amazing-A guide to Mental well-being” & "The Amazing Mindset Podcast Series" All 4 books are available on Amazon.co.uk. Teaching Mental Health

Can we teach Mental Health? In an age where mental problems and 'disorders' are on the rise, especially among our younger generations, the challenge arises as to how we solve these issues, and reduce the problems and the 'disorders'. We have to start somewhere, and, for Ged, that is in our day-to-day education curriculum. We already teach 'Healthy Diet', so why not 'Healthy Thinking?' Ged Roberts is the author of 4 books: “Amazing-A voyage of self-discovery” “The Amazing Sequel-A sojourn into self-awareness” “Think Amazing-A guide to Mental well-being” & "The Amazing Mindset Podcast Series" All 4 books are available on Amazon.co.uk. Listening for the Feeling

What do John Lennon, Marina Galan & Graeme Hinde have in common? John Lennon said this about his song, ‘Imagine’… “Don’t just listen to this song, you need to feel it!” Exactly. Listening for the feeling is ‘REALLY LISTENING”! In this, the 5th of the 'Amazing Mindset' Podcasts for the 2025-26 Season, Ged asks if we can begin to replace the word 'Problem' with the word 'Challenge'. Challenges are there to be faced. But problems are often there to be worried about! Ged also suggests that some of our Challenges and Problems can actually be turned into Opportunities.
