  1. Nobody's Perfect

    JAN 31

    Nobody's Perfect

Today's podcast is inspired by a quote from Steven Bartlett, author of the best-selling book, "The Diary of a CEO". The quote reads, "Successful people have mental health issues, bad habits, gaps in their knowledge, moments of self-doubt, procrastination issues, imperfect routines, insecurities, and imposter syndrome, too. But they also know that these things are PERFECTLY NORMAL. That is the difference!" A gentle reminder that not one of us is PERFECT. We have to embrace IMPERFECTION. Check out my podcast from March 22nd, 2025, entitled :  "Wabi-Sabi. Embracing Imperfection". Ged Roberts is the author of 4 books: “Amazing-A voyage of self-discovery” “The Amazing Sequel-A sojourn into self-awareness” “Think Amazing-A guide to Mental well-being” & "The Amazing Mindset Podcast Series" All 4 books are available on Amazon.co.uk.
