    010: Dating Like a Goddess from Your Feminine Energy + Heal Your Heart

    If I can be honest, all the heartbreak & healing advice out there feels really surface level & maybe even toxic “You were too good for him anyways”…or “there’s so many fish in the sea!” And “just go out more”…all the pep talks from friends are well intended of course and make sense to an extent BUT..you soon find yourself repeating the same old patterns all over again, this time with a new person! It’s like being a hamster on a wheel getting caught up in the same cycles & hitting a brick wall Healing the core of your pain is truly about: Sitting through your emotions & stages of heartbreak: anger, devastation, grief, sadness, acceptance, forgiveness etc. this person you dreamt life with is now “dead” to you so allow your nervous system to catch up to your reality! Healing Limiting Beliefs & Father wounds: Your narratives about the masculine, your father figure, what media you grew up with about patriarchy all trickle into your dating life & relationships.
