I talk about how I feel about it and the steps I am going to take to work towards a healthier, more balanced and less binary lifestyle. - My current read of Florence Givens 'Women Living Deliciously'. My opinions on it, how it has changed my life and the lessons I have taken away from it, as well as how I am going to use those lessons to level up my life to become the best, most confident and authentic version of myself!
