    Raichu | Stats, Moves, Evolution & Locations | The Pokemon Pokedex With Rhys & Felicity

    In this episode, Rhys and Felicity supercharge the studio with Raichu—Pokédex #26 and the high-voltage evolution that turns Pikachu’s cute sparks into full-on lightning strikes. They jump into Raichu’s pure Electric typing, explaining how it dominates Water and Flying types but completely fizzles out against Ground types (because Ground is immune — instant bad day). Rhys and Felicity break down Raichu’s abilities Static and Lightning Rod, and why Lightning Rod can turn Raichu into a sudden Special Attack powerhouse when timed right. The siblings also explore Raichu’s physical differences from Pikachu: bigger, heavier, stronger, and packing way more wattage. From its unique tail that acts like a grounding wire to prevent overcharging, to its ability to unleash powerful electrical bursts, Raichu proves to be much more than a simple evolution — it’s a serious threat in battle.     Spearow | Stats, Moves, Evolution & Locations | The Pokemon Pokedex With Rhys & Felicity

    In this episode, Rhys and Felicity dive into the wild world of Spearow—Pokédex #21 and one of the loudest, angriest, speediest little birds in all of Kanto. They break down Spearow’s Normal/Flying typing, explaining why it’s a great choice against Bug, Grass, and Fighting types… and why you should never send it out against Electric, Ice, or Rock unless you’re in the mood to lose instantly. From its loud cry to its frantic wing-flapping, Spearow brings big energy in a very small package. Rhys and Felicity talk abilities too — Keen Eye keeps Spearow’s accuracy sharp, ignoring moves like Sand Attack, while its hidden ability Sniper powers up critical hits for surprise knockouts. They describe Spearow’s tiny size (1 foot tall, 4 pounds) as an “angry loaf of bread with wings,” powered by helicopter-fast flapping. They also break down Spearow’s personality: territorial, fearless, loud enough to be heard from half a mile away, and absolutely willing to chase anything that enters its turf. With references to Ash getting swarmed in the anime, the siblings paint a picture of a tiny bird with very big attitude.
