151 The Identity That Built Your Success Is Now Blocking Your Next Level

You don’t need to become more disciplined. You don’t need to become more focused. You don’t need to become more impressive, more successful, more “on.” You need to remember how to play again. In this episode, I’m riffing from morning tea in Australia... dogs at my feet, kookaburras in the background, wind doing the most...on a conversation I keep having with high-level founders, leaders, and visionaries who have built incredible things… and somehow feel heavy inside the life they created. Because somewhere along the way, the game stopped feeling like a game. The business became an identity. The title became a prison. The success became a set of expectations you now have to live up to. And the thing that once felt like creative expression started feeling like pressure, performance, and proof. This episode is an invitation to separate who you are from what you do. Yes, you acquire skills. Yes, you become a skilled leader, speaker, surgeon, founder, coach, investor, athlete, artist. But that is not the whole of who you are. Those are expressions. Roles. Skills. Games you’ve learned to play. They are not your essence. And when you collapse your identity into what you do, you cut yourself off from the next evolution of who you are here to experience. In this episode, I’m talking about the invisible identity prisons high performers create, why attachment to outcomes shuts down possibility, and how the frequency of play opens access to more creativity, clarity, fulfillment, and expansion than pressure ever could. Because the next level of your business may not come from pushing harder. It may come from remembering that life was never supposed to feel this heavy. In this episode, I dive into:The difference between acquiring skills and making those skills your entire identity Why so many successful founders secretly feel heavy, sad, or boxed in by the life they built How “I am this” and “I am not that” become invisible prisons Why attachment to outcomes creates fight-or-flight and blocks creative solutions The role of play, curiosity, and experimentation in your next level of expansion Why the identity that once served you may now be the exact thing limiting your next pivot How to approach launches, leadership, visibility, and business challenges as a game instead of a verdict on your worth Why your current circumstance may not need to change before your experience of it completely shifts The deeper meaning of unbecoming everything you are not Questions to sit with as you listen:Where have I turned something I do into who I am? What identity label used to serve me, but now feels like a box? Where am I attached to an outcome while telling myself I’m unattached? What would change if I approached this season of business with curiosity instead of pressure? Where have I lost the art of play? Who would I be without the title, the revenue, the role, the business, or the thing I’m known for? What part of me wants to explore something new, but has been shut down by “that’s not who I am”? Listen to this episode if:You’ve built success, but it feels heavier than you expected. You’re in a pivot and questioning who you are without the version of you that got you here. You’re launching, scaling, leading, or creating from pressure instead of possibility. You know strategy, discipline, and hard work are not the missing pieces anymore. You’re ready to stop becoming more and start unbecoming everything that was never actually you. InvitationIf this episode hits something deep in your system, this is the work we do inside my world. For the founder, leader, or high-performing woman who is wildly self-aware, deeply successful, and ready for the refinement underneath the refinement.. I have a few spaces open. 150 Your Success Became the Cage: Here's how to shatter it

You didn’t build all this success just to become trapped inside the identity that created it. The business. The money. The accolades. The role people know you for. Beautiful. But what happens when the version of you that built the empire starts becoming the cage? In this episode, I’m talking about the invisible prison of success — and why your next level isn’t more strategy, more discipline, or more performance. It’s play. Expression. Creativity. Presence. The courage to be seen trying something new. Because life is not a performance. It’s an experience. And your soul path will almost never make sense to the part of you trying to stay safe. In this episode, I’m unpacking the golden handcuffs of success, the subtle ways high-achieving women trap themselves inside identities that once served them, and why the next level of wealth, creativity, impact, and fulfillment may come from letting yourself play again. We also explore the question most successful women don’t want to ask: What if the version of you that built this life isn’t the version meant to lead the next chapter? Inside this episode, I talk about: — Why success can quietly become its own prison — The invisible rules you may have created around who you’re “allowed” to be now — Why play, creativity, and expression are not distractions from your work — they’re portals — The difference between performing life and actually experiencing it — Why your next level may require being seen as a beginner again — How your soul path will rarely make sense to your logical mind — The subtle frequency difference between abundance, neutrality, and scarcity — Why you may be craving expansion even when your life looks “good” on paper — The power of asking: “Who am I living for?” — How to access the blank-page version of your life, without the past, labels, or old identity running the show This is an episode for the woman who has built something beautiful… but can feel the next version of herself pressing against the walls of it. The woman who is done being impressive if it costs her aliveness. The woman who knows life was never meant to be one long performance. It was meant to be experienced. If this episode hit home, send it to your biz bestie who might need to hear it too. And if you enjoy these conversations, leave a review and let us know. 149 Your “Selflessness” Is Just Fear in a Designer Outfit

You’re calling it selfless. And I'll say to you what most people won't. I’m calling b******t. with love. but it's true. Because at this level, the thing you’re calling kindness, consideration, or “just how I am” is often fear dressed up in sophisticated language. You’re not doing it because you’re such a good person. Well, not only. You’re also doing it because it protects you from something. The uncomfortable conversation. The boundary. The truth. The pivot. Relating to something differen't. and our brains and bodies like FAMILIAR. even if it's costing us. because it doesn't see it that way. The moment where you have to stop managing everyone else’s experience and actually be honest about what you want. And my love, that is expensive. It costs energy. Capacity. Presence. Intimacy. Leadership. Money. In this episode, I’m breaking down the subtle pattern successful women love to call selflessness...and why it might be the exact thing keeping you in energetic debt. I’m opening up a few Laser Sessions this week. If you know there’s a pattern under the pattern and you want my eyes on it, DM me the word LASER on Instagram to claim one of the spots. 148 Diana Sophia: What You’ve Been Taught About Magnetism Is Wrong

What if magnetism isn’t about being louder, more controversial, more polished, or more “confident” online? What if the real reason your message isn’t landing has nothing to do with your strategy… and everything to do with the parts of you that still don’t feel safe being fully seen? In this episode, I sit down with my soul sister Diana Sofia for a raw, hilarious, deeply honest conversation about what it actually takes to become magnetic. Not the surface-level kind of magnetic where you’re performing confidence, posting consistently, checking the boxes, and hoping something finally clicks. The real kind. The kind where your voice feels like yours. Your offers feel clean. Your body feels safe being visible. Your message carries your actual frequency. And you stop trying to build a business from the version of you that’s still bracing to be judged, misunderstood, rejected, or “too much.” Diana shares the behind-the-scenes of her own She’s Magnetic journey: the impostor syndrome, the fear of being seen, the old money beliefs, the “who am I to do this?” spiral, and the moment she realized she could not keep holding back the mission that was moving through her. We talk about why self-awareness is not enough, why so many smart, capable, deeply trained women still feel stuck, and why the thoughts looping in your head when you try to create content are often not even yours. The fear of looking ridiculous. The fear of being attacked. The fear of wanting too much. The belief that making money doing what you love should somehow be harder than it is. This conversation is for the woman who knows she has something powerful to say, but can feel herself filtering, shrinking, softening, over-explaining, or performing the “acceptable” version of herself online. It’s for the entrepreneur who is showing up… but knows she’s not fully there. And it’s for the one who is done confusing magnetism with performance. In this episode, we explore: Why magnetism is less about becoming someone else and more about removing everything that is not youThe hidden roots underneath fear of visibility, inconsistency, and self-doubtWhy “just think better thoughts” doesn’t work when the body still feels unsafeHow old comments, childhood experiences, and unconscious conclusions shape the way you show upWhy your business can start to feel heavy when it’s built from performance instead of truthThe four pillars behind Diana’s She’s Magnetic methodology: identity, visibility, money, and marketing/sellingWhy action is part of the rewiring process, not something that comes after you feel perfectly readyThe difference between being consistent and being fully expressedWhy even coaches, healers, and subconscious reprogramming practitioners still need someone to help them spot their blind spots At the heart of this conversation is one question: What version of you would be leading, selling, creating, and speaking if you were no longer protecting yourself from being fully felt? Because your people don’t need the polished, filtered, strategy-approved version of you. They need the one who is actually in the room. If you’ve ever felt like you’re meant for more but keep finding yourself hitting the same invisible ceiling, this conversation is for you. DM @iamdianasofia the word “MAGNETIC” to learn more. She’s keeping doors open for a few more days for listeners of the Unfuckwithable Podcast If this episode hit home, send it to your biz bestie who might need to hear it too. 147 What If the Life You Inherited Isn’t Yours? And the guilt of wanting more...

What happens when the life you inherited no longer fits the woman you’re becoming? In this episode, I’m joined by Gina Trimmer: founder of Revitalized Womanhood, host of the Revitalized Womanhood Podcast, travel mama, community builder, and woman who has lived one of those stories that makes you question every excuse you’ve ever used to stay where you are. After losing everything during the recession, Gina and her husband rebuilt their lives from the ground up, eventually retiring in their 30s and spending the last nine years traveling through 88+ countries and all 50 states with their four children. But this conversation isn’t really about travel. It’s about choice. It’s about desire. It’s about the moment you realize you’ve been living as the supporting character in someone else’s story — and the courage it takes to ask, Wait… what do I actually want? Gina and I talk about the inherited roles women carry, the guilt that often comes with wanting more, the difference between gratitude and self-abandonment, and why “freedom” is usually the thing people are chasing underneath all the goals. We also get into what it really looks like to live intentionally...not in a Pinterest-perfect, matching-outfits-at-the-Eiffel-Tower kind of way...but in the messy, human, real-life version where kids interrupt, plans change, identities dissolve, and you keep choosing the life that feels true now. Inside this episode, we go deep into: The “inherited china” metaphor Gina uses for the life, roles, and expectations we unconsciously carryWhy so many women struggle to answer the question, “What do you want?”How Gina and her husband rebuilt after losing everythingThe difference between having goals and living from autopilotWhy enoughness has to be defined by you, not the invisible scoreboard you inheritedWhat traveling the world with kids taught Gina about freedom, presence, and needing lessThe identity shifts that happen when your life no longer looks like everyone else’sWhy guilt, shame, and blame lose power when you bring them into communityThe simple “happiness tracker” Gina uses to notice where joy already existsWhat it means to stop living by default and start living intentionally This conversation is for the woman who feels the quiet ache of “there has to be more,” but immediately judges herself for wanting it. The woman who is grateful… and still knows something wants to expand. The woman who has built the life she thought she was supposed to want, but is starting to wonder whether it was ever really hers. And the woman who is ready to stop asking for permission to live. At the end of the episode, Gina offers a simple but powerful prompt: Write down the question that keeps repeating inside you. Don’t force the answer. Just let it exist outside of you...and watch what life starts bringing to meet it. Because maybe the next chapter doesn’t require you to have it all figured out. Maybe it just starts with telling the truth about what you want. Gina Trimmer's Bio and contact: Gina Trimmer is the founder of Revitalized Womanhood and the host of the Revitalized Womanhood Podcast, where she helps women stop living by default and start creating lives they genuinely love waking up to. After losing everything during the recession, Gina and her husband rebuilt their lives from the ground up, eventually retiring in their 30's and spending the last 9 years traveling the world with their four children through 88+ countries and all 50 US states.  Through her storytelling, humor, honesty, and “big sister meets hype girl” energy, Gina has built a powerful community called the Revitalized Sisterhood, centered around intentional living, motherhood, mindset, marriage, personal growth, and becoming the woman you know you’re meant to be. She’s passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, dream bigger, create meaningful lives, and realize they don’t have to wait for someday to start living fully. Ready to surround yourself with growth-minded women and start living more intentionally? http://www.revitalizedwomanhood.com a community built for women who are ready to grow, heal, dream bigger, and truly live like her now. 146 Successful but living backwards?

Most high performers are living backwards. And the most confronting part? It looks incredible on paper. In this episode, Danya goes deep on the philosophy at the heart of her work, the difference between becoming and unbecoming, why the personal development hamster wheel keeps so many successful people stuck, and what it actually means to operate from unfuckwithable frequency. This isn't motivation. This is a mirror. If you've done the work, read the books, built the business, hit the milestones, and there's still a low hum underneath it all that won't go away, this episode is your signal. What You'll Walk Away With Why the most successful people in the room are often operating from the deepest scarcity, and how to tell if that's youThe difference between performing confidence and transmitting power, and why only you know which one you're actually doingWhy "limiting beliefs" is a framework that might be keeping you in quicksand rather than moving you forwardWhat living backwards actually looks like at the level you're operating at, and the quiet internal signal that tells you the truthWhy money is the most honest mirror available to entrepreneurs at your level, and what yours is currently reflecting backThe three frequencies, scarcity, neutrality, and unfuckwithable, and how to locate yourself without lying to yourselfWhat changes when you stop outsourcing your certainty, your safety, your worth, and your freedom to anything external Questions This Episode Will Ask You Is there a difference in who you are depending on whether you have something or you don't? The title, the money, the relationship, the launch result. Take it away. Who are you then? Are you operating from overflow, or are you pushing and forcing from a place that looks productive but feels relentless? You've done the inner work. You're self-aware, resourced, successful. So why does the static keep coming back? Where in your life right now are you saying yes when you mean no, and what is that actually costing you at the frequency level? Can you sit with the idea that you don't need to become anything, that the work is simply unbecoming everything you're not? If this episode hit home, send it to your biz bestie who might need to hear it too. And if you enjoy these conversations, leave a review and let us know. 145 You're Not Free. You're Just Rich.

Ironically...Why Financially Free People can Feel the Least Free ;) In this episode, Danya gets into one of the most confronting conversations she's had recently... sparked by a podcast interview on the topic of freedom and she does not hold back. This one is for you whether you've already built success on paper and still feel a quiet (or loud) sense of constriction inside, or you're in a season of pivot and using your circumstances as the reason you're not free yet. Both are the same trap. Both keep you locked. Danya shares what the last two years of her life have actually looked like - the letting go, the releasing of contracts, the taxes, the soul path decisions that made zero logical sense - and how that became the deepest embodiment of the Unfuckwithable frequency she teaches. Not from a book. Not from a concept. From walking through it. And it's truly been the embodied theme of her life.  This episode is a pulse check, a mirror, and an invitation to stop postponing your freedom until the next milestone. In This Episode: Why the most financially successful people often feel the least free - and why that mattersThe difference between understanding freedom conceptually and actually embodying itWhat conditional freedom, conditional worth, and conditional power actually look like in real life (and how to spot yours)The house demolition metaphor - which phase of the rebuild are you in right now?Why your circumstances are old chewing gum, and how to stop using them as evidenceThe skilled sailor, the foundation dig, the AC in the background - Danya's go-to metaphors that hit differentWhy achievement becomes a strategy for safety, worth, and control for high achieversWhat the unfuckable frequency actually requires of you when life is reflecting the opposite of what you wantThe pulse check questions to ask yourself right now Pulse Check Questions From This Episode: What am I actually using success to feel?Who am I when life stops confirming me?What remains when the proof is gone? Can I still trust myself in uncertainty? (and the ironic thing is, the only thing that's certain is uncertainty ;) )Where am I still postponing freedom until the next level? If everything were taken away tomorrow, what's your first honest reaction?Where am I still living in conditional freedom, conditional worthiness, conditional peace? Mentioned In This Episode: The unfuckable frequency and what it actually means to embody itThe house demo and foundation metaphor for soul-led pivotsDanya's own two-year initiation - the real version, not the highlight reel Ready to Go Deeper? 144 Frequency doesn't lie. And this episode is your lie detector.

What does your day-to-day actually feel like? Not what it looks like on paper... the revenue, the clients, the lifestyle; but the felt experience of being inside it? That's the question at the heart of this episode, and it's the one most high-performing entrepreneurs are quietly avoiding. Danya opens with a conversation she's been having with founders who have built genuinely extraordinary companies- and who are still, beneath all of it, running on scarcity frequency. Still feeling the pressure. Still not fully present. Still filtering. Frequency doesn't lie. And this episode is your lie detector. What you'll explore in this episode: The 3 Frequency Phases Phase 1: Scarcity: The dominant operating system for most of the world. Stress, pressure, force, lack — even when the external results say otherwise. The felt experience is tight, reactive, never quite enough. Phase 2: Neutrality: This is the sneaky one. You've done the work. You understand quantum physics, you know you create your reality, you're unattached to outcomes. But notice the felt experience — it's kind of meh. Autopilot. Not scarcity, but not alive either. The universe mirrors it back: neutral. This is the trap Danya catches herself in on a walk the morning of this recording. Phase 3: Sovereign Unfuckwithable: This is the frequency that makes vacuuming feel expansive. Where you feel pulled forward by life itself. Where your natural broadcast channel isn't scarcity or autopilot — it's certain, knowing, alive, magnetic. And crucially, when the chair falls out from underneath you, it doesn't rattle you. You just check the chair and sit back down. The Chair Metaphor When you sit in a chair, you don't think about whether it's going to hold you. You just sit. That knowing, that certainty - that's Phase 3 embodied. The goal is to make sovereign frequency your natural operating system, not something you have to keep tuning back to. Once it's integrated, you don't do the work again. You've expanded, and you can't contract back. The Pulse Check Danya walks you through the key areas to audit your frequency right now - not the circumstances, but your felt experience of them: Money coming in and going out - does it feel expansive or constricting?Visibility and showing up - full expression, or still subconsciously calculating?Rest and downtime - actually present, or mentally already somewhere else?Time with your kids - five minutes of real presence beats ten hours of physical proximity with a distracted mindThe thing about neutrality no one talks about: Neutrality feels safe. It feels evolved. But if you stay there, the universe keeps sending you neutral. You're not in lack - but you're also not fully alive. Danya breaks down why this middle ground can quietly become its own ceiling, and how to recognise when you've been parked there longer than you think. Memorable moments from this episode: "You can't read the label from inside the jar- which is why we have coaches.""Pressure is a privilege, but it's also a perception. Change the perception, the circumstance stays the same, the experience of it changes completely.""Money was never going to give you security and safety. It would have already felt that way by now. It's ass backwards — you feel that way despite circumstances.""Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Once you remember, you can't unremember." Who this episode is for: The high-achieving entrepreneur who has done the work, built the thing, and still feels like something's slightly off. Like you're showing up but not fully in it. Like you've expanded the jar but you're still inside it. If that's landing - this episode is the mirror you've been circling. If you already feel the pull, you know what to do.  or don't...and keep enjoying the static in your favourite music. That's okay, I get it ;) If this episode hit home, send it to your biz bestie who might need to hear it too. And if you enjoy these conversations, leave a review and let us know.
