    Life Update: Surgery, Healing & Moving Forward

    I disappeared for a month... here's why. ❤️ If you've been wondering where I've been, this short update explains it all. Over the past month, I've been recovering from major spinal surgery and dealing with one of the biggest challenges of my life. My podcast has always been about real life in Israel—the beautiful moments, the complicated moments, and everything in between. Living in Israel isn't always sunshine and celebrations. Real life happens here, too, and over the past few weeks, I've been living through one of those very real experiences. In this update, I'm sharing a little bit about what I've been through, why I've been missing in action, and what the recovery process has been like so far. I hope to talk about everything in much greater depth in future episodes, because I believe that sharing our struggles and our experiences is an important part of telling the real story of life in Israel. The podcast isn't going anywhere. I'm still here, I'm still committed to this community, and I'm hoping that over the next few weeks we'll slowly get back to our regular schedule.
