    Episode 108 Endurance that Doesn't Harden the Heart

    Send us Fan Mail Endurance can keep you standing—but if pain remains unprocessed, it can also leave your heart guarded, numb, suspicious, or bitter. In Episode 108 of The Evolution of Me Podcast, Rev. Melodie continues the July theme, Still Standing: Building Endurance for the Long Journey, with a deeply practical and faith-rooted conversation titled “Endurance That Doesn’t Harden the Heart.” This episode helps female Christian leaders recognize the subtle difference between protecting the heart and petrifying it. Rev. Melodie explains how betrayal, prolonged disappointment, chronic overexposure, unsafe relationships, and the pressure to carry what belongs to God can quietly turn resilience into emotional shutdown.     Episode 107 Recovering After Leadership Setbacks

Church hurt can be especially painful because the wounds often occur in spaces where we expected to experience safety, spiritual covering, and belonging.     Episode 104 The Cost of Your Yes Is Never Greater Than God's Faithfulness
