Just Win: A Podcast Covering the Las Vegas Raiders

I always thought this was a good podcast but is is even better now.

Hello? Is anybody home? This pod’s lack of timeliness among other things makes it laughable. I’m writing this Monday night, four days after the Broncos game and still no recap. Listen to Tom Curran’s Patriots Talk pod, fellas. Bucs game Sunday afternoon, pod Sunday night. This is how any self respecting pod functions. The pod’s rigid format needs to go as well. Every game doesn’t have an X factor or similar such nonsense. Talk about each game’s unique characteristics. And for crying out loud talk about Sunday afternoon games by Sunday night and night games by the morning after at the latest. And lose the questions that have to do with material already covered earlier in the pod. What’s the point of saying the same thing twice? Maybe you’re only going to recap games the Raiders win. If so let your audience know so they can tune in four times a year. Update 1: no lead up pod to the Week 17 game against the Giants. Update 2: no lead up pod to the Week 18 game against the Chiefs. The Raiders finish the season 3-14. The pod’s record was the same.

I’m not sure what was going on with the dynamic before, but Marshall paired with Ted just fits. This is now clearly the best Raiders pod without any extra BS.

Marshall’s addition has been a huge improvement. I now receive insights where I only got them before from Ted. Much better.
