  1. Why Can Awakening Destroy Your Mind and Body (And Transform You For Better) | Episode 31

Why Can Awakening Destroy Your Mind and Body (And Transform You For Better) | Episode 31

There are two types of processes a person goes through for Liberation. One is Spiritual Awakening, and the other is Spiritual Enlightenment Now, Spiritual awakening is a process that you go through for a long time, and you slowly start operating from Being Instead of your mind. Your mind slowly dissolves, and you live from a surrendered state of Being that is one with God itself. This metamorphosis is like the transmutation of a butterfly from a caterpillar. Spiritual enlightenment is when you get liberated in one instance, maybe in a few minutes, a few hours, or a day. This is a rare event when the person is fully realized, and the whole universe reveals itself to that person. Here, your center of Life changes from Mind to Being complete. Many enlightened sages go through this one-time event while on this earth. This depends upon your past birth Karma. After my spiritual awakening, the spiritual journey wasn't always joyful for me. It was very confusing and frustrating. I felt angry, sad, and out of place. The Life I had built on competition and achievement didn't make sense anymore. The physical pains also started in my life as if this emotional turmoil was not enough. I came across an intense Back pain that suddenly resurfaced after years. So I went to do an MRI to see why this Back Pain resurfaced. That was way back in June 2012. I finished MRI, and doctor came in my room with a startled look. I ask if everything is OK. He asked me to forget about my Back pain now as they incidentally spotted a "Brain Tumor" in me while they were taking my MRI scans. And suddenly, when I heard that, instead of worrying, I was at peace. Can you imagine I was at peace? In the foreground, I was sad, but in the background, there was immense peace. I got irritated at that time with even small things, but whenever some huge setbacks came into life, my mind would immediately surrender inward and become silent. Going back home, I gave this news to my wife, and she was crying and crying. But somehow, I felt all OK, and that inner peace never left me since. Anyway, I went to a Brain tumor specialist and had surgery to remove my Brain Tumor. I successfully removed it. Here is the picture of myself in ICU after my Brain Tumor was removed in August 2012 Now, the question might arise in your mind: why do mental and physical illnesses come into our Life after spiritual awakening? To understand this answer, I researched and read many spiritual books. I met some enlightened sages and realized the answer in my Being. The answer is after a spiritual awakening; the Inner Being has called us to surrender our mind within so we can merge with the higher power within and operate our Life from a place of the surrendered state.  🔥Download my Free ebook - The Courage To Awaken- to discover the direct way to spiritual awakening: https://ebook.abyvohra.com/awaken ⚡️See the powerful Awakening Videos that will transform your life on my YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@abyvohra ⚡️ Learn How to Surrender - The Miracle of Surrender: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBl ⚡️Book 1-to-1 Private Counseling Session: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBp ⚡️Subscribe to weekly newsletter -The Courage To Awaken: https://social.abyvohra.com/Ewmx

  2. How to Heal the Feeling of Constant Lacking and Wanting? | Episode 29

    11/21/2023

How to Heal the Feeling of Constant Lacking and Wanting? | Episode 29

Ego constantly generates feelings of lacking and wanting. The ego's pursuit of achieving various goals arises from its inherent belief that something is always lacking. The characteristics of the ego's lack are existential and then fueled by the world through the systems surrounding us, such as education and society, that something is always lacking within ourselves and that we must achieve to fill that void of lacking and wanting. Hence we run behind materialism and take a tremendous amount of worldly pressures focused on lacking and wanting! Let me clarify that I'm not suggesting that striving to achieve this or that and making your life better with possessions is not worthwhile. I want to make that clear. It is an integral part of your outer purpose for most people - a means to address their feelings of lacking and wanting. But the outer purpose is inherently unstable and temporary. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't be engaged in achieving and acquiring worthy goals, even though they can be driven by feelings of lacking and wanting. It means you should connect them to your inner being so that a more profound meaning flows into what you do on an outer level from your inner being, helping to counterbalance the sense of lacking and wanting. Running behind materialism on the outer level, driven by a sense of lacking and wanting, will destroy you. Remember, what the world gives you can be taken away by the world at any time, reinforcing that sense of lacking and wanting. So you live in this desperate thought that the world will not recognize you if you don't achieve continuously, intensifying your sense of lacking and wanting. This thought is known as FEAR, which often stems from feelings of lacking and wanting. Remember, this is an egoic illusion driven by a sense of lacking and wanting. The ego and the world have implanted this illusion in us to further our feelings of lacking and wanting. The dysfunctional thought of inner lack lies at the root of fear and anxieties of lacking and wanting. It manifests itself in several ways, perpetuating feelings of lacking and wanting. For example, We always want to look and feel perfect as a way to compensate for feelings of lacking and wanting. Yes, the common fallacy of perfectionism. We portray ourselves by applying makeup on our faces, behavior, interaction, and CVs. Makeup on all those things. This feeling of achieving this arises from a strong inferiority complex, that is, EGO, stemming from feelings of lacking and wanting. It is this constant sense of lacking and wanting that has created fear and anxiety in us. We are continuously told that something is wrong with us and that we must always act to portray our self-worth in front of the world to compensate for our feelings of lacking and wanting. 🔥Download my Free ebook - The Courage To Awaken- to discover the direct way to spiritual awakening: https://ebook.abyvohra.com/awaken ⚡️See the powerful Awakening Videos that will transform your life on my YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/ ⚡️ Learn How to Surrender - The Miracle of Surrender: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBl ⚡️Book 1-to-1 Private Counseling Session: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBp ⚡️Subscribe to weekly newsletter -The Courage To Awaken: https://social.abyvohra.com/Ewmx

  3. How To Face Your Dark Side And Transform It Into Light | Episode 28

    11/17/2023

How To Face Your Dark Side And Transform It Into Light | Episode 28

There is a verse in the Ashtavakra Gita. This awareness of the truth makes an eloquent, clever, and energetic man dumb, stupid, and lazy, and therefore, truth is avoided by those whose aim is pleasure. The verse seems negative on the surface, but it has a highly transformative meaning. What does it mean? When you receive spiritual grace, realize your being, and operate from the inner essence, all your excessive egoic qualities are transformed into light. For example, your eloquence transforms into silence, and your mind and world say you have become dumb. Your cleverness transforms into wisdom, and your mind and world say you have become stupid. Your constant striving, your hustle transform into effortless action, and your mind and world say you have become lazy. The spiritual person may appear useless to the world and the mind, but they have become more useful than ever before. Spiritual awakening is the greatest service they can offer to the world. They have discovered a deep and abiding joy transcending the world's fleeting pleasures. This joy does not come with sorrow or require constant striving. The spiritual person is no longer a slave to worldly desires, but he already realized the master within that created the whole universe. When you become conscious, you transform your dark qualities like anger, envy, and jealousy into life-saving tools too. How? Whenever you feel that you have these dark qualities within you, go consciously into these dark emotions, feeling them fully in your inner body. Just go deeper into the pain and feel those emotions within yourself. While feeling those emotions, don't let it turn them into dysfunctional thoughts. Be wary of the mind's inclination to fabricate a story, justifying these emotions with you as the helpless victim. Now, go deeper into your being and transcend those emotions, thoughts, and even your inner body. Go into the nothingness of your being. Once you penetrate those dark qualities or emotions like this, by fully going inside, you will not resist or suppress them. Because whatever you resist, you always become that. If you deny your anger, you will diminish your calmness. Because You persist in being angry, right? True or not? Let's say if you deny your fear, you diminish your courage because you persist in being fearful because you're denying it. If you deny your greed, you diminish your generosity because you persist in being greedy because you don't accept that I am being greedy. If you deny your suffering, you diminish your healing because you persist in suffering. You don't see suffering as suffering. If you deny your confusion, that you are in confusion, you diminish your clarity because you persist in being confused. We think we resist certain states because they are there, but actually, they are there because we resist them. And in this way, you face your dark side and transform it into light. 🔥Download my Free ebook - The Courage To Awaken- to discover the direct way to spiritual awakening: https://ebook.abyvohra.com/awaken ⚡️See the powerf ⚡️ Learn How to Surrender - The Miracle of Surrender: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBl ⚡️Book 1-to-1 Private Counseling Session: https://social.abyvohra.com/ErBp ⚡️Subscribe to weekly newsletter -The Courage To Awaken: https://social.abyvohra.com/Ewmx

  4. How To Reclaim Your True Potential After Spiritual Awakening | Episode 27

    11/16/2023

How To Reclaim Your True Potential After Spiritual Awakening | Episode 27

How to reclaim your true potential after a spiritual awakening. This is one of the topics close to my heart, and I have experienced it in my life after awakening, but it requires a deep understanding. You see, spiritual awakening is the process of rebirth of everything you are. Sometimes, after a spiritual awakening, your dormant potential Emerges from you,  which is your golden shadow. Let's see, a tale of two shadows. Now, what is the shadow? The shadow is composed of everything you have been chosen to exclude from the life you are showing to the world. Shadow is the qualities you HIDE from the world. We all have a dark shadow and a golden shadow. Both are necessary for our well-being. Dark shadows are the qualities like Envy, Hatred, Anger, Compulsiveness, etc. Whereas golden shadows are qualities like Inherent calmness, Spirituality, Honesty, Courage, Creativity, etc. Our mind projects a dark shadow onto others claiming they are the problem. And it projects a golden shadow on others claiming they are the solution. Both are projections and ways to deny our responsibility for our inner life. Here we will talk about the golden shadow, which is our inner gold and our true potential. You see, your mind eclipses your inner gold many times, in fact, all the time. After awakening, your newly emerged inner gold, Which is your spiritual qualities, might conflict with your egoic behavior. Your egoic behavior is conditioned by your early environment, competitive world, parents, teachers, and how you see yourself. After awakening, your conditioned mind doesn't resonate with your inner gold, your spiritual essence. There is a continuous conflict between the two as if you have two personalities. Though your conditioned mind is dying, it makes you feel miserable by re-identifying yourself with its old dysfunctional behavior. Your ego is terrified of this inner gold. Your true potential. And so, during the early stages of awakening, when your being is just about to shine, your mind projects these qualities onto the person who had helped you to awaken from your mind's sleep. Now imagine that. This is the mind's way of denying responsibility for your inner Gold. For your true essence, for your true potential. For example, you recognize spiritual truths in your favorite spiritual teacher and let them carry your gold because you admire and respect your spiritual teacher. You admire and respect them. You idolize an entrepreneur, actor, or artist following his every move of life. You admire his confidence, charisma, and intellect. In every field, there are numerous pioneers whom millions of people project their inner gold. You can also call this Hero worship.

  5. How To Become a God? (Becoming NOBODY) | Episode 26

    11/15/2023

How To Become a God? (Becoming NOBODY) | Episode 26

The world is an illusion because the physical world we experience is not the ultimate reality but a manifestation and projection of our mind's consciousness. The physical world is transient and impermanent, constantly changing and subject to decay and suffering. The illusory nature of the physical world is often described in terms of Maya or Illusion. Whenever the center of living changes from mind to BEING through suffering or grace, we go through an inner shift in consciousness. Then, we feel and experience the joy of being as an unchanging and eternal reality beyond the realm of the physical world. From the being consciousness, the suffering and pain we experience in the physical world are seen as a result of our attachment to the illusory nature of the world. So, what is our ultimate goal? Our ultimate goal is to transcend the world and attain enlightenment by realizing the inner being, just feeling and realizing our inner being momentarily. That's it. That's enlightenment. When you identify with your mind, you create a barrier of thoughts, judgments, and labels that block your ability to connect with yourself, others, and even nature. You can't even feel your being; that is God itself. This mental barrier creates the illusion that you are separate from everything else. Just an illusion. You are separate from everybody else, and you forget the deeper truth that you are connected to all; on a deeper level, you are one with all of them; you forget that because you identify with the mind. This forgetfulness causes you to lose touch with the reality of your oneness with the universe. You may believe in oneness. How awakened and unawakened person lives? See the transient world is an illusion to an awakened person because he sees the world as its own self, as its own being. There is no difference between him and others. He sees no difference between him and others. There are no others for him. Everything and everybody is one for him. He feels oneness with the whole universe. This is how an awakened person lives. He doesn't know; he just, he just is. He lives that way. On the other hand, the mind-identified person is unaware of his oneness with the being and doesn't understand that everything in the world is connected and comes from the same source. Because he's identified with the mind, consequently, his mind constructs an imaginary world of separate interacting objects by persistently misinterpreting the sense perceptions it receives from its senses, from all the senses. This way of seeing the world is like dreaming. Dreaming. Because it's not based on reality.

  6. Is the world Just an ILLUSION or REAL? | Episode 25

    11/14/2023

Is the world Just an ILLUSION or REAL? | Episode 25

You say, "Aby if the world is an illusion, why does the world seem so real? And the mind cannot deny the world? You are telling me the world is an illusion, but to me, it seems so real. Yes. True. The dream and the waking world are both the creations of the mind, and so long as the mind is engrossed in either, it is difficult to deny the reality. For example, in a dream, your mind accepts the reality of impossible things, like talking to a dead person without questioning it. At that moment, the dream vision becomes real to you. It is the same in the waking state. It is the same when you are operating in the world, when your mind is totally identified with the world. For you cannot doubt the reality of the world you see while you are awake. Because your mind is totally engrossed outside in the world, it is not feeling the BEING. With all your desires, fantasies, and attachments to the world, how can you recognize the world as an illusion? Your mind will, your mind cannot do that. The waking dream of thoughts seems more real than a sleeping dream, right? Yes. How can the mind that has created the world in a waking state accept it as unreal? How? The thing, , it created it, how, it can deny that. That's why the mind cannot deny the world. However, if one withdraws their mind from the world and goes beyond the mind, by turning within to abide in the being, he can transcend the world. The sensations we experience in the waking world are so desirous that they attract the mind and give us the impression of reality, but this does not necessarily prove the world's objective reality. To truly understand this, one must go beyond the mind and its perceptions of the world. Now you see, your dream may be an illusory creation, but it is real to us until we realize it is illusory. And the same goes for the waking world. To grasp this fully, one must go beyond the mind's conventional understanding of reality. If you are an early spiritual aspirant, you need to consider the world as an illusion. Please, consider the world as an illusion. Why? For early spiritual aspirants, the journey begins with recognizing that the "world is an illusion." As you are mostly living from the mind's consciousness, going beyond the mind is essential. Now when you realize your being, for you, the world is your own being. So it goes from world is an illusion to world is my being, a transformation achieved through going beyond the mind's limitations. Why so? Because unless you give up the idea that the world is real, your mind will always be after it.
