For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you! It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Ep 193 // The Summer Brainstorm Stack for Goal-Oriented Moms

Are you hoping to make progress on your goals this summer but worried life is going to get in the way? Do you feel like summer keeps happening to you instead of feeling like a season you're intentionally creating? In this episode, I'm walking you through a simple Summer Brainstorm Stack that will help you stop reacting to the season and start planning it with purpose. We talk about why so many moms end summer feeling disappointed, not because they didn't do enough, but because they never stopped to define what success actually looked like for their family. I'll walk you through five questions to help you identify what matters most this summer, choose your top three Summer Wins, and begin breaking those goals down into realistic actions that fit inside your actual life and schedule. Ultimately, I'm challenging you to stop leaving your summer up to chance. Set aside time this weekend to think, reflect, and create a simple plan for what you want this season to look like. Then choose three meaningful wins and begin building them into your week so that by August you're looking back with confidence instead of wondering where the time went. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking. Ep 191 // 4 Ways Habit Stacking Can Repair Your SAHM Routines

Hey Momma! This is our very first Focus Stack Thursday episode, we are taking Monday’s conversation and putting it into action with a simple weekend stack challenge. We’re diving into how habit stacking can actually help repair your SAHM routines by identifying the routines that are no longer working for the season you’re in. I’m walking you through how to evaluate the “cost” of broken routines, how to identify the biggest bottlenecks in your day, and why some habits are quietly creating ripple effects that are making your mornings and evenings feel chaotic.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to slow down long enough to evaluate the sequence itself and start identifying where your routines are breaking down. This weekend’s Focus Stack Challenge is all about zooming in on one routine, identifying what it’s costing you, and beginning the process of rebuilding it one habit at a time so your days can start feeling smoother, calmer, and more supportive again. If you haven’t already, make sure you print out the Weekly Focus Guide and work through the challenge over the weekend. I’d absolutely love to hear what comes up for you while you walk through this process, so send me a message over on Instagram and let me know where you’re noticing the biggest bottlenecks in your routines right now. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. This is your reset… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, drop the stress, and let’s get stacking.   WEEKLY FOCUS GUIDE   🎁FREE GIFTS Energy Reset Guide Reset Planner Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard   👇Let's Connect HSM FREE Community Weekly Newsletter Instagram   📣Favorite Resources  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites

Ep 188 // Tiny Habit Streaks Create Momentum For Overwhelmed Moms

Hey momma! Have you ever felt like you keep starting over with your routines? Maybe you feel frustrated because you want consistency so badly, but life keeps interrupting your momentum? In this episode, we’re talking about why momentum in motherhood usually isn’t created through giant life overhauls… it’s created through tiny habit streaks. I’m sharing a personal summer story that made me realize both moms and kids need rhythms, structure, and small expectations to feel grounded during chaotic seasons. Learn how to choose one habit to focus on, how to track your streak, and why attaching habits to anchors already happening in your day makes them easier to maintain. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to overhaul your entire life overnight and instead focus on one small habit you can consistently show up for this week. Pick one pillar that matters most right now, choose one simple habit that supports it, and start building your streak one day at a time. Tiny repeated actions create momentum, and momentum creates confidence. If you’re ready for a routine reset heading into summer, make sure you grab the Reset Planner linked in the show notes below. And if you’re looking for deeper accountability, support, and structure as you work toward your goals this summer, the Habit Stacked Life membership waitlist is now open and linked below as well. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Ep 187 // Feeling Scattered? Plan Weekly Routines So Your Home Doesn't Run You

Hey momma! Do you ever start your day with good intentions… but by midday feel completely scattered and unsure what you should even be focusing on anymore? Are you tired of feeling like your home is constantly running you instead of you running your day? In this episode, we’re taking last week’s conversation one step further and talking about how to actually create a plan that supports your routines instead of reacting to whatever is right in front of you. I’m walking you through why mornings tend to feel more manageable than the middle of the day, how decision fatigue shows up when we don’t already have a structure to follow, and why trying to fit everything into every single day is one of the fastest ways to feel overwhelmed. We’re also diving into assigning tasks a “home” inside your week, creating routine anchors, and using intentional blocks of time to focus on one outcome at a time instead of bouncing between unfinished projects.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to manage everything in real time and start assigning your priorities a place inside your week. Your routines don’t need to be perfect—they need to support the season of life you’re actually living right now. One focused block with one clear outcome will always move you further than trying to tackle ten things at once. If this episode made you realize how badly you’ve been needing structure and support inside your routines, make sure you hop on the membership waitlist so you’ll be the first to know when doors open. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. Ep 186 // Home Organization Is Exhausting But Habit Stacking Can Help

Hey momma! Do you ever feel like you spend your entire day cleaning… only for your house to look destroyed again an hour later? Have you ever wondered why organization feels so mentally exhausting even when you’re trying so hard to stay on top of things? In this episode, we’re talking about the mental load behind keeping up with a home full of kids and why it’s not actually the cleaning itself that wears us out, it’s the constant decision fatigue. I’m sharing how quickly our homes can spiral from Cheerios on the floor to Legos all over the living room, why our brains feel stuck in “scan mode” all day long, and how trying to manage every single thing we see is actually pulling us away from the routines that matter most.  Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to manage everything all at once. Just because you see something doesn’t mean it needs your attention right now. Start paying attention to the routine you’re in, the outcome you’re working toward, and the distractions that are constantly pulling you away from it. If you haven’t grabbed the Declutter Scorecard yet, this is the perfect episode to pair it with because we’re talking all about the mental clutter that comes from unfinished spaces and unfinished tasks. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. This is your reset… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, drop the stress, and let’s get stacking.
