She Couldn't Visualize. Then She Had an Out-of-Body Experience.

My new friend S, who I met at Psi Games, sent me a meditation she created. I put in my AirPods, laid down in bed, and tried it. At some point, I felt like I was floating in space. But S's experience went much further. After an incredibly difficult period caring for her dying mother while also taking over and trying to sell her family's 100-year-old pickle company, S began experimenting with the Gateway Tapes. There was just one problem: she couldn't visualize. S eventually discovered she has aphantasia, so she began finding her own way into meditation using sound, touch, music, movement, and sensation. What happened next became the inspiration for Sonic Vessel. In this conversation, S shares the out-of-body experience she says allowed her to encounter her deceased parents, how profoundly it changed her afterward, and how she and musician Lisa Iwanycki turned that experience into an entirely different approach to meditation.   What You'll Hear How S discovered that other people could actually see pictures in their mindsWhat happened when she stopped trying to meditate the way she thought she was supposed toThe experience with her deceased parents that changed everythingWhy sound and sensation became central to the creation of Sonic VesselWhat happened when I tried S's meditation for myself  Links & Resources The Sonic Vessel The Monroe Institute Lily Dale Assembly Contact in the Desert Edgar Cayce's A.R.E.   Curious to learn more? I Watched People Test the “Impossible”—Then I Tried It Myself

What would you do if someone handed you a quarter and told you that if you set an intention and believed you could stick it to the wall, you could? And then…it actually worked? Because that’s what happened to me on day two of Psi Games. And that was only part of the day. I watched people compete in remote viewing, mind sight, precognition, psychokinesis, and dowsing. I met some incredibly interesting people, ended up in places and conversations I never expected, and witnessed a few things I’m still trying to wrap my head around. In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of my second day at Psi Games and sharing what I saw, what I experienced, and the questions I came home with. What You'll Hear in This Episode: What remote viewing, mind sight, precognition, and psychokinesis areWhat it was like watching the Psi Games competitions in personThe precognition question I cannot stop thinking aboutThe wild quarter-on-the-wall experienceWhat happened when I tried to recreate it on cameraWhy NOT being able to do it again left me with even more questionsThe people I met and some of the unexpected conversations I found myself inA little preview of what happened when I tried telekinesis on day three Resources Psi Games InternationalChris Bledsoe and UFO of GodRhine Research CenterThe Premonition Code by Julia Mossbridge If you're curious about consciousness, intuition, psi abilities, UFO phenomena, or just want to hear what happens when someone willing to be curious actually goes into the room and experiences these things for herself, this one is for you.

What PSI Games Taught Me About Intuition and What's Possible

What happens when you almost stay home, go to dinner anyway, and end up having a full circle moment you never could have planned? In part one of my PSI Games experience, I am taking you inside a weekend that left me inspired, overwhelmed, and still unpacking some of what I witnessed. From meeting researchers and perceptualists to watching demonstrations of mindsight and hearing about remote viewing, day one opened up even more questions about intuition, consciousness, and what may be possible. And then there was the dinner I almost skipped. I was exhausted, starving, and running on three hours of sleep. But deciding to go anyway led to an unexpected encounter with Laura Lynne Jackson and a conversation that gave me more confirmation than I could have imagined about the direction of this podcast and the work I am building next. Whether you are deeply interested in intuition and psychic phenomena or you are skeptical but willing to explore, there is a lot to think about in this one. What You'll Hear in This Episode Why attending PSI Games felt like such a powerful full-circle moment for meWhat it was like meeting Dr. Jeff Tarrant and other people I had followed for yearsThe mindsight demonstrations that completely blew my mindWhat I learned about intuition from psychic medium Pam CoronadoWhy the perceptualists at PSI Games did not feel like typical competitorsThe unexpected connections I made throughout the dayHow Liz Entin helped me discover the PSI Games media partner opportunityThe dinner I almost skipped and who I unexpectedly ran intoThe rainbow story that Laura Lynn Jackson rememberedWhy not getting the interview I had hoped for was replaced with an even cooler experienceWhy PSI Games gave me so much confirmation about the direction of Alchemy with Nancy Links and Resources Join the Course WaitlistJoin Nancy's Email NewsletterFollow Nancy on InstagramBooks Mentioned: The Light Between Us. From Shark Tank to Talking to Kids in Spirit with Kiersten Hathcock

There's a line from Kiersten Hathcock's story that I haven't been able to shake — the moment a friend told her, "This is little Kiersten driving the bus." And honestly? That one stopped me in my tracks. Get this: Kiersten was a TV marketing exec at A&E and the History Channel who taught herself carpentry, built a furniture company in her garage, and won Shark Tank. And while all of that was happening on the outside, she was quietly healing from childhood sexual abuse and trying to make sense of mediumship abilities she never asked for. I didn't expect to relate to her the way I did. But I did. The children who came to her in spirit didn't just need her help — they showed up to help her too, picking her up through the hardest stretch of her life and becoming this little team of light she now talks about like her own kids. But here's where things got REALLY interesting. Kiersten now co-runs a nonprofit that investigates cold cases for crime victims' families — completely free of charge — working alongside a retired NYPD detective and channeling information that's helped solve cases and even kept him out of danger. Her memoir, Little Voices, is being adapted for a TV series. A gentle heads-up before you press play: we talk openly about childhood sexual abuse and trauma. Nothing is graphic, but it may not be suitable for all listeners. Please take care of yourself and listen at your own pace. What You'll Learn: What it was like to first sense, smell, and hear spirit coming throughHow Kiersten learned to validate her abilities after years as a skepticWhy childhood sexual abuse survivors often unknowingly replicate abuse later in lifeHow emotional blocks can interfere with our intuitionWhy missing and murdered indigenous women receive so little attention and resourcesWhy she believes intuition is something we all have access to Resources Mentioned: Little Voices by Kiersten Parsons HathcockKiersten's websiteNational Institute for Law and Justice: https://nilj.org Join Us for the Book Club: An Evening with Kiersten Parsons Hathcock — Thursday, June 25, 2026 · 7:00 PM EST · Virtual.
