    95. Self-Care with the Seasons: The Energy of May Asks... Who do you think you are? | With Carly Whorton

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Carly Whorton brings her astrological expertise in a practical and grounded way, and we weave together my own intuitive practices, and our combined love of self-care to help guide you into stepping into your full agency and thrive in harmony with nature.   We explore how re-framing astrology as an energetic weather forecast can transform your daily experience, helping you surf life's inevitable waves rather than be crushed, swept away, or overwhelmed by the tides.  Whether you're a skeptic or a believer, this episode is perfect for those looking to discover practical insights to navigate emotional storms, deepen self-love, and step into your true agency right now.  We break down powerful concepts like the wounded healer, post-traumatic growth, and the profound impact of claiming your unique identity.  Carly generously offers a tool, she is calling the BBV (Brilliance, Blind spots, Values) to help you answer the question: Who do I think I am. These frameworks are not just abstract ideas— this goes far beyond mindset. You will walk away from this episode with tools to expand your self-awareness, resilience, and capacity for abundance.   We discuss how self-worth, boundaries, and clear communication—especially with yourself—are the keys to unlocking your next level.  Turn chaos into cosmic opportunity.  Become a co-creator of your own life, aligned with your most powerful and authentic Self. 94. Messy Doesn’t Disqualify You, It Initiates You

Send us Fan Mail There are seasons in life when everything feels clear, aligned, and moving forward… and then there are seasons that feel uncertain, tender, undone. The spaces where things are falling away before anything new has fully arrived. The in-between. The messy middle. In this episode, I want to talk about what it means to be in a season of transition — when you feel like you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming yet. The moments where life feels disorganized, chaotic, confusing, unclear, or difficult to make sense of. The places where we often judge ourselves the most, when maybe what we actually need is softness, compassion, and trust. Today’s conversation is an invitation to pause inside the becoming. To honor the cycles of death and rebirth that exist within nature, within our bodies, and within our lives. To explore how messiness may not be a sign that something is wrong — but evidence that something sacred is unfolding. I’ll be sharing a personal journal entry, reflections on the changing seasons, the symbolism of the “messy middle,” and practical ways to care for yourself when you feel overwhelmed, untethered, or caught between chapters. If you’ve been feeling like you’re in transition… if things feel uncertain, extra emotional, or not yet resolved… this episode is for you. I have done episodes like this in the past, and I can promise you that there will be continued conversations on these topics in the future.
