    AWAKEN | Breaking Suicidal Thoughts

    Send us Fan Mail What if the person who looks okay… isn’t? What if the smile, the conversation, the productivity, or even the ministry happening on the outside is hiding a silent cry on the inside? In Episode 2 of AWAKEN: An October Series on the Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ, we’re talking about Breaking Suicidal Thoughts—but we’re also going deeper into the responsibility of the Body of Christ to become sensitive to the Holy Spirit so we can hear what people may not know how to say. Scripture reminds us that while man looks at the outward appearance, the Lord looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). When our attention is consumed with ourselves, our own circumstances, our own opinions, and even our own ministry, we can miss the person standing right in front of us who is silently crying for help. This episode speaks to both sides. For those battling rejection, shame, guilt, depression, or suicidal thoughts, we walk through practical, biblical steps toward bringing what has been hidden into the light and receiving the truth, love, and freedom of Jesus Christ. And for those whom God is calling into deeper discernment, we talk about what it means to die to self, submit our perception to the Holy Spirit, allow God to refine us, and learn to see beyond what appears on the surface. Discernment isn’t simply recognizing what is wrong. It is allowing the Holy Spirit to help us recognize the heart of the person in front of us. Jesus said the Spirit of truth would guide us into truth (John 16:13). But hearing clearly requires surrender. It requires us to deny ourselves (Luke 9:23), allow God to search our own hearts (Psalm 139:23–24), and begin looking not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others (Philippians 2:3–4). This conversation is about freedom, healing, discernment, and equipping—learning how to fight when the battle is happening within our own minds and learning how to recognize the silent battle someone else may be fighting.     AWAKEN | A Call to the Witches

    Send us Fan Mail Can dry bones hear the Word of the Lord? In Ezekiel 37:4, God tells Ezekiel, “Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.” Ezekiel wasn’t speaking to people who appeared receptive, promising, or even alive. He was speaking to dry bones—something completely beyond human ability to revive. Yet the bones heard. In this first episode of AWAKEN, Codie Cobb shares a two-fold call: to the Body of Christ and to those practicing witchcraft. For leaders, ministers, and prophetic voices, this is a call to release the burden of trying to make people hear. Throughout Scripture, prophets spoke the Word of God to living, breathing people who refused to listen. Yet in Ezekiel 37, God caused even dry bones to respond. The power was never in Ezekiel’s ability to persuade the bones—it was in the life-giving breath and Word of God. It is time to speak to the dry bones again. And to those practicing witchcraft, this episode carries a direct invitation: hear the Word of the Lord, repent, turn to Jesus Christ, and exchange the promises of darkness for the promises of God. What appears spiritually dead is not beyond the reach of Jesus. Romans 9:25 declares, “I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people; and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one.” This episode concludes with a call to repentance and a prayer of salvation, believing that the same God who breathed life into dry bones still calls people out of darkness and into life through Jesus Christ. The bones don’t need our ability. They need His breath.     DEFEATING JEZEBEL | Revelation 2:19–29

    Send us Fan Mail What if the influence of Jezebel isn’t always found where everything looks obviously wrong? In Revelation 2, Jesus addresses a church He commends for its love, faith, service, patient endurance, and continued growth—yet in the midst of all that was flourishing, He identifies something they had tolerated that needed to be confronted. In this episode, Defeating Jezebel, we walk through Revelation 2:19–29 and examine what Jesus reveals about confronting corrupting influence within His Body. This isn’t about hunting for a “Jezebel” in someone else. It begins with allowing Jesus to search our own minds and hearts and expose the hidden places that need to be surrendered to His refining work. We’ll discuss how control, manipulation, compromise, sexual immorality, idolatry, and hidden sin can exist beneath an atmosphere that otherwise appears healthy—and why leaders cannot discern these things by the natural eye alone. We need the wisdom, discernment, and strategy of the Holy Spirit. Rather than making people the enemy, how do we minister to people who have become entangled in destructive patterns? How do we confront spiritual bondage while still pursuing the healing and deliverance Jesus purchased at Calvary? In this teaching, I share practical steps for confronting these patterns through repentance, deliverance, healing, discernment, and surrender to Jesus—beginning with ourselves. Before evaluating everyone around us, we must be willing to ask: Where is control operating in me?  What have I tolerated?  What is Jesus asking me to surrender?  What hidden place needs His refining fire? This isn’t about discovering who has Jezebel.     Postpartum Depression: When the Darkness Came for Me

    Send us Fan Mail Postpartum depression isn’t something I’ve only heard about—I’ve experienced the darkness of it myself. After the birth of my first child, I found myself isolated, exhausted, overwhelmed, and wrestling with thoughts I never expected to have after receiving something I had prayed for. Looking back now, with years of healing and a surrendered relationship with Jesus, I see that season very differently. In this episode, I share my personal postpartum testimony and my Christian perspective on the spiritual battle surrounding motherhood, intrusive thoughts, generational patterns, surrender, deliverance, justice, and the difference between simply knowing about Jesus and actually making Him Lord. I also discuss the Lindsay Clancy case and wrestle with a difficult question: How do we hold compassion for severe postpartum suffering while still believing in accountability and justice? And to the exhausted mother who feels like darkness is closing in: please don’t fight alone. Reach for help. Let someone carry the weight with you while you heal. You were created for life.  You were created with purpose.  And darkness does not get the final word. Rise up, woman of God. Remember who you are.     Malachi 3:11 | Do your finances need deliverance?

    Send us Fan Mail What if the financial pressure you’re experiencing isn’t only about how much money you make—but about what God is trying to reveal, heal, and bring into order? In this episode, Codie shares a personal testimony and teaching around one challenging question: Do your finances need deliverance? Using Malachi 3:10–11 as a foundation, we look beyond simply asking God for increase and begin asking deeper questions about stewardship, obedience, integrity, debt, restitution, hidden patterns, and the places where our finances may need to come fully under the Lordship of Jesus. Sometimes we are quick to identify what is being taken from us while overlooking what God may be asking us to make right ourselves. Through a powerful personal testimony, Codie shares how the Holy Spirit exposed an area where she had failed to follow through on a financial commitment—and how repentance, obedience, and making it right became part of bringing greater freedom and order to her finances.     Proverbs 31:28 | Have You Rejected Your First Assignment?
