    Meditation*Restoring the Signal + Hormones & The Endocrine System

    The endocrine system is one of the body's primary communication networks. Through hormones, it helps regulate sleep and wake cycles, energy production, metabolism, stress response and reproduction. Rythmn, timing, balance cordinated by an in tune system.  In this meditation, I use visulization to move through the endocrine system discussing the patterns I see in myself not as an expert with all the answers but as someone actively learning how to soften, trust and stay connected to myself while navigating the very real challenges of being human.     Consciousness Inside Form *Bio-Tuning Meditation & Discussion about Transformation

    In this guided somatic meditation, we explore the possibility that our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and recurring life patterns are not fixed identities, but forms consciousness has taken through experience. This meditation was inspired by the Law of Conservation of Energy which states that energy is not destroyed, only transformed. Using copal resin as a living metaphor, this meditation invites you to observe pattern  that interuption requires the combination of awareness and pressure (fire).     In this Bio Tuning meditation, we move through the heart, blood, and circulatory system as a living loop. Breath, pressure, flow and exchange are tracked in real time. The green garnet visualization anchors structure and direction, while the body reveals where patterns are holding, underpowering, or interrupting the cycle. Blood is the river of the body. It's not just what it carries; it's how well it moves. The heart builds pressure, but pressure only works if it moves, distributes, and completes. Delivery, exchange, return, reset.
