    Shut Your Face

    The boys are back with another packed episode, starting with a recap of their annual “Nailed It” trip to Vegas and all the related shenanigans. Bierman then shares details from his trip to Augusta for a Wednesday practice round before the group dives into a full breakdown of the Masters, including Rory’s win and how he closed it out. Next up is Be My Guess, keeping the golf theme going as the guys try to name the top 10 career earners on the PGA Tour, with the Sandman setting podcast history. From there, it’s Hot Takes. The Twins’ strong start gets some attention, Sergio catches heat for his latest tantrum, and both the UCLA women’s college basketball team and the Frozen Four get well-deserved recognition for what each accomplished last week. The episode wraps with Stone Cold Locks, featuring three picks for this week’s RBC at Harbour Town, followed by a sports-themed Top 5 where each of the hosts rank their favorite current professional athletes, with a few twists added in.     Shaken But Never Stirred

    The boys are back after a week-long spring break hiatus and jump right into a packed episode. They open by revisiting one of the best games of the tournament, UConn’s incredible comeback against Duke, including a breakdown of how it unfolded and where it ranks among the best game-ending shots ever. From there, they recap both Final Four matchups from the weekend before previewing Monday night’s national championship between Michigan and UConn, complete with their predictions (recorded prior to tip). The show then shifts back into its regular segments. In Be My Guess, the basketball theme continues as the guys try to name the 10 Power Five programs with the fewest all-time NCAA Tournament appearances. Pat looks to build on momentum and secure his first-ever two-game winning streak. Hot Takes brings a wide range of topics, including ice baths, Gino Auriemma’s bad look, Jo Adell’s highlight-reel home run robberies, the track record of Heisman-winning quarterbacks in the NFL, and even a few classic Chuck Norris-isms. Next up is Stone Cold Locks, where the guys preview the Masters and lock in their picks for Augusta, before wrapping up their Action Hero Bracket by crowning a final winner.     Nuthin' But Hoops...Again

    The guys are all-in on March Madness once again, and this week they welcome Mr. Pat Klett back into the mix. Like last episode, they skip most of the usual segments and focus almost entirely on the tournament. They open by breaking down the first two rounds, hitting on everything from the wild Santa Clara-Kentucky finish to Iowa’s late-game heroics in the upset over Florida. They also get into whether Gonzaga is overrated as a program, Kevin Willard’s strange in-game comments, and the bigger-picture question, is Cinderella actually dead, and if so, is that necessarily a bad thing? From there, it’s a full Sweet 16 deep dive. The trio go matchup by matchup through all eight games, laying out what they’re seeing, where the edges are, and giving both straight-up and ATS picks. It’s another hardwood-heavy episode, and if you’ve been locked into March, this one has everything you’re looking for.     Nuthin' But Madness

    This week is all about hoops and the best four days in sports: opening weekend of March Madness. With the tournament finally here, the guys go all in on the bracket. Pat couldn’t make it this week, but super sub Mike Pason steps in and delivers. The episode is almost entirely focused on breaking down the bracket region by region, identifying the most vulnerable teams, potential bracket busters, must-watch players, key trends, and the matchups you need to have circled for the first round. The crew also shares their favorite first-round bets, along with each host’s Final Four, championship matchup, and ultimate national champion. Along the way, there are plenty of useful insights and angles to help you fill out your bracket. All the regular segments, such as Hot Takes, Stone Cold Locks, Top 5, and more, will return next week.     The boys welcome Pat back after a one-week break and jump right into a supersized Episode #81. They kick things off with their Random Questions of the Day segment, which this week includes genies, food, and Charles Barkley. Yup. Then, in honor of all the buzz surrounding Eric’s Miami RedHawks this season, the guys share some of the most memorable and compelling sports stories from their lifetimes. From the Sosa-McGwire home run chase of 1998 to the Nancy Kerrigan-Tonya Harding saga to the disturbing Jerry Sandusky scandal, along with several other unforgettable chapters in sports history, they revisit the stories that captivated sports fans everywhere. Next comes Be My Guess, and it turns out to be the most competitive edition of the year so far. Pat brings it strong as the category focuses on the most common nicknames to win college football and basketball championships over the last 50 years. It all comes down to the final question. Does Pat finally break through and get the win, or does the disappointment continue? The guys then share a great tip that anyone headed to Las Vegas for this year’s March Madness will not want to miss. From there it’s onto Hot Takes, where hockey gets plenty of love from both Pat and Bill, including an homage to the wonder that is the Minnesota high school hockey state championship, a spectacle unlike almost anything in amateur sports. Bierman also gives a tribute to Lou Holtz and shares the story of one of the most bizarre baseball trades in history, a deal from more than 50 years ago that few fans have ever heard about. Then it’s time for Stone Cold Locks. Pat has been on a recent tear, so any listeners looking to cash in this week may want to pay particular attention when Mr. Klett speaks. The guys also give their top picks for the “fifth major,” The Players Championship, this weekend. Finally, the episode closes with one of the most fun and intriguing Top 5 segments yet, except this time it’s not even a Top 5. Bierman flips the script in honor of March Madness and creates a full bracket featuring 16 of the greatest and most iconic action heroes in movie and TV history. Names like James Bond, John McClane, Jack Bauer, and Ellen Ripley headline the field, along with 12 other legendary characters, all battling for the title of greatest action hero ever. There are plenty of debates and several huge upsets as the votes are cast across the four regions, and listeners are sure to have opinions of their own once they hear the results. The guys absolutely hit the jackpot with Episode #81, delivering one of their most entertaining shows yet. Be sure to give it a listen.

    I've Got A Big Problem

    The boys are back for Episode 80, though one OG is missing this week as Pat couldn’t make it. Thankfully, super sub Mike Paston steps in once again to fill the seat. The hosts kick things off with their Random Questions of the Day, where the topic is things they’ve done once but would never do again, and Paston quickly delivers an absolute nightmare story about parasailing.  From there, the opening segment takes a different turn than usual. Normally the boys love to rant and complain, but this week they focus on happy thoughts, and the hosts show their softer side. Yep, today they share the small things in life that make them smile, including being on college campuses, the first snowfall of the year, sitting by a firepit, and several other simple joys. Very kumbaya of them. Next up is Hot Takes, where Paston sounds off about unruly fans at sporting events, and Bill feels terrible for Sugar Shane Lowry after his brutal collapse at the Cognizant Classic. The Sandman also sparks an interesting conversation when he complains about why MLB teams don’t call up top prospects sooner. Then Bierman shows a recent all-time rant from a college basketball coach and asks whether those types of meltdowns actually work to get teams back on track. Then it’s time for Stone Cold Locks, where each host gives three picks to finish in the top 10 at this week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill. The episode wraps up with a hoops-themed Top 5, where they each rank their favorite college basketball players of all time with one big twist. None of the players can be in, or headed to, the Naismith Hall of Fame. That means these are legendary college players who didn’t necessarily have the same impact at the pro level. Some all-time names get thrown around, including Greg Oden, Larry Johnson, David West, and many more as the guys get fired up for March Madness. Even without Pat, the boys power through and crank out another classic. Give it a listen and try to hold the applause until the end.

    The Dregs of Society

    The boys are back and kick things off with their Random Questions of the Day, which quickly turns into a spirited debate about whether Sky Club and lounge access at airports is actually worth it.  From there, it’s all about looking back on this year’s Olympics. The guys share their favorite events, moments, and memories, along with a few things that irritated them, including several events they say must be removed. They also talk about future Olympics and whether attending one is on the bucket list. And of course, there’s a deep dive into both the U.S. men’s and women’s hockey gold medal wins. Next up is Be My Guess, where Pat continues to battle through the sports trivia segment while Bill once again impresses with a strong showing. This week’s theme is all about MLB as we gear up for Opening Day. Then it’s on to Hot Takes. Jacob Bridgeman gets plenty of love for last week’s Genesis win, the weekend’s loaded college hoops slate gets some attention, including Arizona-Houston and Michigan-Duke, and there’s even an argument that Dusty May deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as Curt Cignetti for what he’s doing with Michigan. Bierman also delivers a rant on the MAC’s recent expansion news and is clearly not a fan of the new addition. The guys then roll into Stone Cold Locks, giving out three golf picks each for this week’s Cognizant Classic. And you may want to listen closely to this one as the boys have been on somewhat of a heater recently. And finally, they wrap it up with a fun Top 5 honoring their favorite “older” characters in entertainment history, where iconic ones like Frank Drebin, Doc Brown, Yoda, and plenty of other oldies but goodies make the list. As always, it’s a packed, opinionated, and laugh-filled episode you won’t want to miss, so give it a listen and enjoy.

    Winger's Greatest Hits

    The guys open this week by diving into conspiracy theories, sparked by the latest chatter that Super Bowl LX may have been predetermined by the NFL. After quickly debunking that one, they run through a list of famous conspiracies they’d love to know the truth about, from JFK to the 1985 NBA Draft Lottery and plenty more that range from plausible to completely ridiculous. Then it’s time for Be My Guess, where Bill and Pat try to name the 10 college football programs that have produced the most NFL touchdowns. The results aren’t great, but you do get a very solid Jimmy Stewart impression during this segment, so there’s that. Hot Takes follows with a heavy Olympic theme. The guys hit ski jumping, biathlon, the story of the oldest U.S. Winter Olympian ever, and yes, Bierman brings his Olympic sex-related story of the week to the table. There’s also a tribute to Robert Duvall, some James Bond love, and a discussion about a college football player recently granted a ninth year of eligibility. Then it’s Stone Cold Locks, where each host gives three picks to finish Top 10 at this week’s Genesis Invitational. After a strong showing last week, you may want to listen closely and pad those wallets. They close with a fun sports Top 5, inspired by the news that Mike Ditka’s Super Bowl sweater vest recently sold for $183K. The guys share their Top 5 favorite sports memorabilia/historical sports items, including some creative ones like George Brett’s pine tar bat, Evander Holyfield’s earlobe, and a bag of Marshawn Lynch Skittles.
