Cowboy Brock, AI Anxiety & an $800 Wedding Misunderstanding

Tuesday, September 22, 2026 It’s officially fall, Danielle is in the studio, and Brock has entered an entirely new phase of life: his cowboy era. The question of the morning is also perfectly random: What completely harmless thing do you refuse to do the “right” way? Folding underwear? Fitted sheets? Separating laundry? Measuring detergent? Sometimes you just do what you want. Brock explains how DJing a wedding in Golden, Missouri somehow ended with him buying his first cowboy hat. After meeting the family behind a custom hat business that works with artists including Lainey Wilson and events at Thunder Ridge, Brock gets fitted for a hat and has the Brock Entertainment logo burned into it completely freehand. Naturally, this means he now needs boots, spurs, a bolo tie, a horse, and possibly a farm. Then there’s a bizarre Brock Entertainment wedding misunderstanding. A venue believed Brock had tried to charge a bride an additional $800 to handle her ceremony, except that fee never actually existed. Brock breaks down what happened, how a discount and communication between the couple got mixed up, and why a quick phone call could have cleared the whole thing up immediately. Brock and Danielle also get into AI anxiety, whether artificial intelligence needs a new name, why robots might actually be scarier than AI itself, and whether humanity is slowly combining The Terminator, The Matrix, and Idiocracy into one real-life timeline. Plus, there’s a dog that completely fails at being a guard dog, college party chaos, William Shatner doing heavy metal, hot honey Spam, celebrity news, things people do in public that drive everyone crazy, movies, cheap dates, Starbucks hacks, and the official arrival of fall weather. Cowboy hats, AI, wedding drama, bad public etiquette and another morning of conversations that somehow all make sense by the end. It’s Brock in the Morning.

What Do You Collect? Plus Family Feud, Weird News & Monday Chaos

Monday, September 21, 2026 Brock is joined by Amanda and Dana, and the morning starts with a surprisingly fun question: What do you collect? Travel Christmas ornaments, koozies, Funko Pops, autographs, postcards, stamps and plenty of other things apparently all come with their own very specific collector names. Then things get weird quickly. There’s a police department controversy, a city renaming part of Lake Erie as the “Gulf of Cleveland,” questionable scooter decisions in Bentonville traffic, a job applicant convinced a pimple cost her the position, and a fitness competitor who refused to let a bathroom emergency keep her from finishing first. Amanda and Dana also battle it out in another round of Family Feud, argue over what makes someone secretly smarter than they let on, and somehow turn a conversation about intelligence into vocabulary, sarcasm, listening skills and remembering the little things about people. Plus, Brock talks about his newest questionable streaming discovery, a broken TV courtesy of Bray, bizarre celebrity news, a 20-ounce Capri Sun, mosquito toilets, fall finally arriving in Northwest Arkansas, and the five things you probably shouldn’t be sharing with AI. And Amanda and Dana give an update on NWA Hard Knocks, including the response to their first guest episode and how listeners can nominate someone or an organization to appear on the podcast. Collections, bad decisions, Family Feud, AI, broken TVs and the usual Monday randomness. It’s Brock in the Morning. Website:NWAHardKnocks.com

Rules We Ditched, AI Taking Over & Ladies Day in the Studio

Tuesday, September 15, 2026 It’s a full house with Danielle and Caroline from McClure Fitness, and the morning starts with a question every adult can relate to: What rule did your parents drill into you as a kid that you immediately stopped following once you moved out? Eating whatever you want for dinner, staying out past midnight, refusing to dedicate an entire Saturday to cleaning, eating on the couch, leaving the refrigerator door open longer than 10 seconds—apparently adulthood is mostly realizing your parents were right about some things and completely wrong about others. Then Brock goes down another AI rabbit hole, explaining how he’s now using it to organize tens of thousands of songs, automatically categorize music for Sam’s Furniture Radio, manage repetitive work, and basically eliminate hours of tasks he used to have to do manually. Which leads to the bigger question: How much of our jobs will AI eventually be able to do? Caroline also talks fitness, strength training, building up to pull-ups, why core and shoulder strength matter, and what’s happening at McClure Fitness. Plus, she and Brock realize they both auditioned for American Idol in St. Louis back in 2004. There’s also Tim McGraw, Razorback football pain, Dolly Parton cookies, pumpkin spice caskets, strange things happening at church, self-driving cars, celebrity news, kids saying hilarious things, Family Feud, Harry Potter houses, and plenty of conversations that go completely off the rails. Parenting, fitness, AI, nostalgia, weird news and three people with absolutely no problem getting distracted—it’s another Brock in the Morning. Websites mentioned:PumpkinSpiceCasket.com

AI Is Taking Over, Things That Aren’t Free Anymore & Made by BE Studios

Thursday, September 10, 2026 Brock and Danielle are back together, and this episode starts with one of the most random questions yet: When you hit backspace, where do all those deleted letters actually go? Apparently, there’s a whole imaginary world of unemployed characters waiting to be typed again. Brock also officially introduces Made by BE Studios, the newest arm of Brock Entertainment focused on podcast recording and production in Northwest Arkansas. From People of Northwest Arkansas and NWA Hard Knocks to the growing lineup of locally produced shows, Brock talks about how podcast production has grown into a business of its own. Then it’s time to talk AI. Brock shares how he’s using it to build websites, work through thousands of songs for Sam’s Furniture Radio, organize music by genre and tempo, research potential clients, draft emails, and automate hours of work that used to be done manually. Danielle has a slightly more cautious approach, and the two debate just how much thinking we should actually hand over to technology. Plus, what happened to all the things that used to be free? Airline bags, seat selection, concert tickets without ridiculous fees, Disney FastPass, pizza delivery, internet content, and even chips and salsa have somehow become another charge. There’s also NFL talk, everyday inconveniences that drive us crazy, pumpkin spice season, celebrity news, a toddler who somehow knows more NFL quarterbacks than most adults, good news, weird facts, and plenty of the usual tangents. AI, coffee, cars, football, pumpkin spice and the things that make everyday life unnecessarily complicated. Just another morning with Brock and Danielle. Common Sense, Hard Knocks & a Run-In with Ted Bundy

Monday, September 7, 2026 It’s a full house with Brock, Dana, and Amanda, and the question of the day is simple: How do you describe someone who just doesn’t have any common sense? From “not the brightest crayon in the box” to “couldn’t pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel,” the insults get creative quickly. Dana and Amanda also make a big announcement: NWA Hard Knocks is officially launching. They share why they created the podcast, their desire to spotlight Northwest Arkansas nonprofits, people who have overcome difficult circumstances, and organizations that could use more volunteers, funding, and attention. Then the conversation takes a wild turn into true crime, including the unbelievable story of how Ashton’s grandmother was once approached by Ted Bundy in Utah and nearly got into his car before realizing something wasn’t right. Plus, Dana shares her first-class flying experience and an absolutely bizarre trip to St. Augustine involving a starfish, a rocket launch, a deer watching from the beach, a baby sea turtle, and a close encounter with a snake. There’s also Labor Day chaos, Family Feud, the hardest-working states in America, things that were supposed to be huge but completely flopped, celebrity gossip, parenting stories, ADHD tangents, weird news, and plenty of conversations that go exactly where you wouldn’t expect. It’s common sense, true crime, new beginnings, weird stories, and a whole lot of laughs on Brock in the Morning. Website:NWAHardKnocks.com

From Pro Basketball to Music Producer: Meet Ian Carter

Wednesday, September 2, 2026 Brock welcomes Ian Carter to the studio for his first-ever radio show and podcast appearance, and there’s a lot more to Ian than meets the eye. At 6'8", Ian shares his journey from playing college basketball at Drury University to taking his career overseas, where basketball took him through Spain, Italy, Germany, Cameroon and Nigeria. He even got the chance to watch Kobe Bryant play with Team USA and see Lionel Messi and Neymar live in Barcelona. These days, Ian has traded the basketball court for the recording studio, working as a music producer at Memento Studios in Springfield while living in Northwest Arkansas. He and Brock talk about chasing careers you actually love, the changing game of basketball, music, sports, life overseas and what eventually brought Ian home. Of course, it’s still Brock in the Morning, so the conversation goes everywhere. They debate whether Thanksgiving really is the greatest holiday, tailgating versus watching the game at home, the rules of eating leftovers, Airbnb guests who forget they’re not alone, and the everyday activities that somehow qualify as extreme sports. Plus, there’s weird news, random facts, celebrity gossip, good news, plenty of basketball talk, and Ian officially gets his first taste of being behind the microphone. A former professional basketball player, a music producer, a 6'8" first-time radio guest, and four hours of completely unpredictable conversation. Welcome to the show, Ian Carter.
