フランス ホームステイ先のキッチンからお届けするポッドキャスト。Aupairとしてホストファミリーのご飯を作りながら、その時々の思いつきで生まれる料理や、フランスでの暮らしのエピソードをお話しします。きっちりとしたレシピはなく、まさに“うわのそら”な雑談がくり広げられますが、料理の音や何気ないおしゃべりが、ふと みなさんのアイデアのきっかけになれば嬉しいです。 Japanese cuisine might seem formal or complicated, but it’s actually more free and fun than you think. You don’t need perfect ingredients or special tools. With what you have at home and your own twist, you can enjoy a little taste of “Japanese flavors” in your own way. I cook daily meals for my host family, sharing dishes that often come from spontaneous ideas. Along the way, I’ll also share stories from France.

    豆腐の卵とじを作りながら / Simmered Tofu with Egg

    「豆腐の卵とじを作りながら、スイスの老舗チョコレートブランドでオリジナルチョコレートを作った思い出をお話しします」 Simmered Tofu with Egg & Chocolate-Making Experience at a Swiss Chocolatier 今回のエピソードでは、少ない材料かつ短時間で仕上がるのにご飯とも麺とも相性抜群な「豆腐の卵とじ」を作りながら、先日訪れたスイスの老舗チョコレートブランド「Favarger」でのチョコレート作り体験についてお話しします。1826年創業の歴史あるチョコレートメーカーで、今回ジュネーブにあるアトリエ併設店舗にてオリジナルの板チョコを作るワークショップに参加してきました。待ち時間に楽しんだホットチョコレートのことなど、実際に体験して感じたことをシェアします。 レシピ動画というより、台所からの雑談ですが、何かアイデアや小さなインスピレーションになれば嬉しいです。 In this episode, I make Tofu Simmered with Egg, a quick and easy dish that pairs perfectly with both rice and noodles. While cooking, I’ll share my experience of making chocolate at “Favarger”, a renowned Swiss chocolatier founded in 1826. I recently joined a workshop at their Geneva store, where I created my own custom chocolate bar. I’ll also talk about the rich hot chocolate I enjoyed while waiting and share my thoughts on the experience. This podcast isn’t a perfect cooking tutorial—it’s more like a cozy kitchen chat.     「白身魚の野菜あんかけを作りながら、スイスのグリュイエールで食べたおいしい思い出をお話しします」 “Fried Fish with Vegetable Ankake & Delicious Memories from Gruyères, Switzerland” 今回のエピソードでは、カリッとした揚げ焼きにした白身魚に、たっぷりの野菜あんかけをかけた温かい一品を作りながら、スイスのグリュイエールを訪れたときに食べた地元名物の思い出をお話しします。 グリュイエールは、中世の雰囲気が残る小さな町。丘の上にあるグリュイエール城や、美しいアルプスの風景が広がる素敵な場所です。現地では本場のチーズフォンデュはもちろん、またこの地方の名物スイーツ、メレンゲと濃厚なダブルクリーム（Crème de Gruyère）を体験しました。 レシピ動画というより、台所からの雑談ですが、何かアイデアや小さなインスピレーションになれば嬉しいです。 In this episode, I make a comforting dish of crispy pan-fried white fish topped with a vegetable ankake while sharing my memories of enjoying local specialties in Gruyères, Switzerland. Gruyères is a small town with a charming medieval atmosphere. It’s home to Gruyères Castle, perched on a hill, and offers breathtaking views of the Alps. While there, I had the chance to enjoy authentic cheese fondue, as well as the region’s famous dessert—crispy meringues paired with rich, velvety double cream (Crème de Gruyère). I talk about how the way fondue is eaten here differs from Japan, from the special spice mix to some unique dining traditions. I also introduce Lavaux, Switzerland, where I bought the cheese. This stunning UNESCO World Heritage region offers breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Alps beyond its vineyards, making it one of my favorite places.
