Claire Gleave is the founder of Natal Active, a brand dedicated to empowering mums through stylish, high-performance maternity and breastfeeding activewear. After struggling to find workout gear that supported her changing body through pregnancy and postpartum, Claire set out to create clothing designed by mums, for mums—blending comfort, functionality, and style to help women feel confident and strong at every stage of motherhood. Before launching Natal Active, Claire spent many years working in marketing for the prestigious private bank, Coutts, where she honed her expertise in brand strategy, communications, and high-end consumer engagement. After stepping away to focus on family, she made a bold career shift -diving into the world of activewear design and entrepreneurship, turning her passion for fitness and motherhood into a thriving business. A lifelong runner, Claire has been running since her early 20s and has completed 13 marathons - even running through all three of her pregnancies.
