    What’s Required To Be In Healthy Spiritual Communities

    When doing spirit work, you must be prepared for difficult conversations. To be challenged. To hit hardship. This is part of this work. It doesn’t “go away” through bypassing. It will simply build until it erupts. When looking at yourself and other spiritual spaces, ask yourself the following questions: - Are difficult conversations held here? - Am I allowing my shadow to be challenged and my medicine to be elevated? - How are personal and collective shadows addressed in this space? Or are they simply ignored? This work is meant to strengthen your spirit, not derail it. Remember your intentions and ground into your medicine. This will be your pillar ⚡️

    Find Medicine, Not Modalities

    This live is HEAVY on responsibility and accountability. The greatest question you can ask yourself and your practitioners is “what is your medicine?” This must go deeper than certifications and titles. Ask them what are the spirits that work with them. What are the ancestors, plants, guides, etc. that work with them?     Stop Overwhelming Your Spirit

    The 4 Phases of Healing: Where Are You?

    In this life I GO DEEP into understanding the four phases of healing. So many of us don’t understand that there are phases to our healing. Instead, we listen and follow New Age rhetoric that keeps us stuck and plateaued in our healing. The four phases go as followed: 1.) Awareness - the mind. Therapy, breathwork, sound baths, tarot. Concepts of the mind and curiosity. 2.) Body - Somatics. Plant medicines. This is where main stream spirituality is currently at. An explosion of nervous system work, trauma stored in the body, plant medicines. 3.) Shadow - Deep innerwork. This is the part of the healing journey many of us are at yet refuse to acknowledge. This is the phase we try and spiritually bypass. Main stream spirituality has yet to catch up here. 4.) Spirit - Wisdom. A deep knowing. Where lessons are imprinted on your spirit.
