Through conversations with artists, healers, spiritual teachers, physicians, writers, and everyday people, we explore the quiet ways God, beauty, healing, and mystery reveal themselves in our lives. Each episode invites you to slow down, pay attention, and consider the moments that often go unnoticed. We'll talk about creativity, faith, intuition, healing, purpose, relationships, and the questions that shape a meaningful life. I don't believe we need all the answers. How to Find Meaning After Loss—and Recognize the Signs That Love Continues

What if grief isn't about letting go of the person you love—but learning how to experience your relationship with them differently? In this deeply moving conversation, I’m joined by David J. Roberts, LMSW and Rev. Patty Furino, whose unlikely friendship began with a phone call, a computer glitch, and a double rainbow. Dave is a retired addiction professional, educator, and grief and bereavement specialist who lost his 18-year-old daughter, Jeannine, to cancer in 2003. Patty is an Interfaith Minister who has spent decades helping people navigate difficult seasons of life through spirituality, intuition, and the wisdom found across different spiritual traditions. When they first met in 2010, Dave approached life and grief largely through a science-based lens. Patty came from a deeply spiritual perspective. Then something happened that began to change the way Dave understood his daughter's death. A rainbow. And then another. Their friendship became a 15-year exploration of grief, spirituality, signs, synchronicity, consciousness, and the possibility that our relationships with the people we love can continue even after physical death. In this episode, we talk about: How Dave's experience of losing his daughter changed his understanding of grief The double rainbow that became one of the first signs he associated with Jeannine How Dave and Patty first met—and the remarkable circumstances surrounding their meeting What happened when Patty told Dave that she believed his daughter was communicating with him How a science-based mind can make room for spiritual experiences without abandoning critical thinking Why Dave believes science and spirituality don't necessarily have to compete The idea of continuing bonds and maintaining a relationship with someone after their physical death How signs can appear through numbers, animals, music, rainbows, and unexpected moments Why being open to a new perspective doesn't mean abandoning discernment How spiritual exploration helped Dave find forgiveness and healing within his family relationships The importance of community when we're grieving What their friendship has taught them about unconditional love Why sometimes love means holding someone's hand—and sometimes it means letting them go One of the things I love most about Dave and Patty's story is that neither of them had to become the other. Dave didn't have to stop being the scientist. Patty didn't have to stop being the spiritual teacher. Instead, they became curious about one another's way of seeing the world. And somewhere in that space between science and spirituality, grief and love, questioning and believing, something beautiful happened. They became family. A question to carry with you Have you ever experienced something you couldn't quite explain—but couldn't quite dismiss either? Maybe it was a song at exactly the right moment. A number you kept seeing. A dream. A familiar scent. An animal appearing at an unusual time. Or perhaps a rainbow that seemed to arrive when you needed it most. What if, instead of immediately deciding what these experiences mean, we simply became willing to notice them? Because sometimes the first step isn't finding an answer. It's becoming curious enough to ask the question. Meet Dave Roberts David J. Roberts, LMSW, is a retired addiction professional and adjunct professor who has taught psychology and death, dying, and bereavement. After the death of his daughter Jeannine at age 18, Dave began exploring grief, meaning, spirituality, and the survival of consciousness. He has presented at national and regional grief conferences and contributed to publications including HuffPost, Medium, Open to Hope, Mindfulness and Grief, Thrive Global, and Recovering the Self Journal. Meet Rev. Patty Furino Rev. Patty Furino is an Interfaith Minister who has spent decades exploring spiritual traditions and helping people navigate challenging times. Her ministry centers on meeting people where they are, offering hope, bearing witness to their stories, and empowering people to discover their own unique spiritual paths. How Trauma Disconnects You From Yourself (and How to Find Your Way Back) | with Marta Jackson

How do you find your way back to yourself after trauma? In this heartfelt conversation, Heather sits down with licensed trauma therapist, author, and creator of the Inside Out Living framework, Marta Jackson, to explore what happens when life pulls us away from who we truly are—and how we begin finding our way home again. Together they discuss how trauma isn't always one life-changing event. Sometimes it's the quiet accumulation of experiences that slowly disconnect us from our bodies, our intuition, and our sense of self. Whether you've struggled with anxiety, people pleasing, overwhelm, or simply feel like you've lost touch with yourself, this episode offers practical wisdom and compassionate guidance for beginning your healing journey. In this episode, you'll discover: The difference between "Big T" trauma and "little t" trauma Why people pleasing is often a survival response—not a personality trait How to tell the difference between your thoughts and the stories your mind creates What nervous system regulation actually looks like in everyday life Why highly sensitive people often absorb other people's emotions How intuition becomes clearer when you feel safe in your body The Inside Out Living framework for reconnecting with yourself A simple daily practice to help you feel grounded, present, and at peace Marta also shares her own healing journey, how creativity plays an important role in recovery, and why learning to come home to yourself isn't a one-time event—it's a lifelong practice. If you've ever wondered why you react the way you do, or long to feel more connected, calm, and authentic, this conversation is for you. How to Manifest What You Want: Intuition, Clear Vision & Manifestation Techniques with Atlantis Wolf

What if the only thing standing between you and the life you want… is knowing what you actually want? In this episode of Your Radiant Spirit, intuitive artist and spiritual guide Heather Eck sits down with Atlantis Wolf — Usui Reiki Master, ordained shamanic minister, master breathwork facilitator, medical massage therapist, and 15-time Amazon #1 best-selling author — for a conversation that will change the way you think about manifestation, intuition, and decision-making. After the death of her mother sparked an identity crisis, Atlantis left her corporate engineering career and stepped into a life of healing work — and she's since guided more than 3,500 women through career pivots, weight loss, financial breakthroughs, and radical self-discovery. Her core message? Most women don't know what they want — and learning to dream a clear, specific, emotionally charged vision is the real work of manifestation. In this episode, you'll learn: Why a "shamanic death" (divorce, job loss, grief, identity shift) is often the doorway to your next chapter The "order counter of the universe" — why specificity is the key to manifestation Atlantis's journaling technique for uncovering your limiting beliefs ("I want ___, but I can't have it because…") Why writing by hand is more powerful than typing when setting a vision How Atlantis manifested $38,500 in 8 days, $5,000 in 3 days — and helped clients do the same How she lost 85 pounds by asking her body one simple question Devotion vs. discipline: reframing healthy habits without shame Why "you can't make a wrong decision" — and how indecision, not wrong choices, keeps you stuck The head-heart connection: how expansive thoughts signal love and contracting thoughts signal fear Why your dream should scare you — and force you to ask for help Memorable moments: Heather shares the story of receiving a major corporate promotion and her first art show invitation on the same day — and how her body knew which path was hers Atlantis walks Heather through a live manifestation exercise for her dream: a solo art exhibition in New York City The "35,000 decisions a day" truth about burnout, and the permission slip you need to take a day off and refill your cup About Atlantis Wolf: Atlantis Wolf is an intuitive teacher, healer, and global retreat leader devoted to helping women over 50 reclaim their power, clarity, and joy. She leads breathwork events in Cleveland, Dayton, and New York City; hosts women's retreats in Oxfordshire, England (including Avebury, Glastonbury, and the Michael and Mary Lines); and runs The Intuition Academy, a six-month program beginning each January and July. Why Your Body Holds Emotional Trauma: Kristine Genovese on Bioenergetics and the Soul Intelligence Method

What if every ache, blockage, or chronic condition in your body is actually stuck emotional energy trying to get your attention? In this episode of Your Radiant Spirit, Heather Eck sits down with Kristine Genovese — corporate turnaround specialist turned energy healer and creator of the Soul Intelligence® Method — to explore the science and spirituality behind bioenergetic healing. Kristine shares the story of the sudden 2020 layoff that redirected her life, breaks down how stuck emotional energy shows up as physical symptoms, and walks through real client stories — from a sacral chakra clearing that restored a client's period, confidence, and business leads overnight, to her own reversal of a cervical cancer scare through energy work and reclaiming her divine feminine. The conversation covers chakras, self-limiting beliefs, generational and past-life energy patterns, and why Kristine believes "the future of medicine is frequency." About the Guest Kristine Genovese is the creator of the Soul Intelligence® Method, a bioenergetic healing system that helps identify and release the emotional root causes of physical, mental, and energetic imbalance. A former corporate turnaround specialist, she left the corporate world in 2020 and now serves as Chief Growth Officer for Nutritional Frontiers while training healthcare providers, coaches, and healers as certified Neuroenergetic Health Practitioners through her evergreen certification course. She is the author of Healing Through Soul Intelligence®, available on Amazon, Audible, and Barnes & Noble, and recently completed her "Soul in the City" book tour, including a Times Square billboard. In This Episode Kristine's abrupt 2020 corporate layoff and the "nine months of grace" that led her to leave corporate America for good What the Soul Intelligence Method is, and how it evolved from a book-of-charts-and-pendulum practice into a modality used with executives, doctors, and functional medicine practices The science lens: electromagnetic fields, the HeartMath Institute's research on the heart's field vs. the brain's, and why emotion is "energy in motion" that gets stuck in the body Bioenergetics (Dr. Alexander Lowen) and why 95% of what doctors treat today are chronic, unresolved conditions rooted in unaddressed emotional causes The five root causes of illness Kristine sees most: chronic stress, environmental toxicity, poor nutrition, lack of movement, and genetics (which she connects to a person's life purpose) How Kristine works with functional medicine doctors and their staff/patients, including a session with a chiropractor and a physician who each had spontaneous emotional releases A sacral chakra clearing story: a client got her period back, restored intimacy with her husband, and landed three new client leads within 24 hours Kristine's own healing journey: growing up with an alcoholic father, the "not good enough" belief that fueled her career and sabotaged her relationships, and reversing a cervical cancer scare through reconnecting with her divine feminine A story about clearing "unsupported men" energy that resolved a five-month foot injury for a healthcare provider client Live in the moment: Heather and Kristine explore what Heather's own sudden foot issue might be pointing to The Soul Intelligence certification course, free monthly group sessions, and how the method treats time, past lives, and generational patterns Kristine's closing message: "Self-care isn't selfish, it's sacred" — healing yourself ripples out to raise the collective consciousness Memorable Quotes "Emotion is supposed to be energy in motion. When it pools, it gets stuck in the body, and that's when it causes dis-ease, dysfunction, or dissonance." — Kristine Genovese "There is always an underlying emotional root cause to every dis-ease in the body, even if it's something simple." — Kristine Genovese "Self-care isn't selfish, it's sacred. When you choose to heal you, you are having an impact on humanity." — Kristine Genovese "Einstein said the future of medicine is frequency." — Kristine Genovese Resources & Links Mentioned Book: Healing Through Soul Intelligence® by Kristine Genovese — Amazon, Kindle, Audible, Barnes & Noble Website & course: soulintelligencemethod.com Free monthly group session: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM Eastern (through end of year) Instagram: @kristinemgenovese Books referenced: The Body Keeps the Score; The Secret Language of Your Body by Inna Segal Concepts referenced: HeartMath Institute research; bioenergetics (Dr. Alexander Lowen); Game Changing Index assessment Connect with Heather Eck Website: www.heathereck.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/heathereckartist Call to Action If this episode moved something in you, share it with a friend who needs to hear it, leave a review, and subscribe so more people can find these conversations. From Terminal MS Diagnosis to Thriving: Medical Qigong, the Mother Modality & the Three Pillars of Healing | Meagan Price

What would you do if a doctor gave you three months to live — with a newborn at home? Meagan Price was 27 years old, freshly postpartum, when a rare secondary complication from her MS medication crossed the blood-brain barrier and began destroying the brain's gray matter. The prognosis was terminal. Her response? "F**k that. Here we go." Over the next seven years, Meagan studied more than 200 healing modalities across the globe — from Medical Qigong to Sámi shamanic practice in Finland — and fully reversed her MS symptoms. Today she is a certified Medical Qigong Doctor, Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of Healing Thyme, a wellness practice in Provo, Utah. Her son is now seven. She is thriving. In this episode, we explore the ancient roots of all healing, the profound difference between guilt and shame, the three pillars of wellness, and what meditation actually means — from someone who does it seven hours a day. What You'll Discover in This Episode: MS at 21, PML at 27: what a terminal diagnosis looks like — and the mindset that changed everything Medical Qigong as "the mother modality" — the ancient lineage that underlies almost every healing art Why Reiki traces directly back to the Qigong lineage (and what Usui Sensei actually studied) How emotions cause physical reactions — and what it means to be "in integrity" with your body The most important distinction in healing: guilt ("this is bad") vs. shame ("I am bad") Why "shoulding" yourself is the most common form of self-inflicted guilt — and how to stop The three pillars of all healing: Purge, Tonify, Regulate Why the lungs are your integrity center in Traditional Chinese Medicine — and what three deep breaths actually do The truth about meditation: it's not what you think, and you can do it 24/7 Why 1 minute of meditation = 5 minutes of sleep (Stanford research) How Meagan went from sleeping 12+ hours due to MS fatigue to meditating 7 hours/day with boundless energy Meagan's Offers & Resources: 🌿 Use code HEALYOU20 for 20% off intuitive sessions (in-person & virtual): healingthymeutah.com ✨ Use code ELEVATE20 for 20% off the upcoming Reiki Course: healingthymeutah.com 📸 Instagram: @healing_thyme_ut Note: Transcript references website as "healingtimeutah.com" and Instagram as "@healingtime" — official links above are from her guest form.
