044 - Exploring flower essence therapy with Sarah Juniper Smith

Today’s episode is our last guest episode - we are learning about Flower Essence creation with Sarah Juniper Smith. I hadn’t heard about flower essence tinctures really until I started talking to Juni about it and this conversation was sooo cool. If you are earthy, if you are witchy, if you are spiritual, this is an incredible conversation. Juni and I end up talking about so many different topics that are deep in the woowoo. She is so knowledgeable and I learn so much from her. It’s really the reason I wanted to have her on. We also get into a lot of feminine energy, maternal energy - the different archetypes women go through throughout their life, as well as lineage that dates far back. So enjoy our conversation and stay until the end to see the tarot card I pull that resonates with this episode! Sarah Smith, affectionately known as Juniper or Juni, is a holistic practitioner, teacher, and founder of Juniper Sentiments, where she supports individuals through Flower Essence Therapy, Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy (IET), spiritual womb healing, herbal wellness, women's circles, and intuitive guidance. Her work is deeply rooted in the Divine Feminine and the Rose Lineage, having completed a three-year Wise Woman apprenticeship centered on the teachings of Mary Magdalene, Rose Priestess traditions, trauma-informed women's space holding, flower essence therapy, and sacred ceremony. She is also a Certified Medicinal Herbalist, Certified Flower Essence Therapy Practitioner, Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) Practitioner. Sarah also serves as the Director of Operations and Wellness at Airmid Wellness & Counseling Center, where she leads the wellness division and teaches meditation, yoga, sound baths, breathwork, and mindfulness practices while helping make holistic healing accessible to the community. Whether she's facilitating a sound bath, guiding meditation, or working one-on-one with clients, Sarah's passion is creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and experience meaningful transformation. 042 - Stop to smell the flowers with Stephanie Malo

Looking to break through with your own writing? Do you want to use your intuition to do so? Our guest on episode 42 of the Collab and Gab podcast, Stephanie Malo, is someone who will guide you through doing just that. Our conversation today walks you through her story of how her book series, Stopping to Smell the Flowers, came from inspiration to actually being published! We also discuss how her heightening her intuition and offering energy work to others has really helped her feel so successful and aligned in all that she does as a writer. Stephanie Malo is the author of the Stopping to Smell the Flowers series of books and founder of A Healing and Resource Centre. Her first book in the Stopping to Smell the Flowers series is subtitled Extraordinary Observations of Everyday Life, the second is Everything’s Coming Up Roses and the third is The Space In Between. They are available to purchase on her website, as well as where books are sold. The short stories found in the Stopping to Smell the Flowers books are like poetry or prayer. Stephanie writes about how when we notice the moments and let our light shine, we can manifest abundance, peace and joy. While the stories are told through the lens of her own life moments, each story is written because it has elements that anyone can relate to, gently reminding us of our purpose, and bringing the reader closer to happiness. She has recently realized that she writes using a similar process to automatic writing, as she follows her intuition to know what is to become story material. At Stopping to Smell the Flowers: A Healing and Resource Centre, Stephanie offers various in-person group sessions such as Guided Meditation and The Light Circle. She is also a Therapeutic Touch Registered Practitioner, which is a modern holistic, evidence-based therapy that incorporates the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to promote balance and well-being. Stephanie also provides one-to-one Energy Upgrade and Light Work sessions in-person or virtual.
