Grief Unscripted: A Mother & Daughter Get Real

Grief is such a difficult topic to navigate, and so many of us struggle to find the right words, or even the right space, to process it. Grief Unscripted offers that space with compassion and honesty. I’m so grateful for this show and its raw, heartfelt approach to a subject many avoid. As a therapist, I’m also thankful to have a resource to recommend to clients who are hurting and need to feel understood on a deeper level. This podcast is a gift for anyone looking to feel seen, heard, and less alone in their grief.

I just finished the first episode and I thought the two of you did an excellent job speaking through something so difficult! It’s hard enough to face in private, let alone inviting others to listen in on, participate in or even critique. As someone who has experienced grief in many different situations, throughout different times in my life, I know that conversations like this will be helpful to many. Grief is always personal, but hearing others share their stories can provide comfort in knowing that we are not alone in our suffering.
