    Constant Remembrance

Can remembering Krishna begin with something as ordinary as a glass of water? In this complete online satsang from Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Gauranga Sundara Prabhu explores Bhagavad Gita 9.7: cosmic manifestation and dissolution, the continuity of the living being, and the practical invitation to cultivate constant remembrance. The seed resting through winter and the film paused in a projector illustrate a central distinction: a pause in material activity is not the same as liberation. The discussion moves from the vast cycles of traditional Vaishnava cosmology to karma, compassionate conduct and the transformation of daily attention through bhakti, loving devotional service. Questions from participants bring the teaching into ordinary life: how the impressions we cultivate shape the mind during japa; remembering Krishna in the heart and in the taste of water; audible, quiet and mental chanting; and why completing one's rounds is a foundation for remembrance rather than permission to forget Krishna afterwards. Reflections on Srila Prabhupada's dedication, hospitality and concern for others show how remembrance and service belong together. The Holy Name calls for sincerity and responsibility, not a way to excuse harmful conduct. This episode preserves the entire TurboScribe MP3 of the Nirvan Mare recording, including the opening kirtan, greetings, discussion and closing exchanges, without cuts or editing. It is longer than the corresponding official discourse. May hearing, chanting and thoughtful service gently turn ordinary moments towards Krishna.

Beyond Wonder, Into Love

Can wonder at the vastness of creation become the beginning of a loving relationship with Krishna? Recording notice: speech begins at 44:38. The initial silence has been preserved. This is the partial recording available from the Nirvan Mare livestream of 23 September 2026, uploaded exactly as exported by TurboScribe, without cuts or editing. It does not contain the whole satsang or the closing questions. In this available portion of Gauranga Sundara Prabhu’s Bhagavad Gita 9.6 satsang, the discussion explores Krishna’s immeasurable opulence, Brahma’s responsibility within creation, the difference between heavenly enjoyment and the spiritual destination, and the precious opportunity of human life. The heavenly planets are compared to a bank balance that can eventually be exhausted. The soul’s movement through temporary conditions is compared to a yo-yo. These images invite us to seek more than a favourable position within the cycle of birth and death. Two key ideas guide the discussion: pleasure is not the same as fulfilment; and devotional service changes the centre of our activities from the ego to Krishna. The things we already have can become offerings rather than instruments of separate enjoyment. The accompanying articles draw on Guruji’s separate, complete recording, including the later discussion of loving intimacy and the questions. Those later passages are not all present in this particular audio file. May these reflections encourage attentive remembrance, thoughtful service and a sincere turning of the heart towards Krishna. Touched by Grace | Krishna’s Inconceivable Opulence – Bhagavad Gita 9.5

How can the whole universe rest upon Krishna while He remains completely transcendental and untouched by matter? In this Wednesday evening satsang, Gauranga Sundara Prabhu explores Bhagavad Gita 9.5 and Krishna’s inconceivable mystic opulence. The Lord sustains every living being through His energies, is present as Paramatma in every heart and atom, and yet eternally remains the Supreme Person in His spiritual abode. The discourse reflects on: • acintya-bhedabheda-tattva, simultaneous oneness and difference; • surrender and the humility expressed through bowing down; • the sun and sunlight, sparks of fire, pearls on a thread, and the ship captained by Srila Prabhupada; • the bhakti-lata-bija, watered by hearing and chanting and protected from offenses; • the devotee who tried to forget Krishna, while Krishna continued to send him devotees, books, the Holy Name, and prasadam; • why the Maha Mantra is both the beginning and the fulfillment of the path; • the potter and the clay: how grace may shape us through experiences we do not immediately understand. Krishna wants us home more than we know how to want Him. A sincere remembrance, a taste of prasadam, or one encounter with a devotee can become the touch of grace that reopens the road to our eternal shelter. Krishna’s Ecstatic Potency | The Presence That Sustains Everything – Bhagavad Gita 9.4

How can Krishna pervade the entire universe and yet remain beyond everything within it? In this Bhagavad Gita satsang, Gauranga Sundara Prabhu explores verse 9.4 and the profound mystery of Krishna’s all-pervading presence. Krishna is present through His energies, as Paramatma in the heart of every living being and within every atom, and through the Brahman effulgence—yet He is never conditioned or limited by matter. The class develops this teaching through vivid, practical images: • the mind as a cinema screen and the soul as the observer; • the two birds in one tree, one tasting the fruits of karma and the other witnessing; • sunshine revealing the sun even when the solar globe is hidden; • a spark remaining bright only while connected with the fire; • an iron rod acquiring the qualities of fire; • the beggar who gives up stale bread when offered fresh prasadam; • transcendental sound reaching the heart and awakening a higher taste. Maharaja also shares the story of his first encounter with the Hare Krishna mantra on a small record and how Srila Prabhupada’s Bhagavad Gita felt like water taken directly from the source. The concluding discussion considers atheism, spiritual accountability, the need for genuine guidance, and the difference between external restraint and the purification of desire through bhakti. The central invitation is simple and transformative: we do not merely “have” a soul—we are the soul, eternally related to Krishna. By hearing, chanting, serving, and placing Krishna at the center, consciousness reconnects with its source and discovers a happiness that is not eroded by time. When Faith Becomes Relationship | Finding Krishna in Everything – Bhagavad Gita 9.3

What happens when faith stops being an abstract belief and becomes a living relationship with Krishna? In this online Bhagavad Gita satsang, Gauranga Sundara Prabhu explores Bhagavad Gita 9.3 and the meaning of śraddhā—faith in the path of devotional service. Krishna explains that without such faith, the soul remains on the road of material birth and death. The discussion shows how faith grows through sādhu-saṅga, hearing, chanting, remembrance, and service. Through vivid analogies—the root of a tree, the stomach nourishing the whole body, the deep roots of a bamboo forest, stale bread exchanged for prasādam, and a monkey choosing a banana over expensive glasses—we see why bhakti is not empty repression but the discovery of a higher taste. The class also addresses free will, Krishna's desire for our love, the meaning of genuine surrender, and how family life, work, possessions, impulses, and ordinary encounters can all be connected to Krishna. “Idaṁ kṛṣṇāya, idaṁ na mama”: this is for Krishna; it is not mine. Faith grows through daily attention. When we learn to see Krishna's water, Krishna's sunshine, and Krishna's living beings, spiritual life is no longer separate from everyday life. Every moment can become an offering, and every sincere remembrance can help us move beyond the cycle of birth and death. The King of All Knowledge | Joyful Bhakti – Bhagavad Gita 9.2

Can the highest knowledge be both the most confidential and the most joyful to practise? In this online satsang on Bhagavad Gita 9.2, Gauranga Sundara Prabhu explores Krishna’s description of Bhakti as rāja-vidyā—the king of all knowledge—and rāja-guhyam, the most intimate of all secrets. This knowledge is pure, directly realisable, everlasting, and joyfully performed. The lecture explains how devotional service cleanses the mirror of the heart, allowing us to perceive the soul and Krishna’s presence as Paramātmā. It examines how the desire to be controller and enjoyer covers that mirror; why both favourable and painful karma bind the living being; and how karmic reactions develop like seeds that sprout, grow, and eventually bear fruit. We also hear the transformative story of Nārada Muni’s simple service to great sages, the purifying power of prasādam, and the ability of the Holy Name to reach the very seed of selfish desire. Guru Maharaj reflects on spiritual enthusiasm (utsāha), trusting Krishna as our best well-wisher, and moving beyond the “fire-brigade” approach of remembering God only in times of crisis. The questions deepen the theme through the importance of a living spiritual guide, personal relationship, sādhu-saṅga, and sharing whatever realisation we have received. Spiritual life is compared to travelling with the sun: if we continue moving with the light, darkness cannot overtake us. Bhakti is not knowledge stored in the mind. It is knowledge that cleanses the heart, becomes loving service, and continues beyond liberation.
