Spiritual Stylism (English Version)

A return to yourself… This podcast is a living space. I speak from what is present, from lived experience and from embodiment. Nothing here is scripted, edited or polished. The words arise as they are spoken, raw, honest and real. Each episode is recorded once in German and once in English and of course never truly the same. This podcast is not meant to be consumed. It is an invitation to listen slowly, to feel beneath the words, and to notice what resonates within you. If something settles in your body, if you feel a little more present, little more yourself, then it has done what it came to do. Spoken from life within me Antje

#78 When we truly enjoy our body, we create abundance...

The body is innocent, it simply reflects the state we are living in. If we live in survival all the time (sometimes without even realizing, as we are so used to the state in our nervous system ) we are emanating lack into the field. The body craves the familiar chemistry like adrenaline and cortisol and often people are only feeling "alive" and awake when running on survival. Peace, regulation, stillness feels boring to them, as the body is already addicted to these stress hormones and craves them,  so we are re-creating the past over and over again by giving the body the same experience in slightly different versions. This is what people call their live and don't know about their power to change their reality. Pleasure, joy, playfulness is healthy "food" for the body, it creates new experiences and safety. So taking care of yourself by following your intuition,  beyond any "healthy concepts" suggested by completely different people with different bodies will give you everything you desire. Beauty, pleasure, joy, bliss...all of these higher states need a regulated state in the nervous system, otherwise they are not accessible, as in danger and survival it´s time to run and fight and not feeling joy and bliss. Ask yourself during the day, what do I feel in my body at the moment and what do I emanate...to become more conscious about your state and see it as an information what you actually create at the moment.

#77 The moment of choice. Creating a new reality in the middle of a trigger...

Transformation does not mean the old pattern disappears. It means we can see it, and still choose to not react in the old way. Many of us are working with manifestation, vision boards, and affirmations. We set intensions, imagine new possibilities, and focus on the life we want to create. All of this is wonderful, creative and brings hopefully a lot of fun into your life while you are doing this. Real transformation happens in the trigger, the moment when our nervous system activates old survival patterns. The trigger (we suddenly feel attacked, overwhelmed, not seen, unsafe etc.) then feels like the problem, but what if the trigger is actually the portal? A portal into unconscious patterns stored in our nervous system but also a portal into our power and liberation. A gateway to old patterns and suppressed emotions that have now worked their way up to the surface to be felt and released. If we already have built capacity in our nervous system to pause und breathe, rather than being reactive, we have the choice to choose consciously how we actually would like to respond in alignment with our vision and not from autopilot.  This is the moment of choice, where we are becoming aware of what comes up (the urge to fight, to defend, to withdraw, control etc.) and we allow it to be there and still choose differently. This is leaving the victim state (unconscious creation out of survival) and becoming the conscious creator.
