Khalid Johnson is a dedicated real estate enthusiast who has been passionately involved in the industry since 2019. Starting with buy-and-hold properties, Khalid has accumulated 14 doors and recently expanded into flipping houses. Now, he is exploring the AirBnB industry, adding another dimension to his real estate portfolio. Khalid's journey into real estate was preceded by a successful background in IT, where he earned a Master's Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. Born in Newark, NJ, he moved to Stone Mountain, GA, at the age of six and has called the metro Atlanta area home ever since. Since inception in 1999, the company has grown from a part time venture to a full-service accounting and business advisory firm devoted to serving the unique needs of the real estate investor. “You can make millions of dollars every year and still have ZERO net worth. I focus on helping clients keep their money through focused and effective tax strategy designed especially for the real estate investor to lower and in some cases ELIMINATE tax liability.” Roger T. Herring. In 2023, Roger was one of the first accountants in the country to earn the prestigious MSCTA designation from the Kohler Organization. This certification positions Roger among the top tax strategists in the country. He is a 1991 graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. After serving as an officer in the US Army, he spent eleven years as a corporate accountant in positions ranging from staff accountant to chief financial officer. Roger lives in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife Shelley where they are both active in their community. They have 2 grown children and three grandchildren.     Elizabeth Fuller is a full time nurse anesthetist. Elizabeth began house hacking in 2016 prior to knowing the proper term. In 2018, She bought her first investment property, a historic home in Augusta, GA with a carriage house in the back yard. After minor renovations and furnishing, she rented the home doing mid-term rentals while re-designing, completely renovating, and furnishing the carriage house. In 2019, She bought a quadplex and did cosmetic renovations keeping with the same formula of mid-term furnished rentals. The Broad street quadplex has been the most recent acquisition in December, 2023 which she also renovated, furnished, and rented. In addition, she has managed a beach condo for short term rentals and various other properties for friends and family. It’s been my privilege to host guests from all over the world including India, Sri Lanka, Iran, Canada, Brazil, various countries in Africa, and others. Malhar Bhagat and his wife, Danielle Jasmine, have achieved significant success in the short-term rental business over the past four years, owning and managing over 20 units and completing over 4,500 reservations. In addition to their short-term rental business, they continue to develop and renovate numerous projects annually. One of the keys to their success is their vertical integration, with Danielle serving as their in-house licensed general contractor who also designs the homes. Malhar and Danielle have a deep breadth of experience in real estate investing, including buy & hold investments, private lending, fix & flips, development, coaching, and real estate sales. They have been involved in hundreds of transactions and raised over $50 million in private capital from their lenders. Malhar literally started with nothing and now has multiple multi-million dollar businesses. He continues to believe in one core thing: the only constant is change.
