She has a Masters in Public Health & Nutrition and specializes in nutritional counseling & support for patients with eating disorders, food allergies and intolerances and gut disorders, and the unique challenges related to women’s health, especially during midlife and the menopause transition. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and follows a non-diet, weight-neutral approach to health and wellness, focusing on habits, behaviors and balanced nutrition. Diana works with children, teens, adults and families to help them navigate challenging food and nutrition issues, and has completed substantial additional training in working with neurodivergent individuals, such as those with ADHD and/or autism.
