Lisa helps scale a thriving business while keeping the team culture rooted in: trust, clarity, and psychological safety… …which, as it turns out, works for both people and dogs. By night, she overthinks everything, writes about leadership, resilience, and the absurdity of life on her Substack and LinkedIn. She occasionally wonders how she ended up married to the same man twice. Lisa has spent years studying human behavior, whether it’s through marketing, improv, parenting a neurospicy family or co-founding a corporate wellness company before wellness was trendy.
