    Episode 6: How to Use a Future Vision to Help Manifest the Life You Want

    Do you find that you keep going back to old habits? Do you get frustrated that your energy and focus are pulled away often? Do you feel like you're floating through life, every day is the same, you have no real direction, and life is happening to you? In this episode, I describe to you how you can avoid this, how to create your vision of what you do want and how having a future vision can help you sustain the chaos of transformation. I also share the need for a future vision during this time as our world splits into 2 realities (Bifurcation), to ensure that you can go into the miraculous reality and not the reality of struggle and pain. In order to experience the version of life that you want, you need to know what that is so that you can bring it into manifestation, otherwise, you have no idea where to put your focus and energy. And if you don't consciously direct it then your past traumas and suppressed emotions will attract a replica of the future that you never wanted the first time around. The Power of Future Vision and Transformative Change In this episode, I dive into the importance of having a clear vision for your future and how it can shape the course of your life. Without a strong vision, you fall into the trap of enabling your past experiences to attract the same old shit all over again. I’ll walk you through the process of turning your vision into reality, acknowledging the importance of the vision in navigating and overcoming the chaos and challenges that come with transformation. I’ll also talk about the internal blocks and limiting beliefs that often hold us back, sharing a personal example from my own journey—my dream of leading Happy Hikes and how I worked through my fears to make it happen. Another key concept I explore is bifurcation.
