    In this episode Alan Kohler from Odyssey Batteries joins Jeff. Alan talks about the new AGM 2 technology and charging considerations across vehicle battery chemistries. Wow, that's a mouthful. Do you know there are now at least 5 different types of automotive batteries ? Technology has changed in batteries and charging systems. What's the difference in AGM and AGM 2? Listen in as Jeff and Alan help you discover the answer. Shops have to keep up with the proper ways to test and service these different systems. You the consumer should also understand which one is in your different vehicles. It's not your grandpas battery anymore, make sure you are using a shop that is up to date too.

Pepe and Teresa are a team that have developed a way to mentor and train . They hire and develop the workers to fill the needs of the shop. As each worker develops they are given new opportunities . Are you ready for this???? The team at Austin consists of more female than male workers. Teresa shares thoughts on charging for your value. Another awesome part of their service is custom painted transmission cases. They take pride in their work. This is an episode I hope more shop owners will listen in to get some great ideas.
