This is a slightly more serious recap episode where we run through the highs, the lows, the changes and the tips and advice we have to share. As you'll hear from the introduction at the beginning, there's a trigger warning as we discuss topics in this episode around the use of language in the book that touches on eating disorders, suicide and miscarriage which we know are very upsetting topics. Although we don't share personal stories, we do mention the language used by Julia in the book.
