Keeping the Zoo

This story was an absolute joy. Listening to these characters go about their day at a zoo makes you feel like you are apart of the ridiculous conversations they are having. I really hope for more!

It’s a nice and fun podcast about some fun and colorful characters working at a zoo. It’s very grounded, but still has some fun zany-ness to it thanks to the personality of the characters. In a way, it’s kind of cozy. It’s very easy to listen to and there’s not a ton of tension, so it’s good easy listening when you’re just taking things easy. If there’s more seasons, and I hope there are, I hope the characters get a bit more wacky and misadventurous. It feels a bit like they’re waiting to break out. My only real complain about the show is that some of the background noises can get very loud and make the dialogue hard to hear, but that doesn’t happen too often. It’s a good show, give it a try.
