'She Survived Twice — Now She's Teaching the Rest of Us How to Live' with Christine Elliott

What would you do if the life you had always dreamed of was suddenly taken away — not once, but twice? At 31 years old, CHRISTINE ELLIOTT had everything she had worked for. She was healthy, newly married, and planning to start a family. Then a late-stage cancer diagnosis shattered every plan she had ever made. And just when she thought the worst was behind her, a second cancer arrived — this time, lung cancer — forcing her to fight all over again, in the silence and isolation of a global pandemic, thousands of miles from the noise of the world, on the quiet prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada. But Christine did not just survive. She transformed. Today, Christine Elliott is a two-time cancer survivor, a certified life coach, a life transition counsellor, an energy healer, a motivational speaker, and the founder of Live Free Wellness — where she guides others from pain to purpose every single day. Her debut book, Unbroken: Rising Above, Thriving Within, reached number one in two categories on Amazon within 48 hours of its release. And she is now a proud new mother — living proof that after the darkest seasons, life can bloom again beyond anything you imagined. In this deeply moving conversation, Christine joins us on Senior To Seniors to share the lessons that cancer, loss, and radical resilience burned into her bones — lessons about grief, identity, hope, and the extraordinary power that lives inside every single one of us, at every age and every stage of life.Whether you are navigating a health challenge, supporting a loved one through one, or simply searching for a reminder that it is never too late to begin again — this episode was made for you.Grab a cup of tea, find your favourite chair, and press play.
